- the total wiring length D of the meandering portion 41 is obtained by subtracting the distance d from the total length of the auxiliary capacity bus line CsL in the feed portion F. If D is larger than zero, it turns out that the meandering part 41 exists. If the wiring width of the auxiliary capacitance bus line CsL is uniform and is the same between the auxiliary capacitance bus lines CsL, the total wiring length D of the meandering portion 41 increases as the distance d decreases.

- the ripple voltage of the auxiliary capacitance voltage Vcs at the end of the active area AA is aligned or close to each other between the auxiliary capacitance bus lines CsL.
- the meandering portion 41 and the CS trunk wiring bb are almost at the same potential. As a result, the capacitance formed between the meandering portion 41 and the CS trunk wiring bb does not function. Therefore, the wiring delay of the auxiliary capacity bus line CsL can be suppressed accordingly.
- each auxiliary capacitance bus line CsL connected to the CS trunk line bb other than the outermost CS trunk line bb is extended and extended to a region facing the outermost CS trunk line bb.

- the meandering length of the meandering portion 41b is gradually shortened.
- the meandering length can be adjusted by the length and number of meandering amplitudes. Since the sub contact hole 35a and the sub contact hole 35b are connected by the connection wiring 35L as shown in FIG. 3, the position of the connection wiring 35L can be adjusted according to the meandering length of the meandering portion 41b. . - the meandering length of the meandering portion 41a is gradually shortened.
- the meandering length can be adjusted by the length and number of meandering amplitudes.
- the end of the meandering portion 41a is connected to the sub-contact hole 35b, and the crossing region of the sub-contact hole 35a, the connecting wiring 35L, and the crossing region of the sub-contact hole 35b are connected to a part of the feed portion F without meandering. Become.

- a waveform 102 (broken line) of the auxiliary capacitance voltage Vcs at the end of the active area AA on the feed portion F side of the auxiliary capacitance bus line CsL having the feed portion F connected to the inner CS trunk wiring bb is shown. It can be seen that the waveform 101 and the waveform 102 overlap in most parts, and the ripple voltage in each is also equal.
- the above example has a configuration in which the meandering portion 41 is provided in each feed portion F of all the auxiliary capacity bus lines CSL connected to at least the CS trunk wiring bb other than the outermost CS trunk wiring bb.
- the present embodiment is not limited to this.
- the meandering portion 41 may be provided in at least one feed portion F of at least one auxiliary capacitance bus line CSL.
- the total wiring length of the meandering portion 41 does not have to decrease as the distance d from the active area AA to the connection point increases, and the resistance value can be adjusted by arbitrarily changing the wiring width of the meandering portion 41. It is also possible to do this. It may have a wiring width W according to. Further, for an arbitrary purpose such as adjustment of the overall wiring capacity, there may be a portion where the wiring width W is large in a region outside the connection location.

- the wiring width W of the feed portion F may be different between the plurality of auxiliary capacitance bus lines CSL. Even if the total wiring length of the meandering portion 41 does not correspond to the distance d from the active area AA to the connection location, the wiring resistance can be adjusted. Accordingly, a configuration in which the wiring width W does not increase with an increase in the distance d from the active area AA to the connection point is also conceivable.
