Claims (14)
- 전체적으로 형성된 볼 해드를 갖춘 핀과 소켓으로 정의되는 하우징 그리고 볼해드와 하우징사이에 베어링층으로 구성되는 볼 및 스켓조인트의 제조방법에 있어서 볼해드가 윤활제로 도포되며, 로스트 케이싱을 갖춘 볼해드가 하우징을 만드는 포며 또는 주형속으로 들어가고 볼해드와 포며사이의 공간에 재료로 채워지며 그 재료는 응고하여 하우징을 형성하고, 여기서 볼해드는 폴러표면을 가지며 윤활제쿠 숀이미싱 볼캡의 대신에 행하는 윤활제의 도포단계중에 형성되며 이것은 하우징이 제조되기전에 로스트 케이싱으로 둘러싸여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 및 소켓조인트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 윤활제의 연화점은 로스트 케이싱(6)재료의 작동온도 이상이며 케이싱재료의 용융온도는 하우징(8)재료의 작동온로 이상인 것을 특징으로하는 볼 및 소켓 조인트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 리튬염 베이스의 윤활제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 및 소켓조인트의 제조공정.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 윤활제로서 몰리부덴 황화물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 볼 및 소켓조인트의 제조방법.
- 제1항-제4항중 어느 항에 있어서 폴리옥시메틸렌, 폴리우레탄, 폴리테트라플로로에틸렌, 폴리비닐클로라이드-아세테이트-코폴리며, 폴리에틸렌중에서 선택된 플라스틱이 로스트 케이싱의 재료임을 특징으로하는 볼 및 소켓조인트의 제조방법.
- 제1항-제4항중 어느항에 있어서 용융점이 낮은 베어링 메탈이로스트 케이싱의 재료임을 특징으로하는 볼 및 소켓조인트의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서 베어링 메탈은 납 또는 주석합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 볼및 소켓조인트의 제조방법.
- 제1항-제7항중 어느항에 있어서, 하우징의 재료가 플라스틱임을 특징으로하는 볼 및 소켓조인트의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 하우징 플라스틱 유리섬유로 재강화된 에폭시 또는 폴리에스테르 수지인 것을 특징으로하는 볼 및 소켓조인트의 제조방법.
- 제1항-제7항중 어느항에 있어서 하우징의 재료가 저용융금속 인것을 특징으로하는 볼 및 소켓조인트의 제조방법.
- 제1항-제10항중 어느항에 있어서, 윤활제와 케이싱은 담금, 분사 또는 용융에 의해 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 및 소켓조인트의 제조방법.
- 볼규칙하거나 또는 평평한 부분이 있는 볼헤드를 갖춘 핀 부재에서 볼 및 소켓조인트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 볼해드에 윤활제층을 가하고 윤활제층의 외심표면은 구형으로 한정되며, 다음에 볼해드를 주형 또는 포며에 삽입하고 포며 또는 주형의 내부에 남아있는 공간은 볼해드를 지지하는 소켓을 형성하기 위해 경화되는 재료로 채워지는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 볼 및 소켓조인트의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 윤활제를 가하는 단계는 볼해드에 윤활제층을 적용하는 단계와 윤활제로 도포된 볼해드를 케이싱으로 둘러싸는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 및 소켓조인트의 제조공정.
- 폴러 표면과 하우징 그리고 볼해드와 하우징사이에 베어링층을 가하고 전체적으로 형성된 볼해드를 갖춘 핀을 포함하는 볼 및 소켓조인트에 있어서, 미성볼캡의 대신에 폴러표면에 윤활제 쿠숀을 포함하는 윤활제층을 갖추고 있으며 케이싱은 상기의 윤활제층을 둘러싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 및 소켓 조인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
