Abstract

　画像表示装置の輝度の低下を抑制しつつ、中間色の光を除去し、画像表示装置の色調表現を向上させることが可能で、耐久性に優れた色補正フィルターを提供する。 　本発明の色補正フィルター１０は、色補正層１１および２つの保護層１２を有し、前記色補正層１１は、色素のＪ会合体を含み、前記色素が、シアニン、メロシアニン、スクエアリリウムおよびポルフィリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの色素であり、前記色補正層の最大吸収ピークの半値幅が、５～３０ｎｍの範囲であり、前記２つの保護層１２が、それぞれ、前記色補正層１１の両面に形成されていることを特徴とする。
