Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態を添付図面にしたがって説明する。
図1は、本実施の形態に係る複合ケーブルを用いた車両の構成を示すブロック図である。
図2Aは、本実施の形態に係る複合ケーブル1の横断面図、図2Bは第1電線と第2電線の撚り方向およびテープ部材の巻方向を説明する図である。
本実施の形態に係る複合ケーブル1では、対撚線4の撚り方向、集合体5の撚り方向、およびテープ部材6の巻き付け方向が同じ方向となっている。
図3は、本実施の形態に係る複合ハーネスの概略構成図である。
以上説明したように、本実施の形態に係る複合ケーブル1では、集合体5の周囲に螺旋状に巻き付けられたテープ部材6を備え、対撚線4の撚り方向、集合体5の撚り方向、およびテープ部材6の巻き付け方向が同じ方向とされている。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号等は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

Claims (7)
- 1対の第1電線と、
前記第1電線よりも外径が小さい1対の第2電線を撚り合わせた対撚線と、
前記1対の第1電線と前記対撚線とを撚り合わせた集合体の周囲に、螺旋状に巻き付けられたテープ部材と、を備え、
前記対撚線の撚り方向、前記集合体の撚り方向、および前記テープ部材の巻き付け方向が、同じ方向である、
複合ケーブル。 - 前記対撚線の撚りピッチが、前記集合体の撚りピッチよりも小さく、
前記テープ部材の巻きピッチが、前記集合体の撚りピッチよりも小さく、前記対撚線の撚りピッチ以上である、
請求項1に記載の複合ケーブル。 - 前記テープ部材は、その前記集合体と接触する面が、不織布、紙、樹脂層のいずれかからなる、
請求項1または2に記載の複合ケーブル。 - 前記第1電線が、車両の車輪に搭載された電動パーキングブレーキ用の電気モータに駆動電流を供給するための電源線からなる、
請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の複合ケーブル。 - 前記第2電線は、車両の車輪に搭載されたセンサ用の信号線からなる、
請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の複合ケーブル。 - 前記集合体は、前記1対の第1電線及び前記対撚線と前記テープ部材との間に配置された糸状の複数の介在を有し、
前記複数の介在は、前記1対の第1電線及び前記対撚線とともに撚られ、
前記複数の介在の撚り方向は、前記集合体の撚り方向と同じであり、前記テープ部材の巻き付け方向と同じである、
請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の複合ケーブル。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の複合ケーブルと、
前記第1電線と前記第2電線の端部のうち、少なくとも何れかの端部に取り付けられたコネクタと、を備えた、
複合ハーネス。
