Description
도 2는 본 발명에 관한 자심의 실시형태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3은 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말의 함유 비율과 압환 강도의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말의 함유 비율과 비저항의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 관한 자심 단면의 SEM상 및 원소 매핑이다.
도 6은 비교예에 관한 자심 단면의 SEM상 및 원소 매핑이다.
Claims (4)
- Fe기 연자성 합금 입자가 분산된 조직을 갖는 자심의 제조 방법으로서,
Al 및 Cr을 포함하는 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말과, Cr 및 Si를 포함하는 제2 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말과, 바인더를 혼합하는 제1 공정과,
상기 제1 공정을 거쳐 얻어진 혼합물을 성형하는 제2 공정과,
상기 제2 공정을 거쳐 얻어진 성형체를 열처리하는 제3 공정을 가지며,
상기 열처리에 의해 상기 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말의 표면과 상기 제2 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말의 표면에 각각 산화물층을 형성하고, 이 산화물층들을 통해 상기 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말과 상기 제2 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말의 결합, 상기 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말끼리의 결합, 및 상기 제2 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말끼리의 결합이 행해지도록 하고,
자심의 단면 관찰상에서 최대지름이 40㎛를 넘는 합금 입자의 개수 비율이 1.0% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 자심의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말과 제2 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말의 합계에 대한 상기 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 분말의 비율이 질량비로 40% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자심의 제조 방법. - Fe기 연자성 합금 입자가 분산된 조직을 갖는 자심으로서,
상기 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자가 Al 및 Cr을 포함하는 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자와, Cr 및 Si를 포함하는 제2 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자를 가지며,
상기 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자의 표면과 상기 제2 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자의 표면에 각각 형성된 산화물층을 통해 상기 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자와 상기 제2 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자의 결합, 상기 제1 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자끼리의 결합, 및 상기 제2 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자끼리의 결합이 행해져 있으며,
자심의 단면 관찰상에서 최대지름이 40㎛를 넘는 합금 입자의 개수 비율이 1.0% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 자심. - 청구항 3에 기재된 자심과, 상기 자심에 감긴 코일을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 부품.
