Claims (2)
- 예정된 주파수를 갖는 제1신호를 발생하기 위한 신호 출력수단들과 ; 예정된 주파수 분할비로 제1신호의 주파수를 분할함으로써 얻어지는 제2신호를 발생하기 위해서 제1신호에 의해 구동되는 제1링 카운터와 ; 제1신호를 반전시키기 위한 반전수단과 ; 예정된 주파수분할비로 반전된 신호를 주파수-분할함으로서 얻어지는 제3신호를 발생하기 위해서 상기 반전수단에 의해 발생되는 반전신호에 의해 구동되는 제2링 카운터와 ; 제2신호 및 제3신호를 사용하여 제1신호의 반주기만큼 위상을 시프트시켜서 얻어지고 샘플된 펄스를 샘플링 하기 위한 다수의 샘플링 펄스들을 발생하기 위한 샘플링 펄스 출력 수단들과 ; 신호가 샘플되도록 예정된 주기동안에 예정된 레벨을 갖는 펄스를 발생하기 위한 펄스발생수단들과 ; 위상보정은 제2 및 제3신호의 위상이 그들 사이에 예정된 위상관계가 있는 제2신호와 신호가 샘플되도록 미리 예정된 위상을 갖는 제3신호를 위해서 제1신호의 주기를 단위로 해서 시프트 되는 것으로 실행되고, 상기 펄스 발생수단들의 펄스주기동안 신호가 샘플되도록 하는 것과 함께 상기 제1및 제2링 카운터 동장을 동기하기 위해서 위상보정을 실행하는 위상보정수단들과 ; 제2또는 제3신호와 상기 위상 보정수단들에 의해서 위상 보정이 완성되었을때 제1신호의 반주시만큼 샘플되는 신호 사이에 후에 예정된 관계에 대하여 최대 위상 오차로 분할함으로써 얻어지는 다수의 판별 주기를 세트하고, 위상이 보정된 제2신호 또는 위상이 보정된 제3신호에 일치하는 다수의 판별주기들중의 하나를 판별하기 위한 판별수단들과 ; 판별 결과에 따하 샘플되는 신호를 샘플하기 위해 적절한 위상을 갖는 다수의 샘플링 펄스들 사이에서 샘플링 펄스를 선택하기 위한 샘플링 펄스 선택수단들을 구비한다는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플링 펄스 발생기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2신호 또는 제3신호의 에지부근에서 제1신호주기의 반주기 만큼 서로 시프트된 위상을 갖는 다수의 펄스들을 발생하기 위한 펄스 발생부와 ; 샘플된 신호에 응답해서 상기 펄스 발생부로부터 발생되는 다수의 펄스를 선택해서 게이트하기 위한 게이트부와 ; 제2신호 또는 제3신호에 해당하는 다수의 판별주기중의 하나를 지시하는 판별신호를 바생성하기 위해서 상기 게이트부로부터 게이트된 펄스에 의해서 선택적으로 셔트되고 리세트되는 플립 플롭부를 구비한다는 것을 특징으로하 로는 샘플링 펄스발생기.
