[Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. Among this type of boards, boards with a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but they have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and workability. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms a board with a stepped shape and a wide board, and also makes the steps of the decorative surface part and the connecting part look very similar. A groove is formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge of the male connecting part provided at one end to prevent rain from returning to the connecting part and to prevent capillary phenomenon.
In addition, the board is of a drop-in type that can be easily installed by one worker without requiring any skill, and the fitting groove of the female connecting part and its lower edge,
A wall body can be formed as a joint with a double engagement structure by the insertion edge of the male connecting part and the engagement groove, and a protrusion facing diagonally upward is provided at the tip of the insertion edge to prevent rain. fold the lower edge of the fitting groove inward,
The present invention proposes a board in which a core material holding piece is formed extending approximately the length of the lower edge to strengthen the integration of the surface material, core material, and back material, and which can also be used as a roofing material. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, the first
The figure is a perspective view showing the above Board A, such as surface-treated steel sheets, steel sheets plated with zinc/nickel alloy, aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheets (product names: Gulfuan, Galvalume Steel Sheet, Super Zinc), aluminum sheets, aluminum sheets, etc. Surface material 1 and back surface material formed by one type of metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) such as alloy plate or copper plate, or synthetic resin plate by roll, press molding, or extrusion molding. A core material 18 is integrally filled between the holes 19 to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, the surface material 1 is formed from an elongated decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 4 , and a female type connecting part 12 , as shown in FIG. In other words, the decorative surface portion 2 is formed by a step piece 3 having at least one step formed at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of a long plate material, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface. It is composed of a plurality of divided long oblique decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) 2a and 2b. This stepped piece 3 not only improves the design of the board A, but also improves the strength of the board A, and is useful for preventing warping, wobbling, and twisting. The male connecting part 4 also has an insertion edge 5 provided with one end of the decorative surface part 2 protruding outward, an engagement groove 8 with the insertion edge 5 as an upper edge, and a lower edge 9 of the engagement groove 8. Nailing piece 10 protruding outward and nailing piece 1
It is formed from a tongue piece 11 having a tip of 0. To explain further, a groove 6 provided along the longitudinal direction of the board A and a protrusion 7 directed obliquely upward provided at the tip thereof are formed in the middle of the upper surface of the insertion edge 5. It fits into the fitting groove 16 of the mold connecting part 12 . In addition, the groove portion 6 forms a gap between the upper edge 14 of the fitting groove 16 and the insertion edge 5 at the connecting portion of the board A, and prevents capillary phenomenon at the connecting portion, thereby improving the waterproofness of the connecting portion. It is useful for Further, the protrusion 7 extending diagonally upward is intended to protect the connecting portion from rain. Further, the nailing piece 10 is a part for fixing the board A with a fixing device such as a nail at a position where it does not come into direct contact with rainwater. In addition,
As shown in the figure, a protrusion 10a is provided in the middle of the nailing piece 10.
may be provided. Furthermore, the tongue piece 11 is the nailing piece 1
The tip of the nailing piece 10 is bent into a seam shape, and it is useful to prevent the end of the nailing piece 10 from waving and also to prevent injuries caused by the end of the nailing piece 10 during construction. It is. Further, the tongue piece 11 can be formed into a bottom seam shape as shown in the figure, or can be bent into a seam shape (not shown) so as to clamp an end of a back material 19, which will be described later. The female connecting part 12 has a stepped piece 13 whose other side edge of the decorative surface part 2 is bent inward, an upper edge 14 whose lower end is bent inward, and a lower edge 15 whose tip of the upper edge 14 is bent outward. The cross section from and is approximately U
A fitting groove 16 formed in a letter shape, and a core material holding piece 17 that is formed by folding back the tip of the lower edge 15 inward and protruding inward from the innermost part of the fitting groove 16 by approximately the length of the lower edge 15. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower edge 15 is inserted into the engagement groove 8 when the insertion edge 5 is fitted into the engagement groove 16 to improve engagement force and waterproofness. It helps to strengthen. In addition, the core material clamping piece 1
7 is used to sandwich the ends of the core material 18 when a molded body is used as the core material 18 described later, to strengthen the integration of the core material 18 and the surface material 1, and to reduce the amount of adhesive used. It's useful. In addition, when a material that is discharged as a raw material, reacted, and foamed is used for the core material 18,
