このように構成することで、インサートピース22をインサートピース孔21d内で回転可能な状態でハウジング21に組み付けることができる。これにより、容易にハウジング21の第二燃料供給路21bとインサートピース22の燃料通路である燃料供給孔22aとの位置を合わすことができ、かつ固定手段によってインサートピース22をハウジング21内で回転しないように固定することができる。
このように構成することで、インサートピース22が固定部材である固定用ねじ26によってハウジング21の所定位置に固定される。これにより、容易にハウジング21の第二燃料供給路21bとインサートピース22の燃料通路である燃料供給孔22aとの位置を合わすことができ、かつ固定手段によってインサートピース22をハウジング21内で回転しないように固定することができる。
このように構成することで、インサートピース42がインサートピース孔41dとインサートピース42との間に形成される固定手段である固定ピン46によって固定される。これにより、固定ピン46がストッパ24によってハウジング41のハウジング内部に密閉されて外部に露出しないので固定ピン46からの油漏れを防止することができる。また、容易にハウジング41の第二燃料供給路41bとインサートピース42の燃料通路である燃料供給孔42aとの位置を合わすことができ、かつ固定手段によってインサートピース42をハウジング41内で回転しないように固定することができる。
このように構成することで、インサートピース52が固定部材によらずにハウジング51の所定位置に固定される。これにより、固定部材の組み込みが不要となり、組み立て工数を削減することができる。また、容易にハウジング51の第二燃料供給路51bとインサートピース52の燃料通路である燃料供給孔52aとの位置を合わすことができ、かつインサートピース52をハウジング51内で回転しないように固定することができる。

前記電磁スピル弁は、
インサートピース孔が形成されるハウジングと、
内周面に弁座を有する略円筒状に形成され、前記インサートピース孔に着脱自在に挿入されるインサートピースと、
外周面に前記弁座に着座可能なシール面を有する略円柱状に形成され、前記インサートピースに摺動自在に挿入されるスピル弁体と、
前記インサートピース孔に対する前記インサートピースの軸心周りの位置を固定する固定手段と、を具備する燃料噴射ポンプ。 - 前記固定手段は、
前記ハウジングの側面から前記インサートピース孔に連通するように形成される固定用孔と、
前記固定用孔に対向する前記インサートピースの外周面に形成される切り欠き部と、
前記固定用孔及び前記切り欠き部に挿入される固定部材と、からなる請求項1に記載の燃料噴射ポンプ。 - 前記固定手段は、
前記インサートピース孔の内周面に形成されるハウジング側切り欠き部と、
前記ハウジング側切り欠き部に対向する前記インサートピースの外周面に形成されるインサートピース側切り欠き部と、
前記ハウジング側切り欠き部及び前記インサートピース側切り欠き部に挿入される固定部材と、
前記インサートピースと前記固定部材とを前記ハウジング内部に密閉する封止部材と、からなる請求項1に記載の燃料噴射ポンプ。 - 前記固定手段は、
前記インサートピース孔の内周面に形成されるハウジング側平面部と、
前記ハウジング側平面部に対向する前記インサートピースの外周面に形成されるインサートピース側平面部と、からなる請求項1に記載の燃料噴射ポンプ。
