Claims (4)
- 内部にシリンダ室を有したシリンダチューブと、前記シリンダチューブの端部に装着されるカバー部材と、前記シリンダ室に沿って変位自在に設けられるピストンと、前記ピストンに連結されるピストンロッドとを有する流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記ピストンは、前記ピストンロッドの端部に連結されるプレート体と、前記プレート体の外縁部に設けられ前記シリンダチューブの内周面に摺接する環状のリング体とからなり、
前記プレート体の中央部には、テーパ部を有する前記ピストンロッドの端部が挿入されて同軸状に位置決めされる膨出部が設けられ、前記膨出部を貫通するピン部材によって前記プレート体と前記ピストンロッドとが連結されることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記ピン部材は、前記ピストンロッドの軸方向に対して所定角度傾斜して該ピストンロッドに対して打ち込まれる複数のリベットであることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 内部にシリンダ室を有したシリンダチューブと、前記シリンダチューブの端部に装着されるカバー部材と、前記シリンダ室に沿って変位自在に設けられるピストンと、前記ピストンに連結されるピストンロッドとを有する流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記ピストンは、前記ピストンロッドの端部に連結されるプレート体と、前記プレート体の外縁部に設けられ前記シリンダチューブの内周面に摺接する環状のリング体とからなり、
前記プレート体の中央部には、前記ピストンロッドから離間する方向に突出するクッション部材が設けられ、前記クッション部材と前記プレート体とが共通のピン部材によって前記ピストンロッドに連結され、前記クッション部材が前記カバー部材の収納孔へ収納されることで前記ピストンの変位速度が減速されることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項3記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記ピン部材は、前記ピストンロッドの軸方向に沿って該ピストンロッドに対して打ち込まれるリベットであることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
