Abstract

본 발명은, 2,5-및 2,6-비스(아미노 메텔)-비시클로[2,2,1]헵탄; 아미노기의 활성수소 1당량, 및 에폭시수지; 비스페놀류 또는 노보락수지와 에피클로로히드린과의 반응생성물, 에폭시당량 150~300g/eq 또한 1분자속에 에폭시기를 2개 이상 함유한 것, 특히 비스페놀 A디글리시딜에테르 또는 비스테놀 F디글리시딜에테르, 에폭시기 0.025~0.50당량의 반응에 의해 얻게되는 에폭시수지경화제로, 반응온도는 40~120℃이며, 대상의 에폭시수지 100중량부에 대해서, 이 경화제의 배합량은 20~75중량부이다. 또한, 이 경화제는, 상온에서의 경화속도가 빠르고, 그것을 사용해서 경화한 에폭시수지는, 외관이 좋고, 접착성, 내수성, 내약품성에 매우 뛰어난 것으로, 이것은, 도료, 토목건축재로, 접착제, 주형용수지, 적층물 등의 용도에 호적한 효과가 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 2,5- 및 2,6-비스(아미노 메틸)-비시클로 [2,2,1] 헵탄과 에폭시수지를 반응시켜서 얻게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지용경화제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이 에폭시수지가 비스페놀류와 에피클로로히드린, 또는 노보락수지와 에피클로로히드린을 반응시켜서 얻게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시주지용경화제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 이 에폭시수지가 에폭시당량 150~300g/eq, 또한 1분자속에 에폭시기를 2개 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지용경화제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 이 에폭시수지가 비스페놀 A디글리시딜에테르 및 또는 비스페놀 F디글리시딜에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지용경화제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 2,5- 및 2,6-비스(아미노 메틸)-비시클로 [2,2,1] 헵탄속의 아미노기의 활성 수소1당량에 대해, 이 에폭시수지속의 에폭시기가 0.025~0.50당량의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지용경화제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 2,5- 및 2,6-비스(아미노 메틸)-비시클로 [2,2,1] 헵탄속의 아미노기의 활성 수소1당량에 대해, 이 에폭시수지속의 에폭시기가 0.05~0.25당량의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지용경화제.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 2,5- 및 2,6-비스(아미노 메틸)-비시클로 [2,2,1] 헵탄과 이 에폭시수지와의 반응온도가 40~120℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지용경화제.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 2,5- 및 2,6-비스(아미노 메틸)-비시클로 [2,2,1] 헵탄과 이 에폭시수지와의 반응온도가 40~120℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지용경화제.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 대상의 에폭시수지 100중량부에 대한 배합량이 20~75중량부의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지용경화제.
