This type of board that has been used in the past is Special Publication No. 51-29339, Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board was long, it was weak in tensile force and had the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints could be formed.Furthermore, even though the exterior was originally without joints, the builder's skill This resulted in an exterior consisting of joints of varying widths, some with and without joints, and there was a risk of damage at the rising parts during construction. In addition, this board has a complicated side surface shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since all of the boards do not have a backing material, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, causing rust, and the wall itself lacks insulation, fireproofing, and soundproofing properties. In addition, the decorative surface cannot be prevented from deforming, and the board It had the disadvantage that it was easily deformed and lacked connection strength. Furthermore, no matter which of the above-mentioned boards are used, many of the connecting parts of the boards are in direct contact with the base material, so condensation often corrodes the base material, and it is difficult to protect the building frame from earthquakes. Since the vibrations and deformation of the parts are directly transmitted, they have the disadvantage of being easy to separate. Additionally, if the core material is brittle and lacks adhesiveness, the core material may peel off from the surface material. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms the lower edge of the decorative surface in a U-shaped longitudinal section, and the longitudinal section along the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface is scalene trapezoidal. By forming at least one cosmetic groove with the same shape as the longitudinal section of the joint when forming the body, the joint becomes one unified pattern of the wall body, creating a beautiful appearance. An engaging portion is provided for forming a joint as described above from the base portion and the rib-like protrusion, and a decorative surface,
The constituent materials are integrated with self-adhesive properties in the recessed part surrounded by the locking part, sloped part, joint base part, protrusion, and reinforcing and holding ribs, and the synthetic resin foam that becomes the core material is integrated. It prevents the decorative surface from slipping, deforming, warping, or twisting, and also greatly strengthens the engagement force of the connecting parts to prevent separation, suppresses peeling of the surface material and core material, and furthermore, To propose a board that has workability, waterproofness, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, fireproofing, cushioning, productivity, and vibration-proofing properties, and can be used to construct a wall with beautiful joints rich in three-dimensionality. It is something. An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board. 1 is a surface material formed by molding, extruding, etc. a metal plate (flat plate, embossed plate) or a synthetic resin plate into the shape shown below. Reference numeral 2 denotes a horizontally elongated decorative surface (hereinafter simply referred to as a decorative surface), on which at least one decorative groove 3 is formed along the longitudinal direction. The decorative groove 3 is mainly used to prevent warping, twisting, and unevenness of the decorative surface 2, and to serve as joints in walls and decorative grooves 3 when boards are installed.
This makes it difficult to distinguish between the walls, creating a beautiful appearance with a unified wall pattern, and also helps to create a three-dimensional effect despite the size. To explain further, the decorative groove 3 has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, and the so-called vertical bottom surface 3a and its upper edge are angled outward at θ 1 (right angle) with the horizontal upper surface 3b perpendicular to the decorative surface 2 and the lower edge thereof. Lower sloped surface 3 tilted backwards upwards at θ 2 (acute angle)
It was formed from c. Reference numeral 4 denotes a locking portion which bends the lower end of the decorative surface 2 inward to form a substantially U-shaped longitudinal section. To further clarify, the locking part 4 is located at an angle of θ=90° with respect to the decorative surface 2, a so-called horizontal base 5, a locking piece 6 that is substantially perpendicular to the top, and a tip of the locking piece 6 extending outward in the form of a seam. The length of the bottom side 5 to the locking piece 6 is shortened to minimize the deformation of the locking part 4 , and the bottom side 5 is made at right angles. The resulting shading promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joint, and the locking piece 6 makes contact with the engaging portion described later over a large area, and also functions as a guide during construction, a stable support piece, and a waterproof surface, and the tongue piece 7 This prevents the danger during work by forming a gap to prevent capillary phenomenon from occurring at the engagement portion with the protrusion described later, and by preventing the tip of the locking piece 6 from becoming sharp like a knife during construction. This is something that will help you eliminate it. Reference numeral 8 denotes an engaging part, which connects the upper end of the decorative surface 2 with an inclined part 9 that slopes upward at an angle θ' 2 corresponding to the angle θ 2 , and a joint base part 10 whose edge is vertically extended upward. It is formed from a rib-shaped protrusion 11 inclined at an angle θ 3 (acute angle) with respect to the surface of the base part 10, mainly functions as a joint base, and further engages a locking part,
A shaped material with a vertical cross section that reduces contact between the surface material 1 and the base, the frame, the body rim, etc., is useful for vibration isolation, and houses the synthetic resin foam described later, and does not leak raw materials. It is useful as a.
