Description
Claims (16)
- 소정의 온도로 반응을 일으키는 저온 반응 유닛;상기 저온 반응 유닛에 비해 높은 온도에서 반응을 일으키는 고온 반응 유닛; 및상기 저온 반응 유닛과 상기 고온 반응 유닛이 서로 연통된 연통관을 포함하며,상기 저온 반응 유닛과 상기 고온 반응 유닛 중 적어도 하나는 돌출면과 오목면으로 설치되고, 상기 돌출면과 상기 오목면 각각은 상기 저온 반응 유닛과 상기 고온 반응 유닛 중 다른 하나의 대향면을 향하고;상기 오목면과 상기 대향면 사이의 길이는 상기 돌출면과 상기 대향면 사이의 길이보다 길고; 그리고상기 연통관은 상기 오목면과 상기 대향면 사이에 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저온 반응 유닛은 CO 제거기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저온 반응 유닛은 기화기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고온 반응 유닛은 연료를 수소로 개질하는 개질기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저온 반응 유닛은 가열기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고온 반응 유닛은 가열기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저온 반응 유닛, 상기 고온 반응 유닛 및 상기 연통관을 덮는 단열 패키지를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저온 반응 유닛은 복수의 금속 기판들로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고온 반응 유닛은 복수의 금속 기판들로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저온 반응 유닛, 상기 고온 반응 유닛 및 상기 연통관은 동일한 물질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저온 반응 유닛은 CO 제거기를 포함하고; 상기 고온 반응 유닛은 연료를 수소로 개질하는 개질기를 포함하고; 그리고 상기 연통관은 상기 개질기에 의해 개질된 가스를 상기 CO 제거기로 순환하기 위한 배관을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고온 반응 유닛은 발열시키기 위해 연소 가스를 연소하는 연소기를 포함하며, 그리고 상기 연통관은 상기 연소 가스를 상기 저온 반응 유닛으로부터 상기 연소기로 순환하기 위한 배관을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저온 반응 유닛은 집합 배관을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 청구항 제 1 항에 따른 반응기로 설치됨을 특징으로 발전 장치.
- 소정의 온도로 반응을 일으키는 저온 반응 유닛;상기 저온 반응 유닛에 비해 높은 온도에서 반응을 일으키는 고온 반응 유닛; 및상기 저온 반응 유닛과 상기 고온 반응 유닛이 서로 연통된 연통관을 포함하며,상기 저온 반응 유닛과 상기 고온 반응 유닛 중 적어도 하나는 복수의 금속판들로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 반응기.
- 소정의 온도로 반응을 일으키는 저온 반응 유닛;상기 저온 반응 유닛에 구비된 유입 배관;상기 유입 배관과 연결되기 위해 구비된 유출 배관;상기 저온 반응 유닛에 비해 높은 온도에서 반응을 일으키는 고온 반응 유닛; 및상기 저온 반응 유닛과 상기 고온 반응 유닛이 서로 연통된 연통관을 포함하는 연료 개질 반응기.
