Claims (5)
- 59~73 중량%의 구리, 2.7~8.3 중량%의 망간, 1.5~6 중량%의 알루미늄, 0.2~4 중량%의 실리콘, 0.2~3 중량%의 철, 0~2 중량%의 납, 0~2 중량%의 니켈, 0~0.2 중량%의 주석, 0~0.03 중량%의 인, 잔여량의 아연 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 면적분율이 60~85%에 달하는 α상(phase)을 포함하는 α 및 β 고용체 매트릭스로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 가이드(valve guide)용 구리-아연 합금 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 합금이, 70~73 중량%의 구리, 6~8 중량%의 망간, 4~6 중량%의 알루미늄, 1~4 중량%의 실리콘, 1~3 중량%의 철, 0.5~1.5 중량%의 납, 0~0.2 중량%의 니켈, 0~0.2 중량%의 주석, 0~0.03 중량%의 인, 잔여량의 아연 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리-아연 합금 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 합금이, 69.5~71.5 중량%의 구리, 6.5~8 중량%의 망간, 4.5~6 중량%의 알루미늄, 1~2.5 중량%의 실리콘, 1~2.5 중량%의 철, 0.5~1.5 중량%의 납, 0~0.2 중량%의 니켈, 0~0.2 중량%의 주석, 0~0.03 중량%의 인, 잔여량의 아연 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리-아연 합금 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 합금이, 60~61.5 중량%의 구리, 3~4 중량%의 망간, 2~3 중량%의 알루미늄, 0.3~1 중량%의 실리콘, 0.2~1 중량%의 철, 0~0.5 중량%의 납, 0.3~1 중량%의 니켈, 0~0.2 중량%의 주석, 0~0.03 중량%의 인, 잔여량의 아연 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리-아연 합금 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 합금이, 크롬, 바나듐, 티타늄 또는 지르코늄 중 하나 이상의 원소를 0.1 중량% 이하의 양으로 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리-아연 합금 조성물.
