Abstract
본 발명은, 반응 조건하에서 가용성 성분을 갖지 않는 분균질 촉매의 존재하에 고정 층 반응기에서 액체 상으로 아미노 카르보니트릴을 물과 반응시킴으로써 고리형 락탐을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 반응 조건하에서 가용성 성분을 갖지 않는 불균질 촉매의 존재하에 고정 층 반응기에서 액체 상으로 아미노 카르보니트릴을 물과 반응시킴으로써 고리형 락탐을 제조하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 140 내지 320℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하기 일반식의 아미노 카르보니트릴이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 :H2N-(CH2)m-C≡N상기 식에서, m은 3, 4, 5 또는 6, 특히 5이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 6-아미노카프로니트릴이 아미노 카르보니트릴로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물 중에 또는 물/유기 용매 혼합물 중의, 아미노 카르보니트릴의 1 내지 50중량% 용액이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
