Claims (19)
- 충전 가능한 축전장치(B)와,상기 축전장치(B)를 충전하기 위한 전력을 차량 외부의 전원(60)으로부터 받는 충전 플러그(50)와,상기 충전 플러그(50)로부터 입력되는 전력을 받아 상기 축전장치(B)를 충전 가능하게 구성된 충전수단(10, 20, MG1, MG2, ACL1, ACL2, 150)과,이용자가 정규인지의 여부를 판정하여, 이용자가 정규라고 판정되면 차량 시스템의 기동을 허가하는 인증수단(120)과,상기 전원(60)으로부터 상기 축전장치(B)의 충전 시, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과에 관계없이 상기 차량 시스템을 기동하는 제어수단(110)을 구비하는 차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 충전 플러그(50)와 상기 전원(60)과의 접속/비접속을 검지하는 접속 검지수단(162, 110)을 더 구비하고,상기 제어수단(110)은, 상기 차량 시스템의 정지 시에 상기 충전 플러그(50)와 상기 전원(60)과의 접속이 상기 접속 검지수단(162, 110)에 의하여 검지되어 있을 때, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과에 관계없이 상기 차량 시스템을 기동하는 차량.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제어수단(110)은, 상기 차량 시스템의 정지 시에 상기 충전 플러그(50)와 상기 전원(60)과의 접속이 상기 접속 검지수단(162, 110)에 의하여 검지되어 있을 때, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과를 무효화하고, 상기 전원(60)으로부터 상기 축전장치(B)의 충전의 실행을 상기 충전수단(10, 20)에 지시하는 차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인증수단(120)은, 이용자가 가지는 키가 정규의 것인지의 여부를 판정하여, 상기 키가 정규의 것으로 판정되면 차량 시스템의 기동을 허가하는 차량.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제어수단(110)은, 상기 충전 플러그(50)와 상기 전원(60)의 비접속이 상기 접속 검지수단(162, 110)에 의해 검지되면, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과를 유효화하는 차량.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제어수단(110)은, 상기 전원(60)으로부터 상기 축전장치(B)의 충전이 완료되었다고 판정되면, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과를 유효화하는 차량.
- 제 3항에 있어서,시프트 레버의 시프트 위치를 검지하는 시프트 위치 검지수단(l40)을 더 구비하고,상기 제어수단(110)은, 상기 전원(60)으로부터 상기 축전장치(B)의 충전이 허가되는 소정의 시프트 위치에 상기 시프트 레버가 설정되어 있다고 상기 시프트 위치 검지수단(140)에 의해 검지되어 있을 때에 한하여, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과를 무효화하고, 상기 전원(60)으로부터 상기 축전장치(B)의 충전의 실행을 상기 충전수단(10, 20)에 지시하는 차량.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 소정의 시프트 위치는, 주차 위치인 차량.
- 차량에 탑재된 축전장치(B)를 차량 외부의 전원(60)으로부터 충전 가능한 차량의 제어방법에 있어서,상기 차량은, 이용자가 정규인지의 여부를 판정하고, 또한, 이용자가 정규라고 판정되면 차량 시스템의 기동을 허가하는 인증수단(120)을 구비하고,상기 제어방법은,상기 전원(60)으로부터 상기 축전장치(B)의 충전 시, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과에 관계없이 상기 차량 시스템을 기동하는 단계와,상기 차량 시스템이 기동되면, 상기 전원(60)으로부터 상기 축전장치(B)의 충전을 실행하는 단계를 포함하는 차량의 제어방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 축전장치(B)를 충전하기 위한 전력을 상기 전원(60)으로부터 받는 충전 플러그(50)와 상기 전원(60)과의 접속을 검지하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 차량 시스템의 정지 시에 상기 충전 플러그(50)와 상기 전원(60)과의 접속이 검지되어 있을 때, 상기 차량 시스템을 기동하는 단계에 있어서, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과에 관계없이 상기 차량 시스템이 기동되는 제어방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 차량 시스템의 정지 시에 상기 충전 플러그(50)와 상기 전원(60)과의 접속이 검지되어 있을 때, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과를 무효화하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과가 무효화되면, 상기 차량 시스템이 기동되고, 상기 전원(60)으로부터 상기 축전장치(B)의 충전이 실행되는 제어방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 인증수단(120)은, 이용자가 가지는 키가 정규의 것인지의 여부를 판정하여, 상기 키가 정규의 것으로 판정되면 차량 시스템의 기동을 허가하는 제어방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 충전 플러그(50)와 상기 전원(60)의 비접속이 검지되면, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과를 유효화하는 단계를 더 포함하는 제어방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 전원(60)으로부터 상기 축전장치(B)의 충전이 완료되었다고 판정되면, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과를 유효화하는 단계를 더 포함하는 제어방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 전원(60)으로부터 상기 축전장치(B)의 충전이 허가되는 소정의 시프트 위치에 시프트 레버가 설정되어 있는지의 여부를 판정하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 시프트 레버가 상기 소정의 시프트 위치에 설정되어 있다고 검지되어 있을 때에 한하여, 상기 인증수단(120)의 판정결과가 무효화되는 제어방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 소정의 시프트 위치는, 주차 위치인 제어방법.
- 제 9항 내지 제 16항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제어방법을 컴퓨터에 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록매체.
