[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures. This kind of board that has been used for a long time is
No. 29339, Jitsukō No. 51-11882, and Jitsukōsho
54-26649 etc. However, the above board had various problems. That is,
When rainwater is blown on by the wind, rainwater leaks to the back side of the board due to the simple structure of connecting flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to rooms and closets. It was hot.
In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, this board has a complicated side surface shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. Ta. In addition, since all of the boards do not have a backing material, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, causing rust, and the wall itself lacks insulation, fireproofing, and soundproofing properties. In addition, the decorative surface cannot be prevented from deforming, and the board The problem was that it was easily deformed and lacked connection strength.
Furthermore, even if any of the above-mentioned boards is used, since many of the connecting parts of the boards are in direct contact with the base material, condensation often corrodes the base material, and vibrations of the structure due to earthquakes etc. Since the deformation is directly transmitted, it has the disadvantage that it is easy to separate.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms the lower edge of the decorative surface in a U-shaped longitudinal section, and the longitudinal section along the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface is scalene trapezoidal. By forming at least one cosmetic groove with the same shape as the longitudinal section of the joint when forming the body, the joint becomes one unified pattern of the wall body, creating a beautiful appearance. An engaging portion is provided for forming a joint as described above from the base portion and the rib-like protrusion, and a decorative surface,
The recess surrounded by the locking part, the inclined part, the joint base part, and the outer surface of the protrusion is filled with a lining material to prevent the decorative surface from sagging, deforming, warping, or twisting, and to prevent the engagement force of the connecting part. In addition to significantly strengthening the
To propose a board that has cushioning properties and vibration-proofing properties and can constitute a wall body having beautiful joints rich in three-dimensional effect.

An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board, and 1 is a plate body formed by molding, extruding, etc. a metal plate (flat plate, embossed plate) into the shape described below. It is formed by molding, extrusion, etc. into the shape shown. Reference numeral 2 denotes a horizontally elongated decorative surface (hereinafter simply referred to as a decorative surface), on which at least one decorative groove 3 is formed along the longitudinal direction. The decorative groove 3 is mainly used to prevent warping, twisting, and unevenness of the decorative surface 2, and to serve as joints in walls and decorative grooves 3 when boards are installed.
This makes it difficult to distinguish between the two walls, creating a beautiful appearance with a unified wall pattern, and also helps create a three-dimensional feel despite the size. To explain further, the decorative groove 3 has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, and the so-called vertical bottom surface 3a and its upper edge are angled outward at θ 1 (right angle) with the horizontal upper surface 3b perpendicular to the decorative surface 2 and the lower edge thereof. Lower slope 3 tilted upward at θ 2 (acute angle)
It was formed from c. Reference numeral 4 denotes a locking portion which bends the lower end of the decorative surface 2 inward to form a substantially U-shaped longitudinal section. To explain further, the locking part 4 is at an angle of θ=90° with respect to the decorative surface 2, and has a so-called horizontal bottom side 5, a locking piece 6 that is substantially perpendicular to the top, and a tip of the locking piece 6 extending outward in a gap-like manner. The length of the bottom side 5 to the locking piece 6 is shortened to minimize the deformation of the locking part 4 , and the shadow due to the right angle is made short. This promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joint, and the locking piece 6 comes into contact with an engaging part 8 (described later) over a large area, and also functions as a guide during construction, a stable support piece, and a waterproof surface, and the tongue piece 7 (described later) Formation of a gap to prevent capillarity from occurring at the engagement portion with the protrusion 11 and prevention of the tip of the locking piece 6 from becoming sharp like a knife during construction to eliminate danger during work. It is useful for Reference numeral 8 denotes an engaging portion that connects the upper end of the decorative surface 2 with an inclined portion 9 that slopes upward at an angle θ 2 ' corresponding to the angle θ 2 and a joint base portion 10 that extends vertically upward from the edge thereof. It is formed from a rib-shaped protrusion 11 inclined at an angle θ 4 (acute angle) with respect to the surface of the underground part 10, and mainly functions as a joint base, and also engages the locking part, and also serves as a base and a trunk. This is useful for reducing contact between the plate and the edges, for vibration isolation, and for storing a backing material 15 to be described later. To explain further, the inclined part 9 improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joint ground part 10, promotes the three-dimensional appearance when the joint is formed, and increases the working width. It is useful for Further, the joint base portion 10 consists of a vertical surface or a substantially vertical surface, and serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion and as a guide for the locking piece 6, and the protrusion 11 locks the locking piece 6 under a certain elasticity. At the same time, the capillary phenomenon between the locking piece 6 and the protrusion 11 is prevented by reinforcing the rain cover and preventing deformation of the plate body 1, and by forming the triangular bent part 11a. The lower edge of the outer surface 11b protrudes along the inner surface 11c by Δh from the lower surface of the inner surface 11c to reduce the contact area between the base and the engaging portion 8 , and to provide the engaging portion 8 with vibration-proofing and resistance. Provides dew condensation,
Moreover, it functions as a storage portion for the backing material 15. It should be noted that the angle θ 4 is preferably such that only the surface in contact with the tongue piece 7 is inclined in order to strengthen the bonding force. The selection is made depending on dimensions such as the width W.
