Description
Claims (12)
- 전체적으로 통형상을 이루고, 칸막이벽을 통하여 하방 공간과 상방 공간으로 나뉘어져 있으며, 상방 공간의 외벽에는 상방 공간을 외부로 연통시키는 통기관이 장착되어 있고, 상기 칸막이벽에는 개구부가 설치되어 있으며, 그 하면에 밸브 시트가 형성되어 있고, 하방 공간의 외벽에는 하방 공간을 외부로 연통시키는 연통공이 형성되어 있는 하우징과,이 하우징의 하방 공간에 상하 접동 가능하게 배치되며, 상면 중앙에, 중앙이 가장 높고 주변이 점차로 낮아지는 돌기부가 설치되어 있고, 상기 하우징의 연통공을 지나 유입하는 액체에 의해 부상하도록 구성된 플로우트와,이 플로우트의 상부에, 이 플로우트에 대하여 요동 가능하게 지지되고, 하면에는 상기 플로우트의 돌기부가 접촉하는 받침부가 설치되며, 이 받침부의 중앙에 상기 돌기부의 정수리부 주변이 접촉하는 중심 구멍이 형성된 가동 밸브를 구비하고 있으며,상기 플로우트가 소정 높이까지 부상했을 때, 상기 가동 밸브가 상기 밸브 시트에 접촉하여 상기 개구부가 폐색되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가동 밸브의 받침부의 중심 구멍 주위에는 외부로 향할수록 점차로 얕 아지는 안내 요(凹)부가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가동 밸브의 받침부 주위에는 요(凹)부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 가동 밸브의 받침부의 중심 구멍 주위에는 외부로 향할수록 점차로 얕아지는 안내 요(凹)부가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가동 밸브의 받침부가 형성된 판부 위에, 리브를 통하여 이 판부와 거의 평행한, 씰면을 형성하는 상판부가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 리브에는 둘레 방향의 소정 개소에 구멍이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 가동 밸브의 받침부의 중심 구멍 주위에는 외부로 향할수록 점차로 얕아지는 안내 요(凹)부가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 리브에는 둘레 방향의 소정 개소에 구멍이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 가동 밸브의 받침부 주위에는 요(凹)부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 리브에는 둘레 방향의 소정 개소에 구멍이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 가동 밸브의 받침부의 중심 구멍 주위에는 외부로 향할수록 점차로 얕아지는 안내 요(凹)부가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 리브에는 둘레 방향의 소정 개소에 구멍이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브 장치.
