Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a skin moisturizing cosmetic composition containing an extract of albino mushroom, wherein the albino mushroom extract contains 0.001 to 30.0% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, and hyaluronic acid, a known moisturizer, is added to the total weight of the composition. It is characterized in that it further contains 0.001 to 10.0% by weight. The cosmetic composition of the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition in which the skin moisturizing effect is increased by applying the hyaluronic acid which is a well-known moisturizing agent together with the moisture retention ability of an extract of the white neck.
Skin is the organ that protects the human body by being located at the outermost part of the body. It prevents the loss of water and electrolyte in our body and protects it from the ingress of foreign objects. The skin is divided into epidermal, dermal and subcutaneous fat layers. The epidermal layer is composed of the basal layer, the pole layer, the granular layer and the stratum corneum, and the outermost layer of the stratum corneum plays a very important role in moisturizing the skin.
The moisture content of the epidermal layer is about 70% in the basal and polar layers, 30-50% in the granular layer and 15-30% in the stratum corneum (Journal of Investigative Dermatology, 116, 434442, 2001). However, those who complain of dry skin are known to have less than 10% water content in the stratum corneum.
Therefore, the moisture content in the stratum corneum is important to moisturize the skin, the moisture control in the stratum corneum is largely controlled by two factors. The first is the natural moisturizing factor, NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor), which flows out of granule cells, and consists of amino acids, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, lactate, urea, and inorganic salts, which are degradation products of filaggrin. These combine with moisture and play an important role in increasing water in the stratum corneum. Secondly, the intercellular lipids present in the stratum corneum are composed of ceramide, cholesterol, and free fatty acids, which are synthesized in keratinocytes and secreted out of the cells in the process of differentiation from the granular layer to the stratum corneum to form intercellular lipids. They act as a barrier to inhibit the evaporation of water into the external environment by passive diffusion of water supplied from the dermis.
As such, the skin can retain moisture by NMF and suppress moisture evaporation due to the skin barrier, but since the skin is in the outermost layer of the human body, it is chronically exposed to sunlight, air pollution, chemicals, wind and dry environment. Naturally, as the skin ages, the skin loses moisture and forms dry skin. As a result, the skin becomes rough, and an increasing number of people complain of dermatitis and itching.
Recently, as the number of people with dry skin increases, the need for a moisturizer is increasing. Conventionally, for this purpose, polyols such as glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, and amino acids, lactic acid, etc., which are components of NMF, have been used. However, polyols have a problem of stickiness and are used in winter. Rather, problems such as skin dryness and skin irritation are pointed out. When NMF is applied to cosmetics, there is a problem in the stability of the cosmetics, there is also a problem such as skin burning, it is difficult to expect the effect of continuous skin moisturizing.
Therefore, the present inventors conducted a study in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, it was found that the mushroom extract of the white neck has an excellent water retention ability and has an improvement effect on skin drying when applied to cosmetics. In addition, when applied to cosmetics with hyaluronic acid, it was possible to obtain an elevated skin moisturizing effect and provides a cosmetic and its composition that can be used for sensitive skin as there is no big problem in skin irritation.
Skin moisturizing cosmetic composition of the present invention is characterized in that the white neck contains mushroom extract in an amount of 0.001 to 30.0% by weight based on the total weight.
In addition, the skin moisturizing cosmetic composition of the present invention is characterized by further containing hyaluronic acid as a moisturizing agent in an amount of 0.001 to 10.0% by weight.
The tremella mushroom (Tremella fuciformis) used in the present invention belongs to the tremella family, and its origin is China, Japan, and Korea, and is a mushroom that occurs in decayed trees and fallen trees of hardwoods in hilly areas and mountains. Fruiting bodies are 3-8 cm in diameter and 2-5 cm high. When dry, it will retract and harden. Fruiting bodies are pure white, translucent gelatinous, and sometimes called silver because they resemble human ears. According to traditional Chinese pharmacological theory, the white-headed mushroom is not only used to treat chronic bronchitis, but also according to the records of Chinese ancient Chinese medicine, 'Cheongeumbang', 'Fingerangbangbang' and 'Pacific Sacred Bang', White-necked mushrooms were eaten as a beauty food and are a traditional drug used as a tonic in China.
On the other hand, hyaluronic acid used in the present invention is a kind of mucopolysaccharide is a component that plays an important role in moisturizing by combining with moisture in the dermal layer of the human body.
The fungus mushroom extract contained in the cosmetic composition of the present invention is characterized in that it is extracted using an extraction solvent. The white wood mushroom is dried in a cool place and then physically pulverized, and then extracted by adding an extraction solvent to the pulverized product. As the extraction solvent, one selected from the group consisting of purified water, anhydrous alcohols having 1 to 4 carbon atoms (methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol), glycerin, butylene glycol, and propylene glycol may be used alone, or two solvents may be mixed. use. The ratio of the pulverized product and the solvent is 1: 5 to 1:30, preferably 1:10. The extractor is extracted at 40-100 ° C. for 5-20 hours or at 4-40 ° C. for 1-15 days and freeze-dried.
On the other hand, the baekryeok mushroom extract is characterized in that it contains 0.001 to 30.0% by weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition. Preferably it is 0.1-10.0 weight%. When the content of the mushroom extract is less than 0.001% by weight, it is difficult to expect the effect, when it exceeds 30.0% by weight does not appear to increase the apparent effect of increasing the content.
On the other hand, the content of hyaluronic acid in the present invention is characterized in that it contains 0.001 ~ 10.0% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. When the hyaluronic acid is 0.001% by weight or less, there is no synergistic effect of skin moisturizing, and when it exceeds 10.0% by weight, there is a problem in the stability of the formulation and skin irritation.
The moisturizing cosmetic composition of the present invention is not particularly limited in the formulation, and the skin moisturizing composition of the present invention may be prepared in any formulation commonly prepared in the art, for example, solutions, suspensions, emulsions Liquids, pastes, gels, creams, lotions, powders, soaps, surfactant-containing cleansing, oils, powder foundations, emulsion foundations, wax foundations, sprays, and the like, but are not limited thereto.
As an active ingredient included in the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the white neck, including mushroom extract, hyaluronic acid, and other components commonly used in cosmetic compositions, such as antioxidants, stabilizers, solubilizers, vitamins, pigments and flavorings, such as conventional And the like.
As described in detail above, it was observed that the white neck mushroom extract has excellent water retention ability, and when the white neck mushroom was applied together with the mushroom extract and hyaluronic acid as a moisturizer, the moisturizing effect was found to be increased as a skin moisturizing cosmetic. It can be usefully used.