Reference numeral 12 denotes a fixed part that extends vertically upward from the lower edge of the outer surface 11b of the protrusion 11, and is mainly attached to the plate 1.
This is useful for fixing to the base (frame, studs, frame, base board) A via nails B in a location where rainwater will not leak, as shown in Figure 3. Reference numeral 13 denotes a tongue piece which is formed at the tip of the fixed part 12 as necessary, and is mainly used to prevent danger during construction and to prevent the fixed part 12 from being damaged.
This prevents deformation such as waving. 14
15 is a concave portion surrounded by the decorative surface 2, the decorative groove 3, the bottom side 5, and the back surface of the inclined portion 9;
The recess 14 is integrally filled with a backing material. Note that the backing material 15 has a notch 16 formed in a triangular or rectangular shape (not shown) in the vicinity of the locking portion 4 so as not to interfere with locking. The backing material 15 is mainly useful for reinforcing the plate 1, deforming the decorative surface 2, preventing scratches, preventing rust on the back side of the plate 1, and strengthening heat insulation and soundproofing properties, and its material is synthetic resin foam. (polyurethane foam, polyethylene foam, phenol foam, polyisocyanurate foam, polyimide foam, etc.), mineral fibers (rock wool, glass wool),
Vegetable fibers (sheathing insulation boards, wood wool cement, wood chip cement boards), etc., and flame retardants, flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide), bentonite, etc. , perlite grains,
It is made by adding one or more types of whitebait balloons. Note that an adhesive may be used for integration with the plate body 1 if necessary. Reference numeral 17 covers the back side of the backing material 15 with a sheet-like material to make the board a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board itself. For example, asbestos paper,
Kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Pb, Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet,
It is made of one type of cloth sheet, glass cloth, a combination of one or more of these, or a sheet treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. It should be noted that the backing material 15 is more present on the back surface of the bottom side 5, and the upper end of the sheet-like material 17 is closer to the joint ground portion 1.
More preferably, it is bonded to the back surface of 0.
Here, to briefly explain the sizes of each of the above parts, in the decorative groove 3, the length l 1 of the bottom surface 3a, the width W 1 of the opening of the decorative groove 3, the depth d, and the length of the locking piece 6.

As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Capillarity does not occur in the connection structure between the locking part and the engaging part, and rainwater does not leak inside the plate due to the tongue of the locking part and the protrusion of the engaging part. It has the characteristic that it will not corrode the foundation or the inside of the wall. Additionally, the board is fixed in a location where rainwater does not infiltrate, which has the advantage of preventing rust from forming on the fixtures. Furthermore, since the decorative grooves are formed on the decorative surface, the long board will not warp, twist, or deteriorate its appearance due to scratches. Moreover, since the decorative groove has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, the appearance is the same as the joint when the boards are connected, and the joint functions as a pattern like a conventional wall, making it possible to create a wall with a beautiful appearance. There is. In addition, the decorative grooves and joints have a scalene trapezoidal vertical cross section, which allows for better drainage and creates a three-dimensional effect rather than the actual dimensions. Furthermore, by creating a height difference of Δh between the joint base and the fixing part, and by matching the height relationship between the locking part and the engaging part, there is less area where the base and the board come into direct contact, and the board will not be affected by vibrations. This has the advantage that the transmission to the connector is small, making it difficult for the connecting portion to separate. In addition, since the recesses are integrally filled with the backing material, when this board wall is formed, it has the characteristics of significantly improving soundproofing, heat insulation, vibration proofing, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength. .
