Description
The present invention relates to a skin moisturizing composition containing a natural fermented pine leaf extract. More particularly, the present invention relates to a composition for skin moisturizing, which comprises a pine needle leaf extract, a horseradish peroxidase extract, a rhubarb extract, a centurion extract, a eucalyptus extract, And epidermal growth factor (EGF) as active ingredients, it is possible to obtain a synergistic effect on skin irritation mitigation and skin moisturizing composition containing natural fermented pine needle extract.
Conventionally, various methods for alleviating skin irritation have been attempted. For example, a method of removing a substance causing skin irritation has been attempted. However, such a study is limited because the functional raw material itself acts as a stimulus source. For example, lactic acid, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and retinoid are contained in cosmetics for the promotion of skin cell regeneration or anti-wrinkle effect, but they cause skin irritation do. Recently, many studies have been made to neutralize the acidity by adding strong alkali such as NaOH or KOH to the stimulant-inducing functional raw material to alleviate the irritation, but such a prescription has a problem of deteriorating the efficacy of the existing raw materials. Recently, studies have been carried out on inhibition of cell-mediated immunity. Neuropepetides such as calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and substance P (sunstance P) secreted from neurons, Various cytokines and PGE2 in skin and immune cells, such as kinins such as bradykinin, activated by stress in tissue or plasma, are involved in edema formation and vasodilation, It has been known that it acts as a cause. Neuropeptide antagonists including substance P, bradykinin antagonists and COX inhibitors have been proposed as substances capable of reducing skin irritation and irritation. (Korean Patent Publication No. 2000-0058730), raspberry leaf or fruit (Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2003-0015654) and a cosmetic composition containing phytosterol (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-0063987). However, these compositions did not show a clear effect.
On the other hand, skin is an organ which exists in the outermost part of the body and has the function of protecting the human body. It protects the body from moisture and electrolyte loss and protects it from infiltration of foreign matter. Skin is divided into epidermal layer, dermal layer and subcutaneous fat layer. The epidermis is composed of keratinocytes, and the outermost stratum corneum of the epidermis plays a very important role in permeation of the material.
The epidermis is composed of the basal layer, the superficial layer, the granular layer and the stratum corneum. The stratum corneum is composed of keratinocyte and intercellular lipid. The stratum corneum prevents the loss of moisture to the outside, and proper function can be performed by holding proper moisture. The skin barrier located in the stratum corneum is composed of ceramide, fatty acid and cholesterol, which inhibits penetration of foreign substances and prevents the transepidermal water loss (TEWL). It is known that Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) is present in the stratum corneum and plays an important role in moisturizing the skin.
The water content of the epidermal layer is about 70% in the basal layer and 30-50% in the granular layer, and 15-30% in the stratum corneum (Journal of Investigative Dermatology, 116, 434442, 2001). That is, the moisture content in the epidermis shows a gradually decreasing skin water gradient, and the skin is subjected to sustained osmotic stress even through this water slope.
In addition, since skin exists in the outermost layer of the human body, it is exposed to air pollution, dry environment, ultraviolet rays, wind, chemicals and the like. This condition exposes the skin to continuous osmotic stress and promotes more dry skin.
In recent years, as the number of people with dry skin increases, the need for moisturizing agents is increasing. Conventionally, when a formulation containing a skin lipid component as a skin moisturizer is used for restoring and strengthening skin barrier, when a moisturizer is developed by applying a natural moisturizing factor or a polyol such as glycerin or butyleneglycol, There are many methods to develop skin moisturizer by promoting differentiation. However, as long as moisture is continuously lost by the external environment, existing moisturizing agents have a great difficulty in maintaining skin moisture for a long time.
The present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition which can alleviate skin irritation and is effective for moisturizing the skin.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention may include the following means.
The cosmetic composition for alleviating skin irritation according to the present invention contains, as an active ingredient, a natural fermented pine needle extract, Sejangsan extract, rhubarb extract, Centella asiatica extract, eucalyptus extract, collagen extract and oligopeptide-10.
The compositions for alleviating skin irritation and moisturizing the skin containing the natural fermented pine leaf extract according to the present invention contain pine needle extract, western medicine extract, rhubarb extract, Centella asiatica extract, eucalyptus leaf extract, collagen extract and oligopeptide-10 as active ingredients .
The pine needle extract, the western medicine extract, the rhubarb extract, the centipede extract, the eucalyptus leaf extract, the collagen extract and the oligopeptide-10 are each contained in an amount of 1 to 8% by weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
The cosmetic composition is characterized by having formulations of lotion, essence, lotion, cream, pack, gel, ointment, patch, or spray.
The present invention can provide a synergistic effect for relieving skin irritation and moisturizing the skin by containing pine needle extract, western medicine extract, rhubarb extract, Centella asiatica extract, eucalyptus leaf extract, collagen extract and oligopeptide-10 as an active ingredient.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The atopic skin eczema relieving composition of the present invention contains 5-10 wt% of pine leaf extract.
