Claims (13)
- 하기 화학식 (1)으로 표시되고, 망간 활성의 심적색(600nm~670nm) 형광체. (k-x)MgO·xAF2·GeO2:yMn4+ --------------------(1)[상기 화학식 (1)에서, 상기 k는 2.8 내지 5의 실수이고, x는 0.1 내지 0.7의 실수이고, 상기 y는 0.005 내지 0.015의 실수이며, 상기 A는 칼슘(Ca), 스트론튬(Sr), 바륨(Ba), 아연(Zn) 또는 이들의 혼합물이거나, 마그네슘(Mg) 및 상기 칼슘(Ca), 스트론튬(Sr), 바륨(Ba), 아연(Zn) 중 적어도 어느 하나와의 혼합물이다.]
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 "A"는 바륨이며,UV광원, 청색광원 및 수은발광원으로 각각 여기되는 경우, 3.5MgO·0.5MgF2·GeO2:Mn4+ 형광체 대비 143 내지 150% 발광 효율을 갖는 망간 활성의 심적색 형광체.

- 제6항에 있어서,상기 형광 램프는 냉음극선관형광램프(CCFL) 또는 면광원램프(FFL)인 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 형광 램프.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 형광 램프는 수은 발광원을 여기원으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 램프.
- 고상 반응에 의하여 심적색 형광체를 제조함에 있어서,마그네슘 옥사이드(MgO), 메탈 플로라이드(AF2, A는 금속), 저마늄 옥사이드(GeO2) 및 망간 전구체 화합물을 (k-x):x:1:y의 몰 비율이 되도록 균일 혼합하여 혼합 분말을 준비하는 단계;상기 혼합 분말을 1000 내지 1200℃의 온도 하에서 4 내지 9 시간 동안 열처리 하여 상기 혼합 분말을 소성(燒成)하는 단계; 및상기 소성된 분말을 세정 및 여과하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 메탈 플로라이드는 칼슘 플로라이드(CaF2), 스트론튬 플로라이드(SrF2), 바륨 플로라이드(BaF2) 및 징크 플로라이드(ZnF2)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물을 포함하는 심적색 형광체의 제조 방법.(상기 k는 2.8 내지 5의 실수이고, 상기 x는 0.1 내지 0.7의 실수이며, 상기 y는 0.005 내지 0.015의 실수이다.)

- 제9항에 있어서,상기 망간 전구체 화합물은 망간 카보네이트(MnCO3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 심적색 형광체의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 세정은 증류수에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 심적색 형광체의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 혼합은 알루미나(Al2O3) 반응 용기 내에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 심적색 형광체의 제조 방법.
