Claims (21)
- 방사선에 노출되어 적어도 약간의 에폭시 관능가를 통해 가교-결합되고 온도 및/또는 유기 용매에 대해 증가된 저항성을 제공하기에 충분한 겔 함량을 갖는 에폭시화 디엔 블럭 중합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중합체가 부분적으로 수소 첨가되어, 중합체 g당 단지 0.1 내지 5밀리당량(Meq)의 지방족 이중결합(ADB)이 중합체 내에 잔류하는 중합체.
- 제 1 내지 2항에 있어서, 중합체는 에폭시화되어, 가교-결합 전에 중합체 g당 0.1 내지 5Meq의 에폭시드를 함유하는 중합체.
- 제 1 내지 3항 중은 한 항에 있어서, 출발 중합체가 하기 일반식을 가지며 ;(A-B-Ap)n-Yr-(Aq-B)m(Ⅰ)이때, Y는 커플링제 또는 커플링 단량체이고, A 및 B는 중합체 블럭으로서, 공역 디엔 단량체의 단독중합체블럭, 공역디엔 단량체의 공중합체블럭 또는 공역 디엔 단량체 및 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체의 공중합체블럭일 수 있고, A 블럭은 B블럭 보다 많은 수의 블럭 질량의 단위당 3차 불포화 (TU)부위를 갖고, A블럭은 100 내지 3000의 분자량을 갖고, B블럭은 1000 내지 15,000의 분자량을 갖고, p 및 q는 0 또는 1이고 n>0이고, r은 0 또는 1이고, m≥0이며, n+m은 1 내지 100의 범위인 중합체.
- 제 4항에 있어서, A블럭의 분자량은 300 내지 2,000의 범위이며, B블럭의 분자량은 2,000 내지 10,000의 범위인 블럭 공중합체.
- 제 1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체가 우세하게 공역 디엔 단량체로 구성된 적어도 하나의 블럭 및 우세하게 모노비닐 방향족 단량체 단위로 구성된 적어도 하나의 블럭으로 구성된 블럭공중합체인 중합체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 우세하게 공역 디엔 단량체 단위로 구성된 블럭은 300 내지 200,000의 분자량을 갖고 우세하게 모노비닐 방향족 단량체 단위로 구성된 블럭은 500 내지 50,000의 분자량을 갖는 중합체.
- 제 6 또는 7항에 있어서, 공역 디엔이 부타디엔 및 이소프렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고 모노비닐 방향족 단량체는 스티렌인 중합체.
- 제 3 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교-결합 전에 에폭시드 함량이 중합체 g당 0.2 내지 3.0Meq인 중합체.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 중합체 g당 ADB 0.5 이하 Meq가 중합체 내에 잔류하는 중합체.
- 적어도 약간의 에폭시 관능가를 통해 화학적으로 가교-결합되고, 온도 및/또는 유기용매에 대한 증가된 저항성을 제고하기에 충분한 겔 함량을 갖는 에폭시화 디엔블럭 중합체.
- 제 1 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체를 포함하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체를 포함하는 실란드 조성물.
- 제 1 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체를 포함하는 코우팅 조성물.
- a) 적어도 하나의 공역 디엔의 단량체 단위로 구성된 중합체를 제공하고 ; b) 상기 중합체를 에폭시화 시키고 ; c) 적어도 약간의 에폭시 관능가를 통해 가교-결합되는 가교-결합 중합체를 초래하기에 충분한 시간 동안 및 강도의 방사선 에너지에 상기 에폭시화 중합체를 노출시키는 단계들로 구성된 제 1 내지 10항 중 한 항에 따른 에폭시화 방사선 가교-결합 디엔 블럭 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 에폭시화는 불활성 용매와 함께 용액내 과산과 중합체를 접촉시켜 수행되는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 에폭시화는 중합체의 용융물 내 과산과 중합체를 접촉시켜 수행되는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 방사선 에너지는 전리선이고 광개시제는 사용되지 않는 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 전리선은 전자 비임 방사선인 방법.
- 하기 일반식의 점성 블럭 공중합체 :(A-B-Ap)n-Yr-(aq-B)m상기 식에서, Y는 커플링제 또는 커플링 단량체이고, A 및 B는 중합체 블럭으로서, 공역 디엔 단량체의 단독 중합체 블럭, 공역 디엔 단량체의 공중 합체 블럭 또는 공역 디엔 단량체 및 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체의 공중합체 블럭일 수 있고, A블럭은 B블럭 보다 많은 수의 블럭 질량의 단위당 3차 불포화 (TU)부위를 갖고, A블럭은 100 내지 3000의 분자량을 갖고, B블럭은 1000 내지 15,000의 분자량을 갖고, p 및 q는 0 또는 1이고, n>0이고, r은 0 또는 1이고, m≥0이며 n+m은 1 내지 100의 범위이다.
