Claims (7)
- 하기 화학식 1[화학식 1]PMo12VaCsbKcXdYe(Q(PO4)f)gOx상기 화학식 1에서,X는 Cu, Ag, Co, Pb, Mn 및 Tl로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속성분이며, Y는 As, Sb, Bi, Zn 및 Nb로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속성분이고, Q는 Cr, La, Ce, Fe, Ni 및 Mg로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속성분이며, a는 0.1<a<3, b는 0.5<b<3, c는 0<c<1, d는 0<d<3, e는 0<e<3, f는 0.5<f<3, g는 0.001<g<3, x는 산소 이외의 각 원소의 산화상태 및 원자비에 따라서 정해지는 수로 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는헤테로폴리산계 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 Q로 표시되는 금속성분은, Q(PO4)f로 표시되는 인산염 형태의 전구체로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는헤테로폴리산계 촉매.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 인산염 형태의 전구체는, CrPO4, LaPO4, CePO4, FePO4, Ni3(PO4)2, Mg2P2O7 및 이들의 수화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는헤테로폴리산계 촉매.
- 제 1항 기재의 헤테로폴리산계 촉매의 제조방법으로서,(a) MoO3, V2O5 및 H3PO4를 증류수와 혼합하여 수용액을 제조하는 단계;(b) 제조된 수용액에 Cs 및 K 전구체, 금속 전구체 및 피리딘을 혼합하여 제조한 수용액을 적가하여 슬러리를 제조하는 단계; 및(c) 제조된 슬러리를 건조, 소성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는헤테로폴리산계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계의 금속 전구체는, Cu, Ag, Co, Pb, Mn 및 Tl로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속성분 X; As, Sb, Bi, Zn 및 Nb로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속성분 Y; 및 Cr, La, Ce, Fe, Ni 및 Mg로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속성분 Q;의 전구체인 것을 특징으로 하는헤테로폴리산계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 금속성분 Q의 전구체는, Q(PO4)f로 표시되는 인산염 전구체로, CrPO4, LaPO4, CePO4, FePO4, Ni3(PO4)2, Mg2P2O7 및 이들의 수화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는헤테로폴리산계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계의 K 전구체는, 탄산염 형태의 전구체를 단독 사용하거나 또는 탄산염 형태의 전구체와 SbKC4H4O7를 함께 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는헤테로폴리산계 촉매의 제조방법.
