Abstract
Description
本発明は、このようなめくれの問題を解決した吸収性物品の個包装体を提供するものである。
吸収性物品は下着当接面に下着固定用粘着部を有し、
下着固定用粘着部は剥離シートによって覆われており、
剥離シートは接合部によって包装シートに接合され、
吸収性物品の使用時には、包装シートの前端部と吸収性物品の前端部をつまんで反対方向に引っ張ることにより、包装シートとともに剥離シートを吸収性物品から剥がすことができる、
吸収性物品の個包装体であって、
剥離シートは幅方向中央領域と右側部領域と左側部領域を有し、
接合部は剥離シートの幅方向中央領域に配置され、
下着固定用粘着部は、剥離シートの幅方向中央領域と右側部領域と左側部領域のそれぞれに対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の各領域に配置され、
幅方向中央領域に対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の領域に配置された下着固定用粘着部の前端は、接合部の前端よりも後方に位置し、
右側部領域と左側部領域に対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の各領域に配置された下着固定用粘着部の前端の少なくとも一部は、接合部の前端よりも前方に位置しているかまたは接合部の前端と略同じ前後方向位置にあることを特徴とする。
図1は、吸収性物品の個包装体の斜視図である。個包装体1は、吸収性物品2が包装シート3によって包装されたものである。個包装体1の両脇はシールされてサイドシール部4を形成し、個包装体1の開封口はリードテープ5で留められている。本発明に係る吸収性物品は、生理用ナプキン、パンティーライナー、失禁用パッドなどの、下着の股部に装着して使用する吸収性物品である。
吸収性物品2は、表面シート6、吸収体7および裏面シート8を含む。吸収体7は表面シート6と裏面シート8との間に配置されている。吸収性物品2の下着当接面Sすなわち裏面シート8面に下着固定用粘着部9が設けられ、その上を剥離シート10が覆っている。この表面シート6、吸収体7、裏面シート8、下着固定用粘着部9および剥離シート10からなる吸収性物品2は、折りたたまれ、包装シート3によって包まれ、包装シート3の開放端はリードテープ5で留められている。図2の態様では、吸収性物品2は三つ折りにされているが、四つ折り、五つ折り等、四つ折り以上に折りたたまれていてもよい。剥離シート10は、接着剤等で形成された接合部11によって包装シート3に接合されている。図2の態様では、接合部11に加え、第2の接合部12が設けられているが、第2の接合部12は必須ではない。
ここで、「前」とは、吸収性物品の装着時における前後とは無関係に、包装シートを吸収性物品から剥がすときに、先に剥がされる方を「前」と定義し、後に剥がされる方を「後」と定義する。すなわち、個包装体から吸収性物品を取り出す際に、包装シートの一端部と吸収性物品の一端部をつまんで両者を反対方向に引っ張ることにより、包装シートとともに剥離シートを吸収性物品から剥がすが、その際に手でつまむ包装シートの一端部と吸収性物品の一端部がそれぞれ包装シートの前端部と吸収性物品の前端部である。
剥離シート10は幅方向中央領域Cと右側部領域Rと左側部領域Lを有する。接合部11は剥離シートの幅方向中央領域Cに配置されている。下着固定用粘着部9は、剥離シートの幅方向中央領域Cと右側部領域Rと左側部領域Lのそれぞれに対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の各領域に配置されている。幅方向中央領域Cに対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の領域に配置された下着固定用粘着部9cの前端9cfは、接合部11の前端11fよりも後方に位置している。右側部領域Rと左側部領域Lに対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の各領域に配置された下着固定用粘着部9r,9lの前端9rf,9lfは、接合部11の前端11fよりも前方に位置している。図3の態様においては、第2の接合部12が設けられているが、これは必須ではない。
すなわち、本発明においては、右側部領域Rと左側部領域Lに対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の各領域に配置された下着固定用粘着部9r,9lの前端9rf,9lfの少なくとも一部は、接合部11の前端11fよりも前方に位置しているかまたは接合部の前端と略同じ前後方向位置にある。
本発明の個包装体は、包装シートと剥離シートを取り外す際、接合部11に力が加わり、その力が幅方向に伝播することで接合部11の左右外側にある粘着部が剥がされ、さらに前後方向に力が加わることで接合部11の後方にある粘着部が露出されるようになる。
図3の態様においては、さらに次に示す作用効果も期待できる。
使用中、吸収性物品は幅方向外側の方が外圧を受けてヨレやすいが、両外側の粘着部が長く形成されているのでヨレにくい。
また、使用後、吸収性物品を下着から剥がすときに、剥離起点が長手方向に分散しているので、裏面シートへのダメージが低減でき、裏面シートが破れにくい。
接合部11の形状は、特に限定されないが、好ましくは長方形である。
接合部11は、必ずしも左右対称に配置される必要はないが、好ましくは左右対称に配置される。
図4の態様において、右側部領域Rと左側部領域Lに対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の各領域に配置された下着固定用粘着部9r,9lの粘着性を、幅方向中央領域Cに対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の領域に配置された下着固定用粘着部9cの粘着性に比べ、弱くしてもよい。
図6の態様において、接合部11の左右外側に配置された下着固定用粘着部9r,9lの粘着性を、接合部11の後方に配置された下着固定用粘着部9の粘着性に比べ、弱くしてもよい。
