Description
Claims (10)
- 실린더 장치로서,통 형상의 실린더 부재(1 ; 31)와,상기 실린더 부재에 대하여 축 방향으로 이동 가능하게 지지되며, 일단이 상기 실린더 부재의 단부로부터 돌출되는 로드(7 ; 40)와,상기 실린더 부재의 내부에 마련되며, 상기 로드의 상기 실린더 부재로부터의 돌출 길이가 미리 정해진 길이 이상일 때 스프링력을 부여하고, 미리 정해진 길이 미만일 때 상기 로드에 스프링력을 부여하지 않는 스프링 기구(4, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 ; 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65)를 포함하는 실린더 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 부재(1 ; 31)의 내부의 적어도 일부에 작동 유체가 봉입되고,상기 로드(7 ; 40)에는 상기 실린더 부재의 내부의 상기 작동 유체 속에서 이동하는 피스톤(2 ; 41)이 연결되며,상기 실린더 장치는, 상기 피스톤에 마련된 작동 유체의 유로(45)에 유통 저항을 부여함으로써 감쇠력을 발생시키는 감쇠력 발생 기구(46)를 더 포함하는 것인 실린더 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 기구는,상기 로드(7 ; 40)의 외주부에 마련된 외주 클러치홈(14 ; 61)과,상기 외주 클러치홈(61)과 대향하여 상기 실린더 부재(1 ; 31)의 내측에 마련된 내주 클러치홈(13 ; 60)과,상기 로드의 상기 실린더 부재로부터의 돌출 길이가 미리 정해진 길이 이상일 때, 상기 외주 클러치홈과 결합하여 상기 로드에 대하여 축 방향으로 고정되고, 상기 실린더 부재에 대하여 축 방향으로 이동 가능하며, 상기 로드의 상기 실린더 부재로부터의 돌출 길이가 미리 정해진 길이 미만일 때, 상기 내주 클러치홈과 결합하여 상기 실린더 부재에 대하여 축 방향으로 고정되고, 상기 로드에 대하여 축 방향으로 이동 가능한 클러치 수단(4, 11, 12 ; 62, 63, 64)과,상기 클러치 수단을 편향시키는 스프링 수단(15 ; 65)을 포함하는 것인 실린더 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감쇠력 발생 기구(46)의 감쇠력을 상기 실린더 부재(1 ; 31)의 외부에서 조정하는 감쇠력 조정 수단(46, 57 ; 46, 77)이 설치되는 실린더 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 감쇠력 조정 수단은, 상기 피스톤(2 ; 41)에 대하여 상대 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 그 회전 위치에 따라 상기 작동 유체의 유로(45)의 유로 면적을 변화시키는 셔터(46)를 포함하는 것인 실린더 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 셔터(46)를 역지 밸브의 밸브체로서 상기 피스톤(2 ; 41)의 상기 작동 유체의 유로(45)의 개구부에 접촉시켜 밸브를 폐쇄하고, 상기 셔터가 상기 개구부로부터 이격됨으로써 밸브를 개방하도록 되어 있는 실린더 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(2 ; 41)을 상기 로드(7 ; 40)에 대하여 축 둘레로 회전 불가능하게 설치하고, 상기 로드를 그 스트로크단측까지 이동시켰을 때에 상기 셔터(46)와 결합하는 결합 부재(57 ; 77)를 상기 실린더 부재(1 ; 31) 내부에, 축 둘레로 회전하지 않도록 고정하여 설치한 실린더 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(2 ; 41)에는 상기 로드(7 ; 40)가 단축(短縮) 방향으로 스트로크할 때에만 작동 유체의 흐름을 허용하는 역지 밸브(46 ; 68 ; 76)가 설치되어 있는 것인 실린더 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 부재(1 ; 31)의 상기 피스톤(2 ; 41)이 슬라이딩하는 내주면에는, 상기 로드(7 ; 40)의 돌출 길이가 미리 정해진 범위에 있을 때, 상기 피스톤과의 사이에 간극을 형성하는 바이패스 오목부(17 ; 58)가 형성되어 있는 것인 실린더 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 기구는, 상기 실린더 부재(1 ; 31)로부터의 상 기 로드(7 ; 40)의 돌출 길이가 미리 정해진 길이 이상일 때, 상기 로드에 돌출 방향의 힘을 부여하는 코일 스프링(15 ; 65)을 포함하는 것인 실린더 장치.
