可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子香烟雾化器, 尤其涉及一种可反复添加液体烟油 的恒温无漏油雾化器。
背景技术
目前, 电子香烟雾化器主要由雾化室、 储油杯、 密封盖、 钢管外壳及 烟嘴, 但此结构, 添加液体烟油时必须先取下外壳, 再取下油杯添加液体 烟油, 此方式极为繁琐, 而且容易漏油, 且漏油不易或无法清除, 使用很 不方便。 同时, 雾化热源与烟嘴距离太近, 容易造成烟嘴过热并烫嘴, 无 法长时间持续使用; 当然, 也会造成烟雾气流过热, 给人体造成不适, 需 要对其结构进行改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足, 本发明提供一种电子烟雾化器, 可反复添 加液体烟油, 不易产生漏油, 即使产生少量的漏油, 也可能漏油进行回收 利用, 避免漏油对电子烟的污染和烟油的浪费。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种不易使烟嘴和烟雾过热的电子烟雾化 器。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化器, 包括
一烟嘴, 烟嘴上端面设有吸气孔, 下端形成一空腔;
一密封柱, 该密封柱设在烟嘴空腔内, 其上端与烟嘴气密连接, 形成
与烟嘴吸气孔密封的管路;
一雾化杆, 该雾化杆呈桶状;
一硅胶密封盖, 其端面中央设有一通孔, 其通孔一侧设有一隐形油孔, 密封盖固定于雾化杆上端内并与雾化杆液密配合;
一进气管, 上端与密封盖过盈气密配合并延伸至密封柱内, 成密封柱 形成密封气体通路;
一雾化罩, 其上端与进气管气密配合, 下端呈桶状罩形结构且与进气 管连通, 在罩体侧壁上设有径向贯穿缺口;
一硅胶油杯, 设有与雾化罩对应的径向贯穿缺口, 在其中央装置设有 一轴向通孔, 轴向通孔的外围设有一环形凹槽, 雾化罩的罩体过盈套接于 环形凹槽内, 径向贯穿缺口分别对应; 油杯固定于雾化杆下部内并与雾化 杆液密配合, 从而形成由密封盖、 进气管和雾化罩构成的密封储油仓; 一导油绳, 横穿雾化罩和油杯套接后的缺口内, 两端延伸至储油仓内; 一电热丝, 环绕于导油绳外围, 两端从油杯轴向通孔延伸至下方的塑 胶接触板。
所述的隐形油孔为设在密封盖端面的暗孔, 暗孔的端面设有刀痕, 添 加液体烟油时可由硬物贯穿。
所述的导油绳夹于雾化罩和油杯套接后的缺口的位置分别包有镍网。 所述的雾化器还包括一漏油回收装置, 该回收装置由以下构件组成: 一漏油回收仓, 设在轴向通孔外围且与轴向通孔同轴;
二个回收导油绳, 其上端分别与导油绳连接, 下端延伸至回收油仓内。 所述的雾化器还包括一漏油回收装置, 该回收装置由以下构件组成:

由于采用了上述结构,本发明的电子烟雾化器在需要添加液体烟油时, 只需将烟嘴打开, 通过液体烟油瓶嘴或硬物穿过隐形油孔, 即可往烟油腔 中注入烟油, 完成后隐形油孔可自动复原, 方便快捷且不易漏油; 即使有 少量漏油, 也可通过回收装置回收利用, 不会污染雾化器及造成烟油的浪 费。 同时, 由于雾化器无导热材料, 且热源距离烟嘴较远, 雾化器温度恒 定, 不会对人体带来不适。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一歩详细的说明。
请参照图 1至图 3, 一种可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化器, 包括 一烟嘴 2, 烟嘴 2配合有一烟嘴盖 1, 其上端面设有吸气孔 3, 下端形 成一空腔并在其外侧设有一环形凸起 4, 该环形凸起 4外形与雾化杆 24外 形匹配。 一密封柱 5, 密封柱 5上端设有径向的定位凸起 28、 29 , 下端设 有一径向的环形板 6, 可增大与密封盖 8的接触面积 (请参见图 4)。 该密 封柱 5设在烟嘴空腔内, 其上端与烟嘴气密连接, 形成与烟嘴 2吸气孔密 封的管路;
一雾化杆 24, 该雾化杆呈桶状。 一硅胶密封盖 8, 硅胶密封盖 8圆周 面上设有一体式密封 9, 其端面中央设有一通孔 7, 其通孔 7—侧设有一隐 形油孔 30。 隐形油孔 30为设在密封盖端面的暗孔, 暗孔的端面设有刀痕, 添加液体烟油时可由硬物贯穿。密封盖 8固定于雾化杆 24上端内并与雾化 杆 24液密配合。
一进气管 10, 上端与密封盖 8过盈气密配合并延伸至密封柱 5内, 成 密封柱 5形成密封气体通路。
一雾化罩 11, 其上端与进气管 10气密配合的管体 12, 下端呈桶状罩 形结构且通过管体 12与进气管 10连通,在罩体侧壁上设有径向贯穿缺口。
一硅胶油杯 20, 设有与雾化罩 11对应的径向贯穿缺口 25、 26, 在其 中央装置设有一轴向通孔, 轴向通孔的外围设有一环形凹槽 27, 雾化罩 11 的罩体过盈套接于环形凹槽 27内, 径向贯穿缺口分别对应; 油杯 20圆周 面上设有一体式密封 21, 油杯 20固定于雾化杆 24下部内并与雾化杆 24 液密配合, 从而形成由密封盖 8、 进气管 10和雾化罩 11构成的密封储油 仓 32;
一导油绳 14, 横穿雾化罩 11和油杯 20套接后的缺口内, 两端延伸至 储油仓 32内。 导油绳 14夹于雾化罩 11和油杯 20套接后的缺口的位置分 别包有镍网 18、 19。
一电热丝 15,环绕于导油绳 14外围,两端从油杯轴向通孔延伸至下方 的塑胶接触板 22。 塑胶接触板 22, 其上板面设有接线焊点, 下板面设在与 电子烟电池杯电性连接的铜头触点 23。
为了实现对漏油的回收, 所述的雾化器还包括一漏油回收装置, 该回 收装置由一漏油回收仓 31和二个回收导油绳 16、 17组成。漏油回收仓 31, 设在轴向通孔外围且与轴向通孔同轴; 回收导油绳 16、 17 , 其上端分别与 导油绳 14连接, 下端延伸至回收油仓内。
作为本发明的最佳实施方式, 二个回收导油绳 16、 17 , 其上端分别搭 接于镍网 18、 19上, 下端延伸至回收油仓内。

