Claims (16)
- (a) Mo, V, P를 각각 또는 복수로 함유하는 화합물 및 아세트산구리를 물과 혼합하고, 이들 화합물의 수용액 또는 수분산체(이하, 양자를 포함하여 슬러리액이라 한다)를 조제하는 공정,(b) 공정 (a)에서 수득된 슬러리액을 건조하여 슬러리 건조체를 얻는 공정,(c) 공정 (b)에서 수득된 슬러리 건조체를 바인더를 사용하여 담체에 피복하는 공정,(d) 공정 (c)에서 수득된 피복 성형물을 소성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 피복 촉매의 제조방법으로서, 상기 바인더로서 에탄올을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크롤레인의 기상접촉산화에 의한 메타크릴산 제조용 피복 촉매의 제조방법.
- (a) Mo, V, P를 각각 또는 복수로 함유하는 화합물을 물과 혼합하고, 이들 화합물의 수용액 또는 수분산체(이하, 양자를 포함하여 슬러리액이라 한다)를 조제하는 공정,(b) 공정 (a)에서 수득된 슬러리액을 건조하여 슬러리 건조체를 얻는 공정,(b') 공정 (b)에서 수득된 슬러리 건조체에 고체 아세트산구리를 혼합하는 공정,(c) 공정 (b')에서 수득된 혼합물을 바인더를 사용하여 담체에 피복하는 공정,(d) 공정 (c)에서 수득된 피복 성형물을 소성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 피복 촉매의 제조방법으로서, 상기 바인더로서 에탄올을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크롤레인의 기상접촉산화에 의한 메타크릴산 제조용 피복 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 공정 (a)에서 슬러리액의 원료로서 추가로 As 함유 화합물을 사용하는 피복 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 공정 (a)에서 슬러리액의 원료로서 추가로 산화구리를 사용하는 피복 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 공정 (a)에서 슬러리액의 원료로서 추가로 As 함유 화합물 및 산화구리를 사용하는 피복 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 바인더가 에탄올/물=10/0∼5/5(질량비)인 피복 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 바인더가 에탄올/물=10/0∼5/5(질량비)인 피복 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 바인더가 에탄올/물=10/0∼5/5(질량비)인 피복 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 바인더가 에탄올/물=10/0∼5/5(질량비)인 피복 촉매의 제조방법.