吸収性物品を構成する表面シートは、経血、尿等の体内からの液状排泄物を、その下層に設けた吸収体へ通過させる機能を有するとともに、液不透過性の裏面シートとの間に吸収体を挟むことにより吸収体を保持するためのものである。表面シートは、その全部または一部が液透過性であり、液透過域は、液透過性の不織布または織布、多数の液透過孔が形成された樹脂フィルム、多数の網目を有するネット状シートなどで形成される。前記樹脂フィルムやネット状シートは、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)などで形成されたものを使用できる。また不織布としては、レーヨンなどのセルロース繊維、合成樹脂繊維などから形成されたスパンレース不織布、前記合成樹脂繊維で形成されたエアスルー不織布などを用いることができる。また、素材として、ポリ乳酸、キトサン、ポリアルギン酸などの生分解性が可能な天然物を用いることもできる。また、多数の液透過孔を形成すると共に、シリコーン系やフッ素系の撥水性油剤を塗布して、その外面に体液が付着しにくいものとしてもよい。
タッキファイヤー、オイル、ベースポリマーの配合比によって粘着性をコントロールできる。具体的には、タッキファイアーの配合比を増すことで、硬さが増し、粘着性を抑えることができる。
また、下着固定用粘着部の粘着性は、粘着剤の目付によっても変えることができる。一般に、粘着剤の目付を増やせば粘着性は強くなり、粘着剤の目付を減らせば粘着性は弱くなる。
図7は、本発明の個包装体の製造工程のうち包装工程の前まで工程を示す図である。
まず、ティッシュ原反ロール21からティシュを巻き出し、パターンドラム22にてティシュの上に粉砕されたパルプと高吸収性ポリマーが積層され、セーラー23にてティッシュでラップし、吸収体が形成される。吸収体は吸収体エンボスロール24にて所定の厚みに形成され、吸収体カッター25にて所定の寸法、形状にカットされる。
別途、表面シート原反ロール26から表面シートが巻き出され、表面シートにコーター27でホットメルト接着剤が塗工され、ホットメルト接着剤が塗工された表面シートがメインラインに合流され、吸収体と貼り合わされる。
表面シートが貼り合わされた吸収体は、ヒンジシール28にて、所定の形状の圧搾溝が表面シート側に形成される。
別途、裏面シート原反ロール29から裏面シートが巻き出され、裏面シートにコーター30でホットメルト接着剤が塗工され、ホットメルト接着剤が塗工された裏面シートがメインラインに合流され、吸収体の裏面側に貼り合わされる。
表面シートと吸収体と裏面シートとの積層体は、エンドシール31にて吸収性物品の外形縁部を補強するようにエンボスされる。
別途、剥離シート原反ロール32から剥離シートが巻き出され、コーター33にて剥離シートの剥離加工を施された面に下着固定用粘着部形成用の粘着剤が所定のパターンで塗工される。粘着剤が塗工された剥離シートは、カッター34にて所定の長さに切断された後、メインラインに合流され、前記積層体の裏面シート側に貼り合わされる。このとき、粘着剤は裏面シート面に転写される。
剥離シートが貼り合わされた積層体は、エンドカッター35にて吸収性物品形状にカットされ、吸収性物品が形成される。形成された吸収性物品は包装工程に運ばれる。
形成された吸収性物品41は、90度回転される。
別途、包装シート43に、接合部形成用接着剤44および第2の接合部形成用接着剤45が塗工され、その上に90度回転された吸収性物品42が合流して重ねられ、包装シート43と剥離シート46が接着剤44,45を介して接合され、接合部47および第2の接合部48が形成される。
吸収性物品42は、包装シート43とともに、吸収性物品の後端側から吸収性物品の表面側に折られる(図8の49)。次いで、吸収性物品の前端側から吸収性物品の表面側に折られ、三つ折りにされる(図8の50)。四つ折りにする場合は、後方側を2回折る。
開封口にリードテープ51が貼り合わされ、個包装体の両脇は熱シール52により封止され、切断されて、個包装体53の完成品となる。

Claims (3)
- 下着の股部に装着して使用する吸収性物品が包装シートによって包装され、
吸収性物品は下着当接面に下着固定用粘着部を有し、
下着固定用粘着部は剥離シートによって覆われており、
剥離シートは接合部によって包装シートに接合され、
吸収性物品の使用時には、包装シートの前端部と吸収性物品の前端部をつまんで反対方向に引っ張ることにより、包装シートとともに剥離シートを吸収性物品から剥がすことができる、
吸収性物品の個包装体であって、
剥離シートは幅方向中央領域と右側部領域と左側部領域を有し、
接合部は剥離シートの幅方向中央領域に配置され、
下着固定用粘着部は、剥離シートの幅方向中央領域と右側部領域と左側部領域のそれぞれに対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の各領域に配置され、
幅方向中央領域に対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の領域に配置された下着固定用粘着部の前端は、接合部の前端よりも後方に位置し、
右側部領域と左側部領域に対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の各領域に配置された下着固定用粘着部の前端の少なくとも一部は、接合部の前端よりも前方に位置しているかまたは接合部の前端と略同じ前後方向位置にあることを特徴とする吸収性物品の個包装体。 - 吸収性物品は、表面シート、裏面シートおよび表面シートと裏面シートとの間に配置された吸収体を含み、右側部領域と左側部領域に対応する吸収性物品の下着当接面の各領域に配置された下着固定用粘着部の前端は、吸収体の前端よりも後方に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸収性物品の個包装体。
- 吸収性物品が生理用ナプキン、パンティーライナーまたは失禁用パッドであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の吸収性物品の個包装体。
