Description

迴轉式壓縮機改良
本創作係以有關迴轉式壓縮機之改良,旨在提供一種可確實隔離高低壓之迴轉式壓縮機。
按,一般用以壓縮冷媒並使其於迴路內循環之電動壓縮機,基本上係藉由直流馬達帶動所聯結的壓縮機制動作,進而達到將冷媒進行壓縮與循環的動作效果;其依照內部壓縮機制之不同,目前常見有包括:迴轉式壓縮機(rotary compressor)、渦捲式壓縮機(scroll compressor)及螺旋式壓縮機(screw compressor)等機型。
其中,渦捲式壓縮機因加工性相對不易故有成本較高之問題,雖然迴轉式壓縮機與螺旋式壓縮機都是經由改變壓縮腔的容積來完成壓縮過程,但由於迴轉式壓縮機採用了更為簡潔的壓縮方式,巧妙地避免了螺旋式壓縮機無法根除的軸向受力偏移、餘隙容積和種種內部洩漏等問題,使得設備的可靠性和效率同時得到大幅度提升,因此獲得相對較高的市場佔有率。
原則上,迴轉式壓縮機係以一偏心軸置於馬達轉子中心,如第1圖所示,迴轉式壓縮機10係在殼體11的內部,安裝馬達(包含轉子121及定子122)、偏心軸13以及汽缸14,當偏心軸13隨著馬達轉子121的旋轉而於汽缸14內迴轉時,即與汽缸壁形成一系列體積不同的等壓壓縮腔(包含第一腔室15和第二腔室16),進而達到逐轉壓縮冷媒之目的。
惟,上述習知迴轉式壓縮機中,該汽缸14與殼體11間僅利用焊接方式固定,而該第一腔室15與第二腔室16間並無密封元件做為區隔;且當迴轉式壓縮機之殼體傾倒時,該第二腔室內之冷凍油會流至該第一腔室,且當迴轉式壓縮機之殼體回復正常使用位置時,流至該第一腔室之冷凍由無法快速迴流至第二腔室,會影響整體壓縮機之實際運作效能,尤其會降低壓縮機之效率。再者,汽缸14與殼體11間利用焊接方式固定時,為了熔化汽缸14及殼體11於焊接點處的金屬,焊接常要超過1000℃。焊接時過高的溫度常引起汽缸14的熱變型,對於汽缸14的內壁微米級的精度影響甚大,進而產生汽缸漏或卡死等問題,尤其是用於體積較小之迴轉式壓縮機,上述熱變型之問題完全無法避免。
有鑒於此,本創作即在提供一種可確實隔離高低壓之迴轉式壓縮機,為其主要目的者。
為達上揭目的,本創作之迴轉式壓縮機係在殼體的內部,安裝馬達、偏心軸以及汽缸,該馬達設有轉子及定子,該偏心軸隨著該轉子的旋轉而於汽缸內迴轉,而該汽缸並將殼體區分為高壓室及低壓室,該高壓室係位於該馬達及汽缸之間,該低壓室則位於該汽缸下方;其中:該汽缸與該殼體之間設有隔離元件,用以隔離該高壓室及低壓室,該隔離元件具有至少一迴流孔,該迴流孔貫通該隔離元件並連通於該高壓室及低壓室間。
利用上述結構特徵,本創作之隔離元件可確實隔離高低壓,確保壓縮機之效能,並在壓縮機傾倒時可防止冷凍油由低壓室迴流至高壓室,以維持整體壓縮機之實際運作效能;以及藉由該隔離元件並進一步利用固定件構成該殼體以及汽缸之結合固定,可避免殼體熱變型之問題。
依據上述結構特徵,所述汽缸具有上、下固定座以及位於上、下固定座間之汽缸部,該上、下固定座與汽缸部間具有固定件將三者相互組裝固定。
上述之隔離元件係為一凸緣,該凸緣係由該殼體一體延伸並位於該汽缸部上方;或者,該隔離元件係為一凸緣,該凸緣係由該殼體一體延伸並位於該汽缸部下方。上述之隔離元件係為一凸緣,該凸緣係固定於該殼體內並位於該汽缸部上方;或者,隔離元件係為一凸緣,該凸緣係固定於該殼體內並位於該汽缸部下方。
依據上述結構特徵,所述隔離元件與該汽缸間進一步設有至少一固定件。
上述之固定件係為螺栓。
依據上述結構特徵,所述殼體具有上蓋、下蓋及殼部,該隔離元件位於該殼部內,該上蓋、下蓋係分別蓋設固定於該殼部之上方及下方。

如第2圖本創作之迴轉式壓縮機之結構示意圖,以及第2圖本創作殼體與隔離元件之結構上視圖所示,本創作之迴轉式壓縮機係在殼體21的內部,安裝馬達22、偏心軸23以及汽缸24,該馬達22設有轉子221及定子222;其中:該偏心軸23隨著該轉子221的旋轉而於汽缸24內迴 轉,該汽缸24具有上、下固定座241、242以及位於上、下固定座241、242間之汽缸部243,該上、下固定座241、242與汽缸部243間具有固定件25(可以為螺栓)將三者相互組裝固定,而該汽缸24並將殼體21區分為高壓室26及低壓室27,該高壓室26係位於該馬達22及汽缸24之間,該低壓室27則位於該汽缸24下方。