It also helps to prevent leakage on the female connecting portion 12 side of the core material 18. Further, the protruding length of the core material holding piece 17 is about 15 at the lower edge, and in the connection structure of the board A, it strongly presses against the protrusion 10a or the tongue piece 11, improving the sealing performance of the wall body, engagement force,
This helps strengthen waterproofness. The core material 18 is filled in at least a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface part 2 , the male connecting part 4 , and the female connecting part 12 on the back side of the surface material 1 to impart heat insulation properties to the board A. Yes, secondary properties include adhesiveness, nonflammability, cushioning properties,
It is made of a type of material that has functions such as soundproofing. Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., which is discharged as a raw material, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It consists of seeds. In addition, when using a molded body , an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 18, the surface material 1, and the back material 19. To explain further, the core material 18 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, methane). It consists of one or more of the following: sodium borate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbon, aluminum hydroxide) bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. Note that, depending on the thickness of the surface material 1 and the height of the tongue piece 11, a recess 18a having a depth of about 1 to 2 mm is provided near the core material holding piece 17 on the back surface of the core material 18, and the board A is connected to the recessed part 18a. When doing so, the decorative surface parts 2 can be made to be substantially flush with each other and reliably. Furthermore, the back material 19 covers at least the back surface of the core material 18 to make the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, and also improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself. It serves as a packing material, such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe,
A laminate of one or more of Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, or a waterproof or flame-retardant sheet. It consists of etc. Here, the dimensions and angles of each part of board A will be explained as follows. That is, the first
As shown in Fig. 2, the height of the step pieces 3, 13 is
h 1 , h 2 , the angles between the step pieces 3, 13 and the decorative pieces 2a, 2b are θ 1 , θ 2 , and when a horizontal line that touches the nailing piece 10 is drawn as an auxiliary line A, the step pieces 3, 13 The height from the vertices 3a, 13a to the auxiliary line A is h 3 ,
h 4 , the angles of the stepped pieces 3 and 13 with respect to the auxiliary line A are θ 3 and θ 4 , the length from the tip of the insertion edge 5 to the deepest part of the engagement groove 8 is l 1 , and the length from the tip of the lower edge 15 to the bottom of the engagement groove 8 is θ 3 , θ 4 , The distance to the innermost part of the engagement groove 16 is l 2 , the distance from the innermost part of the engagement groove 8 to the edge of the nail driving piece 10 is l 3 , and the range of the recess 18a is
If l 4 , then h 1 ≒ h 2 . h 3 ≒ h 4 , θ 1 ≒ θ 2 , θ 3 ≒ θ 4 , l 1
The relationships are ≧l 2 and l 3 ≒ l 4 . This is so that when board A is installed on the wall base α as shown in Figure 3, the step of the decorative surface part 2 and the step of the side joint part are formed to have almost the same appearance. This is to create a unified horizontal line and improve aesthetics. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally to form a wall as shown in FIG. 3. In addition, for boards A 1 and A 2 , the surface material 1 is 0.27
A color steel plate with a thickness of mm is used, the core material 18 is made of polyisocyanurate foam resin, and the back material 19 is made of aluminum kraft paper. Therefore, the nailing piece 10 of board A 1 of the nth stage is attached to the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheet is used) α.

Because at least one level difference is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and
Pekotsuki can be prevented, and the decorative surface area will not become mountain-like. Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily carried out by one person, and the joint width can be kept constant.
Moreover, it is highly waterproof. The board has a sanderch structure, which improves its strength. Since the shape of the step piece in the decorative surface part and the shape of the step piece in the joint part are made to be very similar, it is possible to create a unified horizontal line on the wall, give the wall a three-dimensional feel, and improve its aesthetic appearance. Since grooves and protrusions are formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge, rain is returned at the connection part of the board, and capillary phenomenon is prevented, thereby improving waterproofness. Since the boards are connected in a double structure, the engagement force is greatly improved. Since the core material holding piece is provided, the integration of the core material and the surface material is strengthened.
Since the core material clamping piece is provided, there is no leakage from the female connecting part side even if a material that discharges raw material, reacts, and foams as the core material is used. Since the board can be made wider, it is easier to construct, and the width of the material can be used more effectively, making it more economical. Since it has a recessed portion, there is no difference in height between each step piece. There are other effects.
