가변영역의 하나 이상의 아미노산을 히스티딘으로 치환함으로써 항원에 대한 pH 5.8에서의 KD와 pH 7.4에서의 KD의 비인 KD(pH 5.8)/KD(pH 7.4)의 값이 히스티딘 치환 전과 비교하여 커진 항체를 선택하는 공정을 포함하는, 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,

약물동태의 향상이
(1) 항체가 투여되고나서, 항체가 혈장 중으로부터 소실될 때까지의 시간의 연장,
(2) 항체가 투여되고나서, 항체가 항원에 결합 가능한 상태로 혈장 중에 존재하는 시간의 연장,
(3) 항체가 투여되고나서, 생체내의 항원이 항체와 결합하고 있지 않은 시간의 감소,
(4) 생체내에 존재하는 항원에 대한 항체에 결합한 항원의 비율의 상승, 또는
(5) 항체가 투여되고 나서, 가용형 항원이 혈장 중으로부터 소실되는 속도의 상승인, 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
항원에 대한 pH 5.8에서의 KD와 pH 7.4에서의 KD의 비인 KD(pH 5.8)/KD(pH 7.4)의 값이 Biacore(등록상표)를 사용하여 MES 버퍼, 37℃의 조건에 있어서 측정되는, 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조되는 항체를 코드하는 폴리뉴클레오티드가 도입된 벡터를 포함하는 숙주세포를 배양하고, 당해 항체를 숙주세포로부터 단리하는 공정을 포함하는, 항체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조되는 항체를 코드하는 폴리뉴클레오티드가 도입된 벡터를 포함하는 숙주세포를 배양하고, 당해 항체를 숙주세포로부터 단리하는 공정을 포함하는, 의약 조성물의 제조방법.
