Abstract
아세트산 메틸 또는 디메틸에테가 로듐 화합물과 알칼리 금속 요오드화물로 이루어진 촉매계의 존재하에서 일산화탄소와 화학적으로 결합하여 아세트산 무수물을 생성하는 카르보닐화 반응에 제공된 농축촉매용액을 촉매용액중에 함유된 타르를 분리하는 공정에 사용하기 전에 일산화탄소 또는 일산화탄소와 수소의 혼합물로 카르보밀화 처리하여 촉매용액의 요오드화 이온함량을 증가시켜 따라서 로듐 화합물을 안정화시킬 수 있다.
농축촉매용액중의 요오드화 이온의 농도를 이 방법에 의해서 증가시킬 때, 재처리되어진 촉매용액이 카르보닐화 반응계로 되돌아올 때에도 카르보닐화 반응의 로듐 농도와 알칼리 금속 농도 및 요오드 농도간의 균형이 방해받을 가능성은 없다. 게다가, 농축촉매용액의 요오드화 이온 농도의 증가는 농축촉매용액중에 함유된 로듐 화합물을 안정화할 수 있는데, 이것은 농축촉매용액으로부터 타르를 분리 및 제거하는 공정전에 촉매용액중에 함유된 낮은 비등점을 각각 가지는 성분을 제거할 목적으로 행해진 열처리동안에도 촉매용액으로부터 로듐 화합물이 침전하는 것을 방지하여, 따라서 매우 값비싼 로듐 화합물의 손실을 최소화할 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 아세트산 메틸 또는 디메틸에테르가 로듐 화합물과 알칼리 금속 요오드화물로 이루어진 촉매계의 존재하에서 일산화탄소와 화학적으로 결합하여 아세트산 무수물을 생성하는 카르보닐화 반응에서 부산물로서 형성된 타르로 오염된 촉매용액에 함유된 로듐 화합물을 안정화하는 방법에 있어서, 촉매용액 그대로 또는 다르게는 카르보닐화 반응계에 존재하는 화합물의 적어도 하나로 이루어지는 회석제를 촉매용액에 첨가함으로써 형성된 촉매용액 혼합물을 촉매용액 또는 촉매용액혼합물을 촉매용액중에 함유된 타르를 분리하는 공정에 사용하기 전에 일산화탄소 또는 일산화탄소와 수소의 혼합물로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로듐 화합물을 안정화하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 희석제가 요오드화 메틸을 함유하는 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 로듐 화합물을 안정화하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응공정내에서 순환흐름의 일부가 요오드화 메틸을 함유하는 용매로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로듐 화합물을 안정화하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매제가 요오드화 로듐과 요오드화 리듐으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 로듐 화합물을 안정화하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매계가 요오드화 로듐, 알칼리 금속 요오드화물, 알루미늄 화합물과 붕소화합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 로듐 화합물을 안정화하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매용액이 카르보닐화 반응 후 플래시 증발을 행함으로써 제공된 농축촉매용액으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 로듐 화합물을 안정화하는 방법.
- 아세트산 메틸 또는 디메틸에테르가 로듐 화합물과 알칼리 금속 요오드화물로 이루어진 촉매계의 존재하에서 일산화탄소 화학적으로 결합하여 아세트산 무수물을 생성하는 카르보니로하 반응에서 부산물로서 형성된 타르로 오염된 촉매용액을 재생하는 방법에 있어서, 촉매용액 그대로 또는 다르게는 카르보닐화 반응계에 존재하는 화합물의 적어도 하나로 이루어지는 희석제를 촉매용액에 첨가함으로써 형성된 촉매용액 혼합물을 촉매용액 또는 촉매용액혼함물을 촉매용액중에 함유된 타르를 분리하는 공정에 사용하기전에 일산화탄소 또는 일산화탄소와 수소의 혼합물로 처리하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 로듐 화합물을 안정화하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 촉매용액중에 함유된 낮은 비등점을 가지는 성분을 제거하는 단계가 일산화탄소 또는 일산화탄소와 수소의 혼합물로 상기 촉매용액을 처리하는 단계와 상기 촉매용액에 함유된 타르를 분리하는 단계 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매용액을 재생하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
