Claims (11)
- 유화 조성물로서,
물,
유성 성분,
분자량이 100만 이상인 아라비아검,
염, 및
다가 알코올을 함유하고, 또한,
상기 염의 함유량이 상기 아라비아검 100질량부에 대해 90질량부 이하이고,
상기 유화 조성물은, 유화 조성물 총 질량에 대하여 1.5~8질량%의 염을 포함하고,
상기 염이 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 염화칼슘 및 염화마그네슘으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 무기염이고,
상기 유화 조성물의 pH가 2~4.5의 범위이며,
상기 다가 알코올이 프로필렌글리콜 및 글리세린으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이며,
상기 유화 조성물은, 유화 조성물 총 질량에 대하여, 5-25질량%의 프로필렌글리콜 또는 20-80질량%의 글리세린을 포함하거나, 또는 5-25질량%의 프로필렌글리콜 및 20-80질량%의 글리세린을 포함하는
유화 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
유화 향료 제제, 유화 색소 제제, 유화 영양 강화제 제제, 유화 기능성 소재 제제, 또는 혼탁제인
유화 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 유화 조성물을 함유하는
수성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 유화 조성물을 함유하는
음식품.
- 제4항에 있어서,