該汽缸24與該殼體21之間設有隔離元件28,用以隔離該高壓室26及低壓室27,如圖所示之實施例中,該隔離元件28係為一凸緣281,該凸緣281係由該殼體21一體延伸,並突出於該殼體21內壁而形成環狀結構體,並位於該汽缸部243上方,該凸緣281之自由端並抵接於與該上固定座241,以確實隔離高壓室26及低壓室27,而該隔離元件具有至少一迴流孔282,該迴流孔282貫通該隔離元件28並連通於該高壓室26及低壓室27間。
整體組裝時,該殼體21具有上蓋211、下蓋212及殼部213,該凸緣281則位於該殼部213內,先將該馬達22由殼部213上方裝設固定於該殼部213內,將上蓋211蓋設於該殼部213上,再將該汽缸24由該殼部213下方裝設於該殼部213內,並利用至少一固定件25由該殼部213下方,穿過該汽缸部243並固定於該凸緣281,而將該汽缸24固定於該殼部213,最後在將下蓋212固定於該殼部213下方,完成整體壓縮機之組裝;其中可具有三個固定件25將該汽缸24固定,而該固定件25可以為螺栓或者為焊接點。
藉由該隔離元件28位於該汽缸24以及殼體21之間可確實隔離高低壓,確保壓縮機之效能,並在壓縮機傾倒時可防止冷凍油由低壓室迴流至高壓室,以維持整體壓縮機之實際運作效能,且該迴流孔282可提供冷凍油由高壓室26迴流至低壓室27,而形成較佳之循環;以及藉由該隔離元件並進一步利用固定 件構成該殼體以及汽缸之結合固定,可避免殼體熱變型之問題。
再者,該隔離元件亦可設置於該汽缸部下方;或者,該隔離元件係為一凸緣,該凸緣係固定於該殼體內並位於該汽缸部上方或位於該汽缸部下方,上述隔離元件之不同實施方式均可確實將高壓室及低壓室隔離。
綜上所述,本創作提供一較佳可行之迴轉式壓縮機改良,爰依法提呈新型專利之申請;本創作之技術內容及技術特點已揭示如上,然而熟悉本項技術之人士仍可能基於本創作之揭示而作各種不背離本案創作精神之替換及修飾。因此,本創作之保護範圍應不限於實施例所揭示者,而應包括各種不背離本創作之替換及修飾,並為以下之申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種迴轉式壓縮機改良,該迴轉式壓縮機係在殼體的內部,安裝馬達、偏心軸以及汽缸,該馬達設有轉子及定子,該偏心軸隨著該轉子的旋轉而於汽缸內迴轉,而該汽缸並將殼體區分為高壓室及低壓室,該高壓室係位於該馬達及汽缸之間,該低壓室則位於該汽缸下方;其特徵在於:該汽缸與該殼體之間設有隔離元件,用以隔離該高壓室及低壓室,該隔離元件具有至少一迴流孔,該迴流孔貫通該隔離元件並連通於該高壓室及低壓室間。
  2. 如請求項1所述之迴轉式壓縮機改良,其中,該汽缸具有上、下固定座以及位於上、下固定座間之汽缸部,該上、下固定座與汽缸部間具有固定件將三者相互組裝固定。
  3. 如請求項2所述之迴轉式壓縮機改良,其中,該隔離元件係為一凸緣,該凸緣係由該殼體一體延伸並位於該汽缸部上方。
  4. 如請求項2所述之迴轉式壓縮機改良,其中,該隔離元件係為一凸緣,該凸緣係由該殼體一體延伸並位於該汽缸部下方。
  5. 如請求項2所述之迴轉式壓縮機改良,其中,該隔離元件係為一凸緣,該凸緣係固定於該殼體內並位於該汽缸部上方。
  6. 如請求項2所述之迴轉式壓縮機改良,其中,該隔離元件係為一凸緣,該凸緣係固定於該殼體內並位於該汽缸部下方。
  7. 如請求項1至6其中任一項所述之迴轉式壓縮機改良,其中,該隔離元件與該汽缸間進一步設有至少一固定件。
  8. 如請求項7所述之迴轉式壓縮機改良,其中,該固定件 係為螺栓。
  9. 如請求項7所述之迴轉式壓縮機改良,其中,該固定件係為焊接點。
  10. 如請求項1至6其中任一項所述之迴轉式壓縮機改良,其中,該殼體具有上蓋、下蓋及殼部,該隔離元件位於該殼部內,該上蓋、下蓋係分別蓋設固定於該殼部之上方及下方。
