Claims (8)
- 하기 <화학식 1>로 표시되는 황색 형광체;<화학식 1>(Gd3-yRey)Sc2Al3O12:Ce3+(여기서 Re는 Y, La, Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy, Yb 및 Lu로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소이고, 0≤y<3 임)

- 제 1항에 따른 황색 형광체 및 피크 발광 파장이 430nmn 내지 490nm사이인 청색 발광 다이오드를 포함하여 제조되는 백색 발광 다이오드.
- (a) Gd2O3, Al2O3, Sc2O3, Ce2(C2O4)3 및 선택적으로 Y2O3, La2O3, Sm2O3, Eu2O3, Tb2O3, Dy2O3, Yb2O3 및 Lu2O3로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물을 칭량하여 융제 하에서 혼합하는 단계:(b) 상기 혼합물을 50 내지 150 ℃, 1 내지 24시간 동안 건조하는 단계: 및(c) 상기 건조된 혼합물을 고순도 알루미나 도가니에 넣고, 1000 내지 1600℃, 1 내지 48시간 동안 소성하는 단계를 포함하는 제 1항의 황색 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계와 상기 (b)단계 사이에 상기 혼합물을 아세톤 중에서 볼밀하고 체로 분리 및 건조하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 황색 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,(d) 상기 단계(c)를 거친 소성물을 1 내지 5wt% 염산수용액으로 세정하고 건조하는 단계 및선택적으로(e) 상기 단계 (d)를 거친 건조물을 H2/N2 혼합가스 상에서 1200 내지 1400℃에서 3 내지 5시간 동안 소성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 황색 형광체의 제조방법.
