权利要求书 一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件 (100) 组合形成电子烟, 其特征 在于, 所述雾化组件包括储油套 (21) , 所述储油套 (21) 内插 设有雾化芯 (3) , 所述储油套 (21) 与所述雾化芯 (3) 围成有 用于存储烟油的储油腔 (22) , 所述储油套 (21) —端的端口处 形成有加油口, 所述加油口处设置有一端可拆卸的连接在所述储 油套 (21) 上的吸嘴组件 (1) , 所述储油套 (21) 的远离所述加 油口的一端设置有用于固定所述雾化芯 (3) 的连接环 (23) ; 所述雾化芯 (3) 包括用于雾化烟油的雾化芯主体及套设在所述雾 化芯主体外的通气管 (34) , 所述雾化芯主体位于所述通气管 (3 4) 的远离所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端, 所述雾化芯主体内设置有 至少两个沿所述雾化组件的横向设置的电热丝组件 (33) , 每一 所述电热丝组件 (33) 包括用于吸附储油腔 (22) 内烟油的导油 绳 (331) , 及缠绕在所述导油绳 (331) 上并用于雾化所述导油 绳 (331) 上烟油的电热丝 (332) , 相邻两所述电热丝组件 (33 ) 的导油绳 (331) 间设有用于吸附储油腔 (22) 内烟油的隔离件
(38) , 且所述隔离件 (38) 与相邻两所述导油绳 (331) 弹性抵 接; 所述通气管 (34) 的一端与所述连接环 (23) 可拆卸连接, 所述通气管 (34) 的另一端延伸出所述加油口并与所述吸嘴组件
( 1) 弹性密封相连, 以使解除所述通气管 (34) 与所述连接环 ( 23) 的连接后, 能够将所述通气管 (34) 连同所述雾化芯主体一 起从所述加油口处取出。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯主体还 包括雾化座 (31) , 所述雾化座 (31) 内形成有雾化腔 (32) , 所述雾化腔 (32) 内设置有绝缘管 (36) , 所述导油绳 (331) 相 互间隔的架设在所述绝缘管 (36) 上;
所述雾化座 (31) 的一端外套设有雾化盖 (30) , 所述雾化盖 (3 0) 与所述雾化座 (31) 围成的空间内嵌设有由吸油材料制成的储
油件 (37) , 所述隔离件 (38) 与所述导油绳 (331) 的两端分别 延伸出所述雾化座 (31) 并与所述储油件 (37) 弹性抵接; 所述 雾化盖 (30) 外套设有与所述雾化腔 (32) 相连通的所述通气管 (34) ; 所述通气管 (34) 与所述雾化盖 (30) 的侧壁上设有至 少一个供所述储油腔 (22) 内的烟油渗入所述储油件 (37) 的过 油通道。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述储油件 (37) 为沿所述雾化组件的纵向设置的筒状体, 所述储油件 (37) 的外 侧壁与所述雾化盖 (30) 的内侧壁弹性抵接, 所述储油件 (37) 的内侧壁分别与所述隔离件 (38) 和所述导油绳 (331) 的两端弹 性相抵。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化座 (31) 朝向所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端幵设有两个相互间隔设置的安装槽
(312) , 所述导油绳 (331) 和所述隔离件 (38) 的两端分别穿 过所述安装槽 (312) 抵接至所述储油件 (37) 的内侧壁。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述通气管 (34) 背离所述电池组件 (100) 的一端端面设置有与所述吸嘴组件 (1 ) 相导通的排烟口, 且当所述雾化组件竖直放置进行添加烟油吋 所述通气管 (34) 的排烟口至少高出所述加油口 1.5mm。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴组件 (1 ) 包括一端可拆卸的连接在所述储油套 (21) 的加油口处的连接 座 (12) , 及可拆卸的设置在所述连接座 (12) 另一端的吸嘴 (1 1) , 所述连接座 (12) 为中空结构, 所述通气管 (34) 延伸至所 述连接座 (12) 内并与所述吸嘴 (11) 弹性密封相连。
根据权利要求 6所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述连接座 (12) 的内壁凸设有环形凸缘 (121) , 所述环形凸缘 (121) 朝向所述 储油腔 (22) 的一侧固定有环形密封垫 (122) , 所述通气管 (34 ) 靠近所述吸嘴 (11) 的一端端面设有与所述环形密封垫 (122)