To explain further, the slope part 9 improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joint basement part 10, and promotes the three-dimensional appearance when the joint is formed.
Moreover, it is useful for increasing the range of work.
Further, the joint base portion 10 consists of a vertical surface or a substantially vertical surface, and serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion and as a guide for the locking piece 6.
are engaged under a certain elasticity, and the capillary phenomenon between the locking piece 6 and the protrusion 11 is prevented by reinforcing the rain cover and preventing deformation of the surface material 1 and forming the triangular bent part 11a. In addition, the lower edge of the outer surface 11b is made to protrude horizontally by Δh from the lower edge of the side surface 11c, thereby reducing the contact area between the base and the engaging portion 8 , and the synthetic resin foam raw material described later. It serves as one side wall of the mold that stores the. In particular, for the horizontal surface 11d that protrudes by Δh, a flat plate material such as a steel belt can be used to convey the surface material 1 , and the rotation speed can be much higher than that of a mold such as a caterpillar, so productivity can be greatly improved. , which is useful for cost reduction. Note that it is preferable that the angle θ 3 is such that only the surface in contact with the tongue piece 7 is inclined in order to strengthen the engagement force. The specific angle θ 3 is the height h 1 of the base 5 and the width W of the surface material 1 .
The selection is made depending on the dimensions. Reference numeral 12 denotes a reinforcing and holding rib, which has a double structure in which the lower edge of the outer side of the protrusion 11 projects downward, the tip is bent upward again, and extends vertically.
1, especially when the board is fixed to the frame, the fixed part is strengthened, and in some cases it is useful for adding elasticity to the locking part 4. Moreover, it is useful when forming the synthetic resin foam described later that will serve as the core material. It has the function of preventing the raw material from leaking outward, and by sandwiching the synthetic resin foam, it has the function of covering up its brittleness or low adhesiveness. Reference numeral 13 denotes a fixed part which hangs down the lower edge of the outer side 11b of the protrusion 11 and extends vertically again upwards, mainly by fixing the surface material 1 at a position where rainwater does not leak, as shown in Fig. 3. It is useful for fixing to the base (frame, studs, frame, base board) A via nails B. 1
Reference numeral 4 denotes a tongue piece formed at the tip of the fixed part 13 as necessary, and is mainly used to prevent danger during construction and to prevent deformation such as waving of the fixed part. 15 is a concave portion with a decorative surface 2, a decorative groove 3, a bottom side 5,
It is a part surrounded by the slope part 9 and the back side of the joint basement part 10, and 16 is a synthetic resin foam that is integrally filled into the recess 15 using self-adhesive properties, and is mainly used as a heat insulating material and a core material. , cushion materials, reinforcing materials, adhesive materials,
It functions as a soundproofing material, moistureproofing material, and rustproofing material. Its shape corresponds to the recess 15, and the end near the locking part 4 has an approximately triangular shape, a rectangular shape (not shown), etc., and an escape groove 17 is formed so that a gap is formed between the bottom side and the tongue piece. It was established. The raw materials for the synthetic resin foam 16 include resins for polyurethane foam, resins for polyisocyanurate foam, resins for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, water, etc.). It is made of a material to which one or more of aluminum oxide, antimony trioxide, bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons are added. In order to form the synthetic resin foam 16, the raw material is discharged into the recess 15, laid, etc. The synthetic resin foam 16 is made into a sandwich structure by covering the back surface of the synthetic resin foam 16 with a sheet-like material 18, and is made into a sandwich structure. It improves mechanical strength and is useful as a noncombustible sheet, waterproof membrane, heat shield sheet, water absorption sheet, soundproof sheet, packing material, etc. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Pb,
Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet,
It is made of one type of glass cloth, a combination of one or more of these types, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. It is more preferable that more of the synthetic resin foam 16 be present on the back surface of the base 5, and that the upper end of the sheet-like material 18 be attached to the back surface of the fixing part 13. Here, to briefly explain the sizes of each of the above parts, in the locking part 4 , the length l 1 of the bottom surface 3a, the width W 1 of the opening of the decorative groove 3, the depth d, and the length l of the locking piece 6. 2 , in the engaging part 8, the width W 2 of the joint basement part 10, the protrusion 11
