Examples of this type of board that have been conventionally used include Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882, and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-26649. However, the above board had various problems. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on a board (cladding board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, this board has a complicated side shape and is difficult to mold.
In addition to being expensive, there were no reinforcing ribs on the flat parts, which caused twists and cracks to appear, resulting in an unattractive appearance. In addition, all of the boards in ~ do not have a backing material, so dew condensation occurs on the back of the decorative surface, causing rust, and the walls themselves lack heat insulation, fireproofing, and soundproofing properties, and they cannot prevent the decorative surface from deforming. The disadvantage was that the board itself was easily deformed and lacked connection strength. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention provides a locking part in which the lower edge of the decorative surface has a U-shaped vertical cross section, and also provides a decorative surface with a trapezoidal vertical cross section in the center of the decorative surface, for example. Forming a groove along the longitudinal direction,
Moreover, an engaging part consisting of an inclined part, a joint base part, and a rib-shaped protrusion is provided on the upper edge, and a fixing part is provided above the protrusion to improve waterproofness and workability. The cross section is formed to have the same shape except for the depth, and a recess surrounded by the decorative surface, the locking part, and the inclined part is filled with a backing material, and the back surface is covered with a sheet-like material to fill the backing material. It has a sandwich structure, and the decorative surface is free from cracking, deformation, warping, and twisting, and the connecting part greatly strengthens the engagement force to prevent separation.
In addition, we propose a board that constitutes a wall that has beautiful joints that are rich in three-dimensionality. An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board, and 1 is a plate body formed by molding, extruding, etc. a metal plate or a synthetic resin plate into the shape shown in FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 2 denotes a horizontally elongated decorative surface (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative surface), on which at least one decorative groove 3 is formed along the longitudinal direction. This decorative groove 3 mainly reinforces the decorative surface 2 and forms a pattern similar to the joints on the wall surface when the board is installed on the decorative surface 2 in almost the same way, giving the wall a beautiful and three-dimensional appearance. Its vertical cross section has a scalene trapezoid shape with large shading and a three-dimensional effect, and its vertical bottom surface 3a and its upper edge are directed outward at an angle θ 1.
The upper surface 3b is bent horizontally at an angle of (90 degrees), and the lower end edge thereof is inclined at an angle θ 2 (an acute angle), and a lower inclined surface 3c is inclined upward at the rear.
Reference numeral 4 denotes a locking portion which bends the lower end of the decorative surface 2 inward to form a substantially U-shaped longitudinal section. To explain further, the locking part 4 includes a horizontal bottom side 5, a locking piece 6 extending upwardly substantially vertically, and a tip of the locking piece 6 extending outward or inward (not shown) in a gap-like manner. The length of the bottom side 5 up to the locking piece 6 is shortened to minimize the deformation of the locking part 4 during construction, and the shadow of the joint is enlarged to create a three-dimensional shape. The locking piece 6 has a large area in contact with the engagement part described later, and also functions as a guide during construction, a stable support piece, and a waterproof surface, and the tongue piece 7 has a contact area with the protrusion described later. The formation of a gap to prevent capillarity from occurring in the engaging portion and the prevention of the tip of the locking piece 6 from becoming sharp like a knife during construction are useful to eliminate danger during work. Reference numeral 8 denotes an engaging portion that connects the upper end of the decorative surface 2 with an inclined portion 9 that slopes upward at an angle θ 2 ' corresponding to the angle θ 2 and a joint base portion 10 that extends vertically upward from the edge thereof. It is formed from a protrusion 11 inclined at an angle θ 4 (an acute angle) with respect to the surface of the underground portion 10. To explain further, the inclined part 9 improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joint ground part 10, promotes the three-dimensional appearance when the joint is formed, and increases the working width. It is useful for In addition, the joint base portion 10 is a vertical surface that serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion and a locking piece 6.
The protrusion 11 serves as a guide, engages the locking piece 6 with a certain degree of elasticity, and serves as a reinforcement to prevent rainwater from leaking from above and to prevent deformation of the plate 1.
The formation of the triangular bent corner 11a helps to prevent capillary action between the locking piece 6 and the protrusion 11. The angle θ 4 of the protrusion 11 means that at least the surface in contact with the tongue piece 7 is inclined, and the angle θ 4 is determined by dimensions such as the height h 1 of the base 5 and the width W of the entire plate 1. The selection depends on the Reference numeral 12 denotes a fixed part which extends the outer edge of the protrusion 11 vertically upward, and the plate body 1 is mainly nailed to the body edge A at a position where rainwater does not leak, as shown in Fig. 3. This is useful for fixing via B. Reference numeral 13 designates a tongue piece which bends the tip of the fixed part 12 inward or outward as necessary to prevent danger during construction and prevent deformation such as waving of the fixed part. . Reference numeral 14 is a recessed portion surrounded by the decorative surface 2, the decorative groove 3, the bottom side 5, and the back surface of the inclined portion 9, and 15 is a backing material that is integrally filled into the recessed portion 14. Note that the backing material 15 has a notch 16 formed in a triangular or rectangular shape (not shown) in the vicinity of the locking portion 4 so as not to interfere with locking. The backing material 15 is mainly useful for reinforcing the board, preventing deformation of the decorative surface 2, preventing rust on the back of the board 1, and strengthening heat insulation and soundproofing properties. foam, polyethylene foam, phenol foam, polyisocyanurate foam, polyimide foam, etc.), mineral fibers (rock wool, glass wool), vegetable fibers (sheathing insulation board, wood wool cement board,
wood chips (cement boards), etc., and flame retardants,
Flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide, bentonite, pearlite grains, shirasu balloon)
It consists of things with added seeds or more.
