Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for removing fluid from a container which has a gas and which has a removal connection in the region of a collection point for the fluid, to which a collection container can be connected via a removal line and which has a compensation line with a compensation connection arranged on the container is connectable, which is different from the withdrawal connection.
- the fluid in question can also be partially provided with abrasion, for example from movable rubber seals or the like. to arise. Furthermore, the fluid is regularly mixed with the working gas. If you want to remove the fluid in question from the container, for example in the form of a piston accumulator, in particular from its gas side, the entire hydraulic system, or at least the part of the system which has the piston accumulator to be serviced and cleaned, must generally be shut down for a long time , In addition to the long downtime of the system mentioned, precise safety regulations must then be observed for the maintenance of the container, which overall makes the maintenance process complex and cost-intensive. Also build the well-known maintenance facilities, if necessary Refilling the gas side of the container with a working gas allow it to be structurally large and are difficult to handle.
- the invention has for its object to provide a small-sized fluid removal device as a maintenance unit, which can be connected to the container with only very short downtimes and again separated from this, to the total maintenance effort and the associated Significantly reduce maintenance costs.
- a relevant object is achieved by a device with the features of claim 1.
- the device is operated in such a way that after its connection, due to the prevailing differential pressures between the container and the collecting container of the device, the fluid, which may contain gas, is discharged from the container and transported into the collecting container.
- the collecting container then preferably permits a settling process of the fluid components, in particular in the form of contaminated fluid, the gas components being able to flow back to the gas side of the container via the compensating line and the compensating connection.
- a type of closed circuit is realized, which allows permanent operation of the device without it or the like due to unwanted pressure increases. can interfere with the oil extraction process.
- the container Since the compensating connection is already present in every container for a refilling process for gas, the container only needs to be arranged with a removal connection different from the compensating connection at a deep point in the container at which the fluid with the gas collects.
- the device according to the invention can be quickly connected to and disconnected from the container, in particular via quick-coupling devices, so that a removal process takes can take place and the machine downtimes are short.
- a compact design for the overall device can be achieved with a structurally small collecting oil container.
- only a slight gas loss occurs on the gas side of the container compared to the known solutions, since only nitrogen compressed in the fluid, in particular in the form of oil, dissolved nitrogen and in the gas residual space of the collecting container, occurs as a gas loss for the container.
- FIG. 1 shows a connection diagram of the device to a piston accumulator
- FIG. 2 shows a partial representation of a section through a nitrogen bottle with its connections for the connection of the fluid removal device according to FIG.
- the device shown in FIG. 1 serves to remove fluid, in particular hydraulic oil, from a container 10 which contains a gas, in particular in the form of nitrogen gas.
- a removal connection 14 is used, to which a collection container 18 can be connected via a removal line 16, which in turn can be connected via a compensating line 20 to a compensating connection 22 arranged on the container 10, which is different from the mentioned removal connection 14.
- the container shown in FIG.
- FIG. 1 represents a so-called hydraulic accumulator in the form of a piston accumulator with a separating element (not shown), which separates the fluid side 24 from the gas side 26 of the container in the usual way in this type of accumulator, the piston accumulator and consequently the container 10 being held in a horizontal installation position such that the removal connection 14 in the lid 28 of the container 10 is actually on it Gas side 26 opens, in the area of the deepest, that is to say the lowest, point of the store.
- the removal connection 14 is in particular designed in the manner of a stub line which extends through the cover 28 and bends downward at a right angle to the gas side 26 in the direction of view of FIG. 1 and opens there into the gas side 26. This ensures that the fluid removal process actually takes place at the deepest point of the container 10 in the horizontal installation position, the fluid in the form of hydraulic oil settling down due to gravity and collecting at the collection point 12. Between the bend of the stitch-like removal connection 14 and the surroundings, an O-ring is in the cover 28.
- Seal arranged, which seals the lid 28 against the inside of the housing of the container 10. If the oil removal device is used in a piston accumulator, in any case oil continuously flows from the fluid side 24 via the seals of the separating element (not shown) to the gas side 26 and accordingly leads to contamination of the working gas with the fluid. Due to the seal abrasion on the separating element, the fluid can also be contaminated accordingly. Furthermore, the settled fluid in the collection point 12 is mixed with the working gas and is thus in a foamed form. The removal connection 14 is in to introduce the cover 28 by the manufacturer, the additional construction effort being low.
- the compensating connection 22 is present anyway in each container 10, since it is usually used to refill the working gas, provided that it reaches the fluid side 24 of the accumulator, for example in a piston accumulator, via the sealing system of the separating element.
- An existing container-side connection is therefore used for the compensation connection 22, so that there are no additional costs.
- a shut-off valve 30 is arranged on the underside of the collecting container 18, which allows the fluid deposited in the collecting container 18 to be discharged from the collecting container 18 together with the contaminants, if necessary.
- a valve device denoted as a whole by 32, is connected with a first spring-loaded check valve 34 between the extraction line 16 and the collecting container 18 and with a second spring-loaded check valve 36 between the latter and the compensating line 20 first check valve 34 directed in the direction of the collecting tank 18 and the opening direction of the second check valve 36 away from the collecting tank 18 in the direction of the compensating line 20.
- a filling and testing device 38 is connected in the compensating line 20 between the collecting container 18 and the container 10, preferably directly to the compensating connection 22 of the container 10.
