Claims (10)
- A' 및 A"는 Ba, Sr, Ca, Zn, Mg, Ni, Cu, Mn 중에서 각각 선택된 어느 하나이고, x 및 y는 각각 몰비로써 0 < x < 1, 0 ≤ y ≤ 1의 범위로 이루어질 때에, 일반식 (1-x)(A'1-yA"y)O-xP2O5으로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 인산염계 저유전율 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 CuO, B2O3, Bi2O3로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 소결조제를 0.01 ∼ 5중량부로 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 인산염계 저유전율 세라믹 조성물.
