具体地,所述雾化器外壳体包括上端为开口的管体以及与所述管体可拆卸连接且罩设所述开口的顶盖,所述开口与所述第一腔体连通,所述烟嘴穿过所述顶盖与所述雾化管连通,所述进气孔位于所述顶盖上。
进一步地,所述进气孔均设于所述顶盖的外缘面上,所述顶盖上设有可绕所述顶盖的外缘面旋转的旋钮,所述旋钮上开设有旋转后用于导通所述进气孔与外界的第二通孔。
进一步地,所述罩壳固定于所述顶盖上,且两者之间为可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述烟嘴环设有由其外缘面向外侧延伸的凸缘部,所述烟嘴穿过所述顶盖,所述凸缘部与所述顶盖的外表面贴合。
进一步地,所述雾化器外壳体上开设有用于方便观察所述第一腔体内烟油液位的观察口,所述观察口处封盖有透明罩。
本实用新型还提供了一种电子烟,包括电源单元,还包括上述的电子烟雾化嘴,所述雾化管上设有由所述电源单元提供电能以加热雾化烟油的发热丝,于所述雾化器外壳体远离所述烟嘴的一侧端部设有与所述发热丝电连接的电连接座,所述电源单元与所述电连接座电连接。
进一步地,所述电源单元与所述雾化器外壳体连接,且所述电源单元、所述发热丝以及所述雾化器外壳体之间依次电连接并形成回路。
本实用新型具有下列技术效果:
本实用新型的电子烟雾化嘴中,在雾化器外壳体内设有罩壳,再在罩壳里面设有雾化管,罩壳与雾化器外壳体之间围设形成第一腔体,罩壳与雾化管之间围设形成第二腔体,雾化器外壳体上的进气孔与第二腔体连通且设于靠近烟嘴一侧的端部上,在罩壳上开设有进油孔,雾化管上开设有第一通孔,对此本实用新型的雾化嘴的仅有通道为:第一腔体-进油孔-第二腔体-第一通孔-雾化管,对应地进气通道为:外界-进气孔-第二腔体-第一通孔-雾化管-烟嘴-外界,进油通道与进气通道汇合于第二腔体内,而进气孔又开设于雾化器外壳体靠近烟嘴一侧的端部上,进气通道不为一条直线通道,近似为U型结构,而无论在抽吸电子烟或者将电子烟竖直存放时,设有烟嘴的一端一般都处于高位,对应地进气孔相对第二腔体的底部也处于高位,对此进入第二腔体内的烟油则难以通过进气孔向外渗漏,当然在将电子烟倒置时,烟油则又难以由进油孔进入第二腔体内,则其更难以由进气孔出现渗油的现象。

为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参见图1以及图2,本实用新型实施例提供了一种电子烟雾化嘴,其主要由雾化器1与烟嘴2组成,雾化器1包括内置有雾化组件11的雾化器外壳体12,一般,雾化器外壳体12呈柱状结构,烟嘴2与雾化器外壳体12的一端部连接,对于雾化组件11,其主要包括用于雾化烟油的雾化管111,雾化管111与烟嘴2连通,从而使得烟油雾化后可直接由烟嘴2吸出,雾化组件11还包括一个罩壳112,其也位于雾化器外壳体12内且罩设雾化管111,对应地,雾化器外壳体12与罩壳112之间围设形成的空间为第一腔体13,其内主要用于填充烟油,雾化管111与罩壳112之间围设形成的空间为第二腔体14,在雾化器外壳体12靠近烟嘴2一侧的端部上设有至少一个进气孔121,通过进气孔121可以起到连通外界与第二腔体14的作用;在罩壳112远离烟嘴2一侧的端部上开设有至少一个进油孔1121,通过进油孔1121可起到连通第一腔体13与第二腔体14的作用;在雾化管111远离烟嘴2一侧的端部上开设有至少一个第一通孔1111,通过第一通孔1111则可起到连通第二腔体14与雾化管111内部空间的作用。