Abstract
Description
軸方向端部から軸方向中間部に向かうに従って、その径が漸次大きくなるように形成され、被加工フェースギヤの歯車加工に用いられるねじ状工具を製作する方法であって、
前記被加工フェースギヤに噛み合う所定のピニオンに基づき、前記所定のピニオンに噛み合い、前記所定のピニオンの歯数よりも多い歯数を持つ仮想歯車を設定し、
前記仮想歯車に基づき、前記仮想歯車の歯数と同じ歯数であって内側に歯を持つ仮想内歯車を設定し、
前記仮想内歯車に基づき、前記仮想内歯車の歯車加工に用いられる諸元を持つ前記ねじ状工具を設定する
ことを特徴とする。
図1(a)および図1(b)に示すように、研削加工を行う被加工フェースギヤ11に噛み合う所定のピニオン(例えば、平歯車またははすば歯車)13がある。つまり、被加工フェースギヤ11の歯と噛み合わせ、被加工フェースギヤ11をワーク回転軸C1周りに回転することにより、ピニオン回転軸B2周りに回転する所定のピニオン13がある。

Claims (1)
- 軸方向端部から軸方向中間部に向かうに従って、その径が漸次大きくなるように形成され、被加工フェースギヤの歯車加工に用いられるねじ状工具を製作する方法であって、
前記被加工フェースギヤに噛み合う所定のピニオンに基づき、前記所定のピニオンに噛み合い、前記所定のピニオンの歯数よりも多い歯数を持つ仮想歯車を設定し、
前記仮想歯車に基づき、前記仮想歯車の歯数と同じ歯数であって内側に歯を持つ仮想内歯車を設定し、
前記仮想内歯車に基づき、前記仮想内歯車の歯車加工に用いられる諸元を持つ前記ねじ状砥石を設定する
ことを特徴とするねじ状工具の製作方法。