- the filling and testing device 38 in question is not absolutely necessary, however, makes the fluid removal process from the container safer and more convenient for the operator.
- the filling and testing device can in particular have an actuating spindle 40 which rotates in both directions according to the double-arrow representation an opening or closing process for the compensating connection 22 of the container 10, optionally via a control valve device, for example in the form of a controllable, spring-loaded Check valve (not shown).
- the filling and testing device 38 can be connected to the compensation connection 22 on the gas side in a fluid-carrying manner via the actuating spindle 40.
- a relief valve 42 of the filling and testing device 38 allows the equalization line 20 to be depressurized and is to be closed when connecting and operating the removal device.
- the respective pressure conditions can be monitored via a manometer 44 of the filling and testing device 38.
- a throttling point 46 is present on the compensating side of the collecting container 18 between the latter and the second check valve 36, in particular in the form of an orifice.
- the throttle point 46 is also possible to form the throttle point 46 from a gas filter material, for example from sintered metal, in order to clean off any fluid remaining in the working gas for the return to the container 10 via the compensating line 20.
- all of the essential components of the device are connected to one another by means of conventional quick-coupling devices 48, which can be separated quickly, as shown in FIG.
- Such quick coupling devices 48 are common, so that they are not discussed in more detail here.
- the shut-off valve 30 on the underside of the collecting container 18 is closed and the filling and testing device 38 is connected to the gas-side filling connection of the store, that is to the compensation connection 22 of the container 10.
- the next step is the relief valve 42 of the filling and testing device 38 to close and to turn the actuating spindle 40 into a position opening the gas valve.
- the hose-like extraction line 16 is then connected to the extraction connection 14 of the container 10 via the quick coupling device 48. The connected machine can then be started again.
- the machine now operates again between the pressures P1 and P2, the fluid mixed with the gas, which has accumulated at the collection point 12, coming out of the stub line of the extraction connection 14 and the extraction line 16 into the collection container 18 when the first check valve 34 is open is pushed out.
- the vertically positioned collecting container 1 8 then allows the transfer mixture to be separated by condensing and settling processes of the oil components in the direction of the shut-off valve 30, and the gas components released can be released from the collecting container 18 as volatile components via the second check valve 36, the compensation line 20 and the filling and testing device 38 are returned to the gas side 26 of the container 10.
- the separation process in question is carried out by the throttles used in the direction of the process. site 46 further strengthened.
- the oil removal device can be uncoupled again and the collected fluid in the collecting container 18 can be discharged via the shut-off valve 30, so that the device is then available again for an oil removal process in other containers.
- the extraction line 16 is uncoupled from the container 10 via the quick coupling device 48.
- the screw of the gas valve is then closed via the actuating spindle 40.
- the relief valve 42 is actuated and after the pressure on the pressure gauge 44 has dropped to 0 bar, the filling and testing device 38 is separated from the container 10 together with the compensation line 20.
- the machine can be put into operation again together with the associated piston accumulator.
- the removal device is structurally small and only short machine downtimes are necessary for its connection and removal. Furthermore, the gas loss which arises during oil removal is compensated for again on the gas side via the compensation area of the device.
- the device according to the invention need not be limited to the use in hydraulic accumulators according to the application according to FIG. 1, but can generally be used for gas-containing containers 10, provided that they have fluid or oil contamination in the gas area.
- a so-called nitrogen storage bottle is provided as the container 10, again the same components as they basically correspond in terms of their structure to the components according to FIG. 1, are represented with the same reference numerals.
- the statements made for the first embodiment therefore also apply to the second embodiment according to the partial illustration according to FIG. 2.
- a removal device in the form of a flexible, possibly weighted removal hose 50 is connected to the removal connection 14.
- the length of the removal hose 50 is such that, regardless of the horizontal installation position of the storage bottle as container 10, it always reaches the lowest point of the storage bottle, so that in the region of the
- Collection point 12 fluid fluid, if necessary, also in turn mixed with the working gas to be able to receive for a removal process.
- the removal hose 50 is kept flexible, it follows a possible rotary movement of the storage bottle as a container 10, provided that this assumes a different horizontal installation position than that shown in FIG. It is thus ensured in every substantially horizontal installation state of the storage bottle that the free end of the removal hose 50 opens into the collection point 12 with the fluid to be removed, possibly contaminated and provided with the working gas.
- the compensating connection 22 is designed this time in the manner of a bent branch line and likewise opens into the gas region of the collecting container 10, the compensating connection 22 in turn being separated from the removal connection 14.
- the removal device according to the illustration according to FIG. 1 with its collecting container 18 would then again be connected and operated in a corresponding manner to the connections 14 and 22 via the quick coupling device 48.
- the compensation connection 22 would then function as a removal connection 14 and the current removal connection 14 as a compensation connection 22, the removal hose 50 then having to be replaced by a riser pipe as a fixed component which extends far into the interior of the container 10 on the gas side.
- the addressed exchanged connections 14, 22 would then have to be arranged at the bottom of the container 10 as a storage bottle, the connection block 52, which is placed on the storage bottle and contains the connections 14, 22, being the lowest point of the storage bottle. Since the connection block 52 could be standardized with its connections 14 and 22, it was also possible to retrofit nitrogen bottle systems that had already been delivered and to prepare them for an oil removal process using the removal device.