在本实用新型中,进油孔1121连通第一腔体13与第二腔体14,进气孔121连通外界与第二腔体14,第一通孔1111连通第二腔体14与雾化管111,对此雾化嘴的进油通道为:第一腔体13-进油孔1121-第二腔体14-第一通孔1111-雾化管111,同理其进气通道为:外界-进气孔121-第二腔体14-第一通孔1111-雾化管111-烟嘴2-外界,又进气孔121靠近烟嘴2一侧,对此雾化嘴的进气通道近似为U型结构,当然在上述这种结构中进油孔1121与第一通孔1111的尺寸都比较小,第二腔体14与雾化管111内难以形成与第一腔体13内的烟油形成等同的液位,进一步地,在每一进油孔1121内均填塞有海绵块(图中未示出),海绵块可以起到堵塞进油孔1121的作用,第一腔体13内的烟油不会直接由进油孔1121流入第二腔体14内,同时海绵块还可以起到吸附烟油的作用,即烟油可以通过海绵块渗入第二腔体14内,可以有效保证雾化嘴工作时,雾化管111内存有烟油产生烟雾效果。一般地,无论在使用该雾化嘴或将其竖直放置时,朝向烟嘴2的一侧均处于高位,又进气孔121位于靠近烟嘴2一侧的位置,即进气孔121也始终处于高位,烟油难以由进气孔121渗出,即使在将雾化嘴倒置时,位于第一腔体13内的烟油均倒置至烟嘴2一侧,而进油孔1121远离烟嘴2,对此第一腔体13内的烟油难以通过进油孔1121进入第二腔体14内,即此时进气孔121也难以出现渗油的现象。
参见图3以及图4,进一步地,在罩壳112远离烟嘴2一侧的端部上设有挡油板
141且该挡油板141向烟嘴2的方向延伸,且挡油板141位于第二腔体14内并环绕雾化管111,进油孔1121与第一通孔1111分别位于挡油板141两侧。在本实施例中,挡油板141向烟嘴2的方向延伸一定长度,在挡油板141上也设置有进油孔(图中未示出),烟油由进油孔1121进入挡油板141与罩壳112围设的空间内,再由挡油板141上的进油孔进入挡油板141与雾化管111之间,最后经第一通孔1111进入雾化管111内,同时还可在罩壳112内壁上设有一圈凸板142,凸板142由罩壳
112内壁向雾化管111的外表面延伸,且凸板142沿延伸方向的长度大于挡油板
141外表面与罩壳112内壁之间的距离,同时凸板142与挡油板141的顶面连接,罩壳112、挡油板141以及凸板142围设形成较密闭空间,对此在上述结构中通过挡油板141与凸板142在第二腔体14内限定进油通道,挡油板141与凸板142将第二腔体14分割为两个空间,进油通道为:第一腔体13-进油孔1121-挡油板141外表面与罩壳112内壁之间-挡油板141上的油孔-挡油板141内表面与雾化管111外表面之间-第一通孔1111-雾化管111,从而可以进一步防止过多的烟油进入挡油板141与雾化管111之间或者雾化管内,烟油不会影响进气通道中气流的流动,而且还能够提高烟雾的使用率,而凸板142则可避免雾化嘴横放时,渗入第二腔体14内的烟油由进气孔121渗出。
参见图2以及图3,优化上述雾化嘴结构,雾化器外壳体12包括管体122与顶盖123,管体122的上端为开口,顶盖123用于罩设该开口且与管体122之间为可拆卸连接,开口与第一腔体13之间连通,烟嘴2穿过顶盖123与第二腔体14内的雾化管
111连通,进气孔121位于顶盖123上。在这种结构中,顶盖123与管体122之间可拆卸连接,当需要向第一腔体13内添加烟油时,则可将顶盖123取下,由管体
122的开口向第一腔体13内加注烟油。继续优化雾化器外壳体12的结构,将进气孔121开设于顶盖123的外缘面上,在顶盖123上还设置旋钮124,该旋钮124可绕顶盖123的外缘面旋转,在旋钮124上开设有第二通孔1241,当旋转旋钮124后第二通孔1241可与进气孔121连通,即通过第二通孔1241可以连通进气孔121与外界。旋钮124为调节件,通过旋钮124可以控制进气孔121的开启,当雾化嘴存放时,则可旋动旋钮124,以使第二通孔1241与进气孔121之间出现错位,旋钮124封闭进气孔121,同理在需要使用该雾化嘴时,则可控制第二通孔1241与进气孔121之间对应,第二通孔1241与进气孔121连通,气体可由第二通孔1241进入进气孔121,再由进气孔121进入第二腔体14内,当然还可以在使用雾化嘴时,通过旋钮124来控制进气孔121的进气量,即调节旋钮124以使第二通孔1241与进气孔121之间部分结构对应,旋钮124闭合部分进气孔121,从而可以加强雾化嘴对使用者的使用需求。