弹性插接相连的环形卡槽 (342) , 所述环形卡槽 (342) 的外周 面与所述连接座 (12) 的内周面间隙配合。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化盖 (30) 朝向所述吸嘴组件 (1) 一端的外侧壁上设有凹槽 (302) , 所述 凹槽 (302) 内嵌设有密封件 (303) , 所述密封件 (303) 弹性抵 接至所述通气管 (34) 的内侧壁并与所述通气管 (34) 过盈配合 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述通气管 (34) 通过螺纹连接结构与所述雾化盖 (30) 可拆卸的连接, 所述雾化 盖 (30) 的外侧壁上设有凹槽 (302) , 所述凹槽 (302) 内嵌设 有与所述通气管 (34) 的内侧壁弹性抵接的密封件 (303) 。 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化座 (31) 远离所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端连接有雾化电极组件 (35) , 所述 雾化电极组件 (35) 分别与所述电热丝组件 (33) 和所述电池组 件 (100) 电连接。
根据权利要求 10所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化电极组 件 (35) 包括固定在所述雾化座 (31) 远离所述吸嘴组件 (1) 一 端内的内电极 (351) , 及位于在所述内电极 (351) 与所述雾化 座 (31) 之间的绝缘件 (352) ;
所述内电极 (351) 设有与所述雾化腔 (32) 相连通的穿孔, 所述 穿孔包括相互连通的第一穿孔 (354) 和第二穿孔 (355) , 所述 第一穿孔 (354) 设在所述内电极 (351) 朝向所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端并沿所述雾化组件的纵向设置, 所述第二穿孔 (355) 设在 所述内电极 (351) 背离所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端并沿所述雾化 组件的横向设置, 所述内电极 (351) 面向所述电池组件 (100) 的端面为封闭的表面。
根据权利要求 10所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化座 (31 ) 的侧壁凸设有限位凸起 (311) , 所述限位凸起 (311) 背离所
述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端面抵接至所述连接环 (23) 。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述通气管 (34) 与所述连接环 (23) 通过螺纹连接结构可拆卸的连接。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述储油套 (21) 包括透明的储油套本体 (211) 及分别位于所述储油套本体 (211 ) 相对两端的第一连接套 (212) 和第二连接套 (213) , 所述吸 嘴组件 (1) 与所述第一连接套 (212) 可拆卸连接, 所述第二连 接套 (213) 的远离所述储油套本体 (211) 的一端与所述连接环 (23) 连接。
一种电子烟, 包括相互连接的电池组件 (100) 和雾化组件, 其特 征在于, 所述雾化组件包括储油套 (21) , 所述储油套 (21) 内 插设有雾化芯 (3) , 所述储油套 (21) 与所述雾化芯 (3) 围成 有用于存储烟油的储油腔 (22) , 所述储油套 (21) —端的端口 处形成有加油口, 所述加油口处设置有一端可拆卸的连接在所述 储油套 (21) 上的吸嘴组件 (1) , 所述储油套 (21) 的远离所述 加油口的一端设置有用于固定所述雾化芯 (3) 的连接环 (23) ; 所述雾化芯 (3) 包括用于雾化烟油的雾化芯主体及套设在所述雾 化芯主体外的通气管 (34) , 所述雾化芯主体位于所述通气管 (3 4) 的远离所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端, 所述雾化芯主体内设置有 至少两个沿所述雾化组件的横向设置的电热丝组件 (33) , 每一 所述电热丝组件 (33) 包括用于吸附烟油的导油绳 (331) , 及缠 绕在所述导油绳 (331) 上并用于雾化所述导油绳 (331) 上烟油 的电热丝 (332) , 相邻两所述电热丝组件 (33) 的导油绳 (331 ) 间设有用于吸附烟油的隔离件 (38) , 且所述隔离件 (38) 与 相邻两所述导油绳 (331) 弹性抵接; 所述通气管 (34) 的一端与 所述连接环 (23) 可拆卸连接, 所述通气管 (34) 的另一端延伸 出所述加油口并与所述吸嘴组件 (1) 弹性密封相连, 以使解除所 述通气管 (34) 与所述连接环 (23) 的连接后, 能够将所述通气
管 (34) 连同所述雾化芯主体一起从所述加油口处取出。
