Claims (1)
- 회전축을 공유하는 2개의 원추의 바닥이 접하여 원주능선이 형성된 외주둘레부와 상기 원주능선을 따라 원주방향으로 교대로 형성된 복수의 홈 및 돌기로 이루어지고,
상기 돌기는 상기 원주능선이 절단되고 남은 원주방향으로 길이를 가지는 상기 원주능선의 부분으로 구성되고, 상기 홈의 원주방향의 길이가 상기 돌기의 원주방향의 길이보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 취성재료용 스크라이빙 휠의 제조방법으로서,
레이저광의 조사에 의하여 상기 원추의 축선방향으로부터 본 형상이 사다리꼴이 되는 홈을 외주둘레부에 절단하여 형성하는 공정을 구비하고,
상기 스크라이빙 휠의 재질은 소결 다이아몬드이고,
상기 홈의 깊이는 0.5~5㎛이고,
사다리꼴의 밑변의 길이를 변경함으로써 상기 홈의 원주방향에 있어서의 길이를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 취성재료용 스크라이빙 휠의 제조방법.