参见图2以及图5,进一步地,罩壳112固定于顶盖123上且两者之间为可拆卸连接。一般地,当雾化嘴长时间使用后,雾化组件11对烟油的雾化作用降低,此时为保证雾化嘴的使用效果,需要对雾化组件11进行更换,而在传统的电子烟中,由于雾化管111与烟嘴2均固定于雾化器外壳体12上,即雾化管111难以单独更换,当电子烟的雾化作用降低时,则需要更换整个雾化嘴部分,而在本实施例中,雾化管111固定于罩壳112上,烟嘴2穿设于顶盖123上,且顶盖123与管体122之间为可拆卸连接,对此在拆卸顶盖123后,罩壳112、雾化管111以及烟嘴2均由管体122上脱离,又罩壳112与顶盖123之间也为可拆卸连接,对此罩壳112以及雾化管111均可由顶盖123上拆卸,即当本实施例的雾化嘴对烟油的雾化作用降低时,即可直接更换罩壳112与雾化管111等雾化组件11部分,可以大大降低使用者的使用成本。对于顶盖123与管体122之间的可拆卸连接以及顶盖123与罩壳112之间的可拆卸连接均为螺纹连接,不但拆装方便,而且连接比较稳定。
参见图1以及图6,进一步地,在烟嘴2上环设有一圈凸缘部21,该凸缘部21由烟嘴2的外缘面向外侧延伸,当烟嘴2穿设顶盖123时,该凸缘部21刚好与顶盖123的外表面贴合。在本实用新型中,烟嘴2由雾化器外壳体12的外侧穿过顶盖123进入雾化器外壳体12内侧与雾化管111连通,在安装时,为使烟嘴2能够穿过顶盖
123,两者之间为间隙配合,即烟嘴2穿过顶盖123部分的外缘面与顶盖123之间存有较小的间隙,但是在使用雾化嘴时,雾化组件11产生的烟雾有可能会由上述间隙逸出,对此本实施例中在烟嘴2上设置凸缘部21,通过凸缘部21闭合烟嘴2与顶盖123之间的间隙,雾化组件11产生的烟雾可全部由烟嘴2抽出。一般地,在雾化器外壳体12上还应开设有观察口1221,具体地观察口1221设于管体122上,通过观察口1221可用于方便观察第一腔体13内烟油的液位,进而方便对第一腔体13内烟油的实时添加,当然在观察口1221处还应设有透明罩1222,透明罩
1222封盖观察口1221,避免烟油泄漏。
参见图2以及图6,本实用新型实施例还提供了一种电子烟,包括电源单元(图中未示出)以及上述的雾化嘴,在雾化嘴的雾化管111上设有发热丝113,该发热丝113由电源单元提供电能以加热进入雾化管111内的烟油,进而使烟油雾化产生烟雾,在雾化器外壳体12上设有电连接座15,具体地该电连接座15设于雾化器外壳体12远离烟嘴2一侧的端部上,即电连接座15与烟嘴2相对设置,电连接座15与电源单元电连接,对于发热丝113的设置位置,其可全部位于雾化管
111内,即只在雾化管111内雾化烟油,当然还可以将发热丝113穿过雾化管111,其大部分结构位于雾化管111内,还具有部分结构位于第二腔体14内,即还可以在第二腔体14内雾化少量的烟油,在抽吸时第二腔体14内的产生的烟雾沿气流通道由雾化管111的第一通孔1111进入雾化管111内。电连接座15具有一连接端151,该连接端151由雾化器外壳体12穿过第一腔体13伸入雾化管111内,进而由该连接端151形成与发热丝113之间的电连接,一般地,在电源单元的外壳上还设置一控制按钮,当将电源单元与雾化嘴连接后,电连接座15与电源单元之间电连接,当需要使用该电子烟时,只需启动控制按钮,发热丝113发热雾化进入雾化管111内的烟油,在烟嘴2端进行抽吸,电子烟即可达到抽烟的效果,操作简单,效果明显,可以达到较好的控烟作用,另外本实施例的电子烟采用了上述的雾化嘴,对此在对其使用或放置时,电子烟均不会出现烟油外泄的现象。
