Abstract
본 발명은 가변 감쇄력 특성을 제공하기 위해 차량의 탄성 및 비탄성 질량체 사이에 제공되어진 적어도 하나의 완충기를 제어해주는 현가 제어 시스템에 관한 것이다. 제어 시스템은 감지왼 조향각을 나타내는 전기 신호상에 중첩된 소음을 여과하기 위한 저역 통과 필터를 포함한다. 소음 제거 조향각 표시 힌호를 최적 감쇄력 특성을 제공하기 위해 감지된 자향 동작을 기초로 하여 완충기를 제어해주는 정상 제어 모드와 정상 제어 모드에서 제공된 것보다 더 큰 감쇄력 특성을 제공하기 위해 소음 제거 차량 조향각 표시 신호를 기초로 하여 완충기를 제어해주는 롤 제어 모드에서 작동 가능한 제어 유니트로 제공되어 진다. 제어 유니트는 소음 제거 조향각 표시 신호가 소정의 제1한계값을 초과할 때에 롤 제어 모드에서 작동한다.이 작동은 소음 제거 조향각 표시 신호가 그 피크값과 정비례하여 설정된 제2한계값 아래로 감소하고 나서 소정의 시간 후에 롤 제어 모드로부터 정상 제어 모드로 변화되어 진다.

Claims (2)
- 가변 감쇄력 특성을 제공하기 위해 차량의 탄성 및 비탄성 질량체 사이에 제공도어진 적어도 하나의 완충기와, 차량의동작을 감지하고 감지된 차량 동작을 나타내는 제1센서 신호를 발생해주는 제1센서 수단과, 차량 조향각을 감지하고 감지된 차량 조향각을 나타내는 제2센서 신호를 발생해주는 제2센서 수단과, 제2센서 신호를 소음 제거 조향각 표시 신호로 변환하기 위한 저역 통과 필터와, 최적 감쇄력 특성을 제공하기 위해 제1센서 신호를 기초로 완충기를 제어해주는 정상 제어 모드와 정상 제어 모드에서 제공되는 것보다 더 큰 감쇄력 특성을 제공하기 위해 소음 제거 차량 조향각 표시 신호를 기초로 완충기를 제어해주는 롤 제어 모드에서 작동가능하며, 소음 제거 조향각 표시 신호의 피크값을 검출하기 위한 수단과, 소음 제거 조향각 표시 신호가 소정의 제1한계값을 초과할 때에 롤 제어 모드에서 제어 유니트를 작동하기 위한 수단고 검출된 피크값과 정비례하여 제2한계값을 설정하기 위한 수단과, 소음 제거 조향각 표시 신호가 제2한계값 아래로 감소하고 나서 소정 시간 후에 롤 제어 모드로부터 정상 제어 모드로 변화시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 제어 유니트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 현가 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어 유니트는 제2한계값을 검출된 피크값의 약 70%로 설정해 주는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 현가 제어 시스템※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
