Claims (13)
- M1(단, M1은 Al 및 Cr 원소 둘 다), Si 및 R(단, R은 Y, Zr, Nb, La, Hf 및 Ta로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소)을 포함하는 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자에 의해 형성된 합금상을 포함하고, 상기 합금상이 입계상으로 연결된 조직을 가지며,
상기 입계상에 Fe, M1, Si 및 R을 포함하고 질량비로 상기 합금상보다 많은 Al을 포함하는 산화물 영역을 구비하는 자심. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 자심은 Fe, M1 및 R의 합을 100질량%로 하여 Al을 3질량% 이상 10질량% 이하, Cr을 3질량% 이상 10질량% 이하, R을 0.01질량% 이상 1질량% 이하로 포함하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물인 자심. - M2(단, M2는 Al 또는 Cr 중 어느 하나의 원소), Si 및 R(단, R은 Y, Zr, Nb, La, Hf 및 Ta로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소)을 포함하는 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자에 의해 형성된 합금상을 포함하고, 상기 합금상이 입계상으로 연결된 조직을 가지며,
상기 입계상에 Fe, M2, Si 및 R을 포함하고 질량비로 상기 합금상보다 많은 M2를 포함하는 산화물 영역을 구비하는 자심. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 자심은 Fe, M2, Si 및 R의 합을 100질량%로 하여 M2를 1.5질량% 이상 8질량% 이하, Si를 1질량% 초과 7질량% 이하, R을 0.01질량% 이상 3질량% 이하로 포함하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물인 자심. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산화물 영역이 그 상기 산화물 영역 내의 다른 영역보다 R의 비율이 높은 영역을 구비하는 자심. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
R이 Zr 또는 Hf인 자심. - 청구항 2 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,
R을 0.3질량% 이상으로 포함하는 자심. - 청구항 2, 청구항 4 또는 청구항 7에 있어서,
R을 0.6질량% 이하로 포함하는 자심. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 입계상이 Fe, M1, Si 및 R의 합에 대한 Al의 비율이 Fe, Cr, Si 및 R 각각의 비율보다 높은 제1 영역과, Fe, M1, Si 및 R의 합에 대한 Fe의 비율이 M1, Si 및 R 각각의 비율보다 높은 제2 영역을 갖고 있는 자심. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
비저항이 1×105Ω·m 이상이고, 압환 강도가 120MPa 이상인 자심. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 10 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 자심과, 그 자심에 실시된 코일을 갖는 코일 부품.
- M1(단, M1은 Al 및 Cr 원소 둘 다), Si 및 R(단, R은 Y, Zr, Nb, La, Hf 및 Ta로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소)을 포함하는 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자와 바인더를 혼합하여 혼합 분말을 얻는 공정과,
상기 혼합 분말을 가압 성형하여 성형체를 얻는 공정과,
산소를 포함하는 분위기 중에서 상기 성형체를 열처리하여 상기 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자에 의해 형성된 합금상을 포함하는 조직을 갖는 자심을 얻는 공정을 구비하고,
상기 열처리에 의해 상기 합금상을 연결하는 입계상을 형성함과 동시에 상기 입계상에 Fe, M1, Si 및 R을 포함하고 질량비로 상기 합금상보다 많은 Al을 포함하는 산화물 영역을 생성하는 자심의 제조 방법. - M2(단, M2는 Cr 또는 Al 중 어느 하나의 원소), Si 및 R(단, R은 Y, La, Zr, Hf, Nb 및 Ta로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소)을 포함하는 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자와 바인더를 혼합하여 혼합 분말을 얻는 공정과,
상기 혼합 분말을 성형하여 성형체를 얻는 공정과,
산소를 포함하는 분위기 중에서 상기 성형체를 열처리하여 상기 Fe기 연자성 합금 입자에 의해 형성된 합금상을 포함하는 조직을 갖는 자심을 얻는 공정을 구비하고,
상기 열처리에 의해 상기 합금상을 연결하는 입계상을 형성함과 동시에 상기 입계상에 Fe, M2, Si 및 R을 포함하고 질량비로 상기 합금상보다 많은 M2를 포함하는 산화물 영역을 생성하는 자심의 제조 방법.
