Claims (1)
- 2개의 메인펌프(1a,1b)에서 토출되는 압유가 메인콘트롤밸브블록(9)에 구비된 다수개의 밸브스푸울(2~8)에서 선택적으로 제어되어져 합류액튜에이터(10)를 포함한 복수개의 액튜에이터에 선택적으로 공급되어지게 되고, 상기 각 밸브스푸울(2∼8)이 전부 중립위치할 때 형성되는 두 개의 바이패스라인(11a,11b)중 일측 바이패스라인(11a)에 바이패스컷밸브(13)가 설치되어, 상기 일측 메인펌프(1a)에서 토출된 압유가 메인콘트롤밸브블록(9)을 거쳐 상기 바이패스컷밸브(13) 입구에서 분류되어 합류액튜에이터(10)쪽으로 합류되어지도록 된 중장비의 바이패스유량 조정장치에 있어서,상기 바이패스컷 밸브(13)가 개방통로(16)와 교축통로(17) 및 차단통로(18)를 구비하고, 수압부에 보조펌프(1c)의 파이롯신호압력(Pi)이 작용하지 않을 때에는 상기 바이패스라인(11a)과 상기 개방통로(16)을 연통시키고, 수압부에 상대적으로 작은 파이롯신호압력(Pi)이 작용하는 경우에는 상기 교축통로(17)가 상기 바이패스 라인(11a)과 연통되며, 수압부에 상대적으로 큰 파이롯신호압력(Pi)이 작용하는 경우에는 상기 차단통로(18)와 바이패스라인(11a)를 연통시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 중장비의 바이패스유량 조정장치.