Width W 3 from the tip of the ridge to the upper edge of the inclined portion 9 , L 3 the length from the outside of the protrusion 11 to the tip of the reinforcing and holding rib 12 , Width from the upper end of the decorative surface 2 to the protrusion 11
W 4 , height h 2 of the inclined part 9 , height h 3 from the back surface of the fixed part 12 to the tip of the protrusion 11 , height h 4 from the surface of the joint basement part 10 to the protrusion 11 , decorative surface 2 to the fixed part 13, h5 , the thickness of the surface material 1 to t, the joint opening width W5 of the wall on which the board is installed, the joint bottom width W6 , the thickness of each part of the synthetic resin foam 16. t 1 , t 2 ,
For example, if t 3 , h 1 ≒ d=h 2 , l 1 = W 5 , W 5 + l 2
= W 2 , W 3 > W 1 , l 3 = 3 to 10 mm, θ 2 ≒ θ 2 , Δh=h 5
−h 3 , h 4 < h 1 , h 4 ≦h 2 , d+Δh=h 5 , t 1 = h 5 −
t, t 2 = h 5 −d, t 3 = h 5 −(t+h 2 ). Next, a construction example will be explained. Assume now that the boards shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an exterior wall.
Therefore, the first stage board ○I is fixed to the studs, wall base, or frame A using nails B. Then the second
The locking portion 4 of the board ○B in the tier is engaged with the engaging portion 8 of the board ○i in the first tier, and its fixing portion 13 is fixed to the frame A in the same manner as above. Therefore, in order to construct the entire outer wall, the above-mentioned steps may be performed sequentially from the base side toward the girder. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and FIGS.
It can also be formed as shown in Figures a to g, Figures 7 a to f, and Figures 8 a to d. That is, in FIGS. 4a to 4c, there are decorative grooves 3 on the decorative surface 2.
5a and b show a part of the scalene trapezoidal board in which the vertical cross-sectional shape of the decorative groove 3 is slightly modified. FIGS. 6a to 6g show modifications of the locking portion, FIGS. 7a to 7f show modifications of the protrusion 11, and FIGS. 8a to d show the relief grooves 17 of the synthetic resin foam 16. A modified example of the shape shown in FIG. 9 is a surface material in which the reinforcing and holding ribs are formed so that θ 5 is at an acute angle to add elasticity to the locking portion 4 . As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Capillarity does not occur in the continuous structure of the locking part and the engaging part, and the tongue of the locking part and the protrusion of the engaging part prevent rainwater from leaking into the inside of the plate. Or, it has the characteristic that it does not corrode the inside of the wall. Additionally, the board is fixed in a location where rainwater does not infiltrate, which has the advantage of preventing rust from forming on the fixtures. Furthermore, since the decorative grooves are formed on the decorative surface, the long board will not warp, twist, or deteriorate its appearance due to scratches. Moreover, since the decorative groove has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, the appearance is the same as the joint when the boards are connected, and the joint functions as a pattern like a conventional wall, making it possible to create a wall with a beautiful appearance. There is. In addition, the decorative grooves and joints have scalene trapezoidal longitudinal cross sections, which allow for better drainage and create a three-dimensional effect rather than actual dimensions. Furthermore, by creating a height difference of Δh between the joint base and the fixed part, and by matching the height relationship between the locking part and the engaging part, there is less area in direct contact between the base and the board, and the cushion Since the synthetic resin foam, which also has good elasticity, is interposed, the transmission of vibration to the board is small, and the connection part has the advantage of being difficult to separate. In addition, since the recess is integrally filled with synthetic resin foam and the back side is covered with a sheet-like material, when a board wall with a sanderch structure is formed, it has excellent soundproofing, heat insulating, and vibration proofing properties. It is characterized by significantly improved fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength. In addition, since the concave portion is formed into a cross section that can be used as a mold material, it can be transported using a steel belt, which greatly improves productivity. Furthermore, since reinforcing and holding ribs are formed between the engaging part and the fixing part, there is no separation between the surface material and the synthetic resin foam, and the locking part and the fixing part can be strengthened.