Note that an adhesive may be used for integration with the plate body 1 if necessary. Reference numeral 17 covers the back side of the backing material 15 with a sheet-like material to make the board a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board itself, as well as noncombustible sheets, waterproof membranes, heat shielding sheets, water absorption sheets, soundproof sheets, packing materials, etc. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Pb, Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, glass cloth, or one of these. It can be a combination of the above, or it can be made of a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. In addition, backing material 15
exists more on the back side of the base 5, and the sheet-like material 1
It is more preferable that the upper end of the joint 7 is adhered to the back surface of the joint base part 10. Here, to briefly explain the sizes of the above parts, the length of the bottom surface 3
l 1 , the length of the locking piece 6 l 2 , the length of the joint basement part 10 l 3 ,
Length l 4 of the opening of the decorative groove 3, length l 5 of the opening between the upper edge of the inclined portion 9 and the tip of the protrusion 11, depth d of the cosmetic groove 3, height h 2 of the protrusion 11, The height from the decorative surface 2 to the eyelid base 10 is h 3 , and the thickness of the plate 1 is t 1 Backing material 1
For example, h 3 = h 1 + t 1 , h 2
<h 3 , d≒h 3 /2, l 1 <l 4 , l 3 >l 5 , l 3 −l 2 ≒l 1 /2, t 2 =h 3 −t 1 , l 4 is shown in Figure 3. The length is approximately the same as the joint width l6 shown. Next, construction examples will be explained. Assume now that the boards shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an exterior wall.
Therefore, the first stage board ○I is fixed to the studs, wall base, or rim A using nails B. Then the second
The locking part 4 of the board ○○ in the tier is engaged with the engaging part 8 of the board ○i in the first tier, and its fixing part 12 is fixed to the furring A in the same manner as described above. Therefore, in order to construct the entire outer wall, the above-mentioned steps may be performed sequentially from the base side toward the girder. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and FIGS. 4, 5 a, b, and 6 a-
They can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 7e, 7a to 7i, and 8a to 8c. That is, FIG. 4 shows a board with two decorative grooves 3 formed on the decorative surface 2, and FIGS.
Fig. 6 a to g
In Fig. a, the bottom side 5 is inclined inward by an angle that does not adversely affect the three-dimensional appearance and joint width, and b
In the figure, the tongue piece 7 is attached to a locking part 4 for reinforcement as shown.
A locking part that follows the back surface of the figure c, a locking part in which the tongue piece 7 is bent inward and a recessed part 5' is formed on the bottom side 5, d,
Figure e shows a locking part where the edge on the decorative surface 2 side of the bottom side 5 is sloped, Figures f and g show a locking part with a draining tongue 2' formed,
Figures 7a to 7i show the deformation of the protrusion 11. Figures a and b show a rib-like protrusion with a square cross section, and figure c shows a rib with a rib that is almost in close contact with the inner and outer sides and is curved. Projections, Figure d shows a projection with the rising part of the projection 11 horizontal, Figure e shows a projection with an L-shaped vertical section, Figure f shows a projection with a projection 11a formed on the inside, and Figure g shows the inside. Fig. h is a protrusion with a height h2 of the protrusion 11 close to h1 , and the tip is made to hang down. is an effective shape for strengthening the locking portion 4 .
Figure i shows a protrusion that is a modification of figure g. Figure 8 a-c
1 shows the notch 16 in the vicinity of the locking part 4 of the backing material 15. Figures a and b are approximately rectangular, and figure c is 3.
It has a square shape. Although not shown,
It is also possible to use a board with three or more decorative grooves 3 or with the sheet-like material 17 removed. As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
There is no capillary phenomenon in the connection structure between the locking part and the engaging part, and the tongue of the locking part and the protrusion of the engaging part prevent rainwater from leaking into the inside of the plate. Or, it has the characteristic that it does not corrode the inside of the wall. Additionally, since the board is fixed in a location where rainwater will not infiltrate, there is an advantage that the fixing equipment will not rust. Furthermore, because the decorative grooves are formed on the decorative surface and the backing material and sheet-like material create a sandwich structure, the long board will not warp, twist, or deteriorate its appearance due to scratches, etc. It is characterized by significantly improved strength. Moreover, since the decorative groove has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, the joints have the same shape when the boards are connected, apart from the appearance and depth, so the appearance of the entire wall is extremely beautiful, and it is free from stress. The joints and decorative grooves with an equilateral trapezoidal cross section have the characteristic of promoting a three-dimensional effect to a greater degree than the actual dimensions. Furthermore, since the backing material and the sheet-like material are integrally attached to the back surface of the locking part 4 , there is no deformation of the locking part, and the engagement force is increased to prevent separation at the connecting part. In addition, by filling the backing material, the wall has thermal insulation, fireproofing, soundproofing,
It has the characteristics of greatly improved corrosion resistance and a structure without condensation.
