Abstract
PURPOSE: Double gas pathway is installed inside the furnace wall and controls heat radiation from the wall surface of heat air furnace. By doing so, calorific value of an exhaust gas can be effectively used.
CONSTITUTION: High temperature combustion gas from a burner 1 is adjusted in its flow by a damper 11 and it is blown uniformly to an automobile body 27 through a duct 13b and a blowing duct: 17 and 17', and after it heats and drys the painted surface of the body 27, the gas is fed back to the burner 1 from a outlet duct 19 through passing a perforated plate 17. On the other hand, a part of the heated air separeted in the damper 11 is circulated to a gas pathway; 21 and 21', inside a furnace 14 passing through a duct; 12a and 12b. In this case, gas temperature between the pathway; 21 and 21', and furnace is nearly equal, therefore heat transfer of in-furnace gas to the direction of the thickness of furnace wall is controlled and inhibited. As a result, heat transfer and discharge from furnace inside to the outdoor can be prevented and energy consumption can be reduced and also outermost wall temperature of the furnace can be reduced.