In the composition of the present invention, the pine leaf extract cleans the skin of the skin and cleanses the skin. It has a soothing effect due to its unique sterilizing action and acts to mitigate itching and irritation.
Pine needles, which are the raw materials of pine needles, are rich in terpene phytoncide, which generate anions themselves, and contain a large amount of vitamins and minerals that are beneficial to the human body. In addition, pine needles provide a sole to the final composition to enhance user satisfaction. In the present invention, a pine needle leaf extract, which is a liquid component recovered by pulverizing and filtering the pine needle, is included to form a mixture.
It is well known that Terpenoids ingredients of pine needles prevent skin aging.
In addition to terpenes, the pine needles, especially the α-Finene ingredients contained in pine needles, become isomerized into Campone, which promotes the process of reducing the keratinization and keratinization of living tissue.
As a process for obtaining the pine leaf extract, first, the collected pine leaves are immersed in sufficient water for more than one day to prevent the pine root. Remove the pine needles and dry them for a day, then crush the pine needles with a pounding machine, for example, a universal plow.
The pulverization is preferably carried out by a primary pulverization and a secondary pulverization. In the primary pulverization, the pulverization is performed at 8-10 mm or less, and in the secondary pulverization, the pulverization is performed at 3-4 mm or less. It is preferable to sufficiently shake after each grinding. Next, the crushed pine needles are wrapped with a mesh, liquid separation is performed with a hydraulic compression press, and the mixture is separated into a supernatant and a slurry when kept in a standing state for 24 hours or longer. When the supernatant is separated by filtration of the slurry, the pine leaf extract can be obtained. In addition to this method, various extraction methods conventionally used in the art can be used. Preferably, water, about 1 to 15 times, preferably about 5 to 10 times water, lower alcohol or the like In a mixed solvent having a mixing ratio of from about 1: 0.1 to 1: 10, preferably from 1: 1 to 1: 3, of from about 1 hour to about 2 days at an extraction temperature of from 20 to 100 DEG C, Preferably about 2 hours to about 1 day, by filtration, concentration under reduced pressure, or drying to obtain an extract of pine needles extract, using a method such as cold-water extraction, hot water extraction, ultrasonic extraction or reflux cooling extraction.
Mix the castor oil extract and alkaline water with the pine needle extract powder obtained in the first step.
The addition amount is preferably 95 to 98% by weight of pine needle extract, 1-2.5% by weight of castor oil, and 1-2.5% by weight of alkaline water, preferably anion-generating alkaline ionized water. After mixing, they are mixed with a homogenizer, and it is preferable to mix them at 2500 rpm for about 15 minutes.
The final pine needle extract is fermented and aged, and fermented at 24-25 ° C for about 60-80 hours to produce a pine needle extract.
In addition, the atopic skin eczema relieving composition of the present invention may further contain 5 to 10% by weight of an anion generating alkaline ionized water derived from a plant ingredient. When the amount of the anion generating alkaline ionized water is less than 5% by weight, the effect of releasing the anion may be lowered. When the amount of the anion generating alkaline ionized water exceeds 10% by weight, the content of the other components of the atopic skin eczema relieving composition of the present invention is relatively .

Collagen is a type of fibrous protein that acts as a link between cells and cells.
It is very important as a component of the dermis layer in the skin which functions as an adhesive of calcium constituting the bone and wrinkles, especially in the membrane covering the organs, joint cartilage, eye cornea, bones and skin.
Collagen is contained in many foods such as fish, chicken wings, meat tendons. They are broken down into amino acids in the intestine and then synthesized into collagen, which is then supplied to the organs, epidermis, muscles and joints of the whole body.
However, if you are over 20 years old, the amount produced in the body will decrease sharply and the metabolism of the whole body will become dull. The lack of glue causes the calcium to escape from the bone and the cartilage to become insufficiently hydrated.
Wrinkles and dullness are also caused by lack of collagen, which accounts for 70% of the skin's dermis.
The third-generation "collagen" extracted from carrots rejuvenates the skin and helps prevent aging and wrinkling of the skin. It deeply penetrates into the dermis layer and plays an important role in the elasticity, luster, moisturization and wound healing process of the skin.
Membrane [H.E.S] membrance regenerates cells that produce collagen.
The dermis in the skin consists of collagen and elastin fibers, which provide elasticity and elasticity to the skin.
The wrinkles and skin sagging is because collagen fibers have lost their elasticity.
P.M.B [Advanced moisturizer] It is a shoe-per serum that protects skin from external damage such as drying and prevents water from getting out of the inside of skin.
It alleviates the side effects caused by using cosmetics and troubles caused by skin.
"It gives you the power to constantly moisturize and keep your skin moisturized.