具体地,电源单元与雾化嘴连接时,主要与雾化器外壳体12连接,两者之间可采用螺纹连接的方式,连接方便且稳定,且在这种连接结构中,电源单元、电连接座15、发热丝113以及雾化器外壳体12之间依次电连接并形成回路,当控制按钮启动后,该回路为通路,从而使得发热丝113产生发热的效果。本实施例中,将雾化器外壳体12为作为电子烟电路系统中的导电线路,从而可以大大避免电子烟中电线的安设与分布,对此电源单元与雾化嘴之间、雾化组件11与雾化器外壳体12之间在拆卸时非常方便,只需解除两者之间的固定连接状态即可,对更换电源或更换雾化组件11均非常方便,当然由于电子烟中电源单元产生的电流较弱,采用雾化器外壳体12作为导电线路不会对使用者产生不利的影响。
以上所述仅为本实用新型较佳的实施例而已,其结构并不限于上述列举的形状,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种电子烟雾化嘴,包括内置一雾化组件的雾化器外壳体以及与所述雾化器外壳体的一端连接的烟嘴,所述雾化组件包括用于雾化烟油且与所述烟嘴连通的雾化管,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括位于所述雾化器外壳体内且罩设所述雾化管的罩壳,所述罩壳与所述雾化器外壳体之间具有用于填充烟油的第一腔体,所述罩壳与所述雾化管之间具有第二腔体,所述罩壳沿远离所述烟嘴一侧的端部开设有用于连通所述第一腔体与所述第二腔体的至少一个进油孔,所述雾化器外壳体靠近所述烟嘴一侧的端部开设有与所述第二腔体连通的至少一个进气孔,所述雾化管远离所述烟嘴一侧的端部开设有用于连通所述第二腔体与所述雾化管内部空间的至少一个第一通孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化嘴,其特征在于:于所述罩壳远离所述烟嘴一侧的端部上设有向所述烟嘴的方向延伸的挡油板,所述挡油板位于所述第二腔体内且绕所述雾化管设置,所述进油孔与所述第一通孔分别位于所述挡油板两侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化嘴,其特征在于:于每一所述进油孔内均填塞有海绵块。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化嘴,其特征在于:所述雾化器外壳体包括上端为开口的管体以及与所述管体可拆卸连接且罩设所述开口的顶盖,所述开口与所述第一腔体连通,所述烟嘴穿过所述顶盖与所述雾化管连通,所述进气孔位于所述顶盖上。
- 如权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化嘴,其特征在于:所述进气孔均设于所述顶盖的外缘面上,所述顶盖上设有可绕所述顶盖的外缘面旋转的旋钮,所述旋钮上开设有旋转后用于导通所述进气孔与外界的第二通孔。
- 如权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化嘴,其特征在于:所述罩壳固定于所述顶盖上,且两者之间为可拆卸连接。
- 如权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴环设有由其外缘面向外侧延伸的凸缘部,所述烟嘴穿过所述顶盖,所述凸缘部与所述顶盖的外表面贴合。
- 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子烟雾化嘴,其特征在于:所述雾化器外壳体上开设有用于方便观察所述第一腔体内烟油液位的观察口,所述观察口处封盖有透明罩。
- 一种电子烟,包括电源单元,其特征在于:还包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的电子烟雾化嘴,所述雾化管上设有由所述电源单元提供电能以加热雾化烟油的发热丝,于所述雾化器外壳体远离所述烟嘴的一侧端部设有与所述发热丝电连接的电连接座,所述电源单元与所述电连接座电连接。
- 如权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电源单元与所述雾化器外壳体连接,且所述电源单元、所述发热丝以及所述雾化器外壳体之间依次电连接并形成回路。
