Description
複数のセルを直列に接続したバッテリと、
前記バッテリと電力のやりとりが可能な電動機と、
前記電動機を駆動制御する制御装置と、
を備える電動車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記バッテリの各セルのセル電圧を検出するセル電圧検出系に異常が生じているときには、前記電動機の回生制御を禁止し、前記バッテリを構成する全セルのうち少なくとも2以上のセルにより構成されるブロックの電圧と前記バッテリに流れる電池電流とによって得られる前記ブロックの開放電圧に基づいて前記バッテリが充電されているか否かを判定する、
ことを特徴とする。
Claims (3)
- 複数のセルを直列に接続したバッテリと、
前記バッテリと電力のやりとりが可能な電動機と、
前記電動機を駆動制御する制御装置と、
を備える電動車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記バッテリの各セルのセル電圧を検出するセル電圧検出系に異常が生じているときには、前記電動機の回生制御を禁止し、前記バッテリを構成する全セルのうち少なくとも2つ以上のセルにより構成されるブロックの電圧と前記バッテリに流れる電池電流とによって得られる前記ブロックの開放電圧に基づいて前記バッテリが充電されているか否かを判定する、
ことを特徴とする電動車両。 - 請求項1記載の電動車両であって、
前記制御装置は、所定時間内に複数回検出された前記ブロックの電圧と電池電流とに基づいて前記ブロックの開放電圧を算出し、前記ブロックの開放電圧が増加しているときに前記バッテリが充電されていると判定する、
電動車両。 - 請求項1または2記載の電動車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記セル電圧検出系に異常が生じているときに前記バッテリが充電されていると判定したときには、車両を停止する、
電動車両。
