 このハイブリッド車両の制御装置は、内燃機関および発電電動機と、蓄電器と、駆動力補助手段とを備えるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、少なくとも通常走行レンジと前記蓄電器への充電を優先する充電優先レンジとを含む複数の走行レンジから適宜の走行レンジを選択して切り換える切換手段と;この切換手段により前記充電優先レンジが選択されているときに、前記切換手段により前記通常走行レンジが選択されているときに比べて、前記所定判定閾値を増大させる閾値増大手段と;を備える。