1、 一种可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化器, 其特征在于: 包括 一烟嘴 (2), 烟嘴 (2) 上端面设有吸气孔, 下端形成一空腔; 一密封柱 (5), 该密封柱 (5) 设在烟嘴空腔内, 其上端与烟嘴气 密连接, 形成与烟嘴 (2) 吸气孔密封的管路;
一雾化杆 (24), 该雾化杆呈桶状;
一硅胶密封盖 (8), 其端面中央设有一通孔 (7), 其通孔 (7) — 侧设有一隐形油孔 (30), 密封盖 (8) 固定于雾化杆 (24) 上端内并与 雾化杆 (24) 液密配合;
一进气管 (10), 上端与密封盖 (8) 过盈气密配合并延伸至密封柱 (5) 内, 成密封柱 (5) 形成密封气体通路;
一雾化罩 (11), 其上端与进气管 (10) 气密配合, 下端呈桶状罩 形结构且与进气管 (10) 连通, 在罩体侧壁上设有径向贯穿缺口;
一硅胶油杯 (20), 设有与雾化罩 (11) 对应的径向贯穿缺口 (25、 26), 在其中央装置设有一轴向通孔, 轴向通孔的外围设有一环形凹槽 (27), 雾化罩 (11) 的罩体过盈套接于环形凹槽 (27) 内, 径向贯穿 缺口分别对应; 油杯(20) 固定于雾化杆(24)下部内并与雾化杆(24) 液密配合, 从而形成由密封盖 (8)、 进气管 (10) 和雾化罩 (11) 构成 的密封储油仓 (32);
一导油绳 (14), 横穿雾化罩 (11) 和油杯 (20) 套接后的缺口内, 两端延伸至储油仓 (32) 内;
一电热丝 (15), 环绕于导油绳 (14) 外围, 两端从油杯轴向通孔 延伸至下方的塑胶接触板 (22)。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化 器, 其特征是所述的隐形油孔为设在密封盖端面的暗孔, 暗孔的端面设 有刀痕, 添加液体烟油时可由硬物贯穿。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化 器, 其特征是所述的导油绳 (14) 夹于雾化罩 (11 ) 和油杯 (20) 套接 后的缺口的位置分别包有镍网 (18、 19 )。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化 器, 其特征是所述的雾化器还包括一漏油回收装置, 该回收装置由以下 构件组成:
一漏油回收仓, 设在轴向通孔外围且与轴向通孔同轴;
二个回收导油绳 (16、 17 ) , 其上端分别与导油绳 (14 ) 连接, 下 端延伸至回收油仓内。

一漏油回收仓, 设在轴向通孔外围且与轴向通孔同轴;
二个回收导油绳 (16、 17 ) , 其上端分别与导油绳 (14 ) 连接, 下 端延伸至回收油仓内。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化 器, 其特征是所述的雾化器还包括一漏油回收装置, 该回收装置由以下 构件组成:
一漏油回收仓, 设在轴向通孔外围且与轴向通孔同轴;
二个回收导油绳 (16、 17), 其上端分别搭接于镍网 (18、 19) 上, 下端延伸至回收油仓内。
7、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化 器, 其特征是所述的密封柱 (5) 上端设有径向的定位凸起 (28、 29), 下端设有一径向的环形板 (6 ), 可增大与密封盖 (8 ) 的接触面积。
8、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化 器, 其特征是所述的硅胶密封盖 (8) 圆周面上设有一体式密封 (9)。
9、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化 器, 其特征是所述的油杯 (20 ) 圆周面上设有一体式密封 (21 )。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的可反复添加液体烟油的恒温无漏油雾化 器, 其特征是所述的发热丝 (15 ) 连接的塑胶接触板 (22 ), 其上板面 设有接线焊点, 下板面设在与电子烟电池杯电性连接的铜头触点(23 )。
