Description
Claims (6)
- 相対移動する2部材間に取り付けられて制御力を発生させる電動リニアアクチュエータであって、
該電動リニアアクチュエータは、
一端部に底部を有し、該一端部が前記2部材間のうちの一方に取り付けられ、軸方向に延びる有底筒状の第1シリンダと、
前記第1シリンダの軸方向に延び、前記第1シリンダの径方向内側に位置し、他端部が前記2部材間のうちの他方に取り付けられ、両端部が閉塞された筒状の第2シリンダと、
前記第1シリンダの他端部に設けられ、前記第2シリンダの外周面と摺動し、前記第2シリンダの外周と外部とを仕切る仕切部材と、
前記第1シリンダの内周面に、前記第1シリンダの軸方向に延びて環状に形成される複数の永久磁石と、
前記第2シリンダの一端部に設けられた電機子と、
一端部が前記第1シリンダの底部に取り付けられ、他端部が前記電機子の内周部を介して前記第2シリンダ内に延びるロッドと、
前記電機子側に固定され、前記ロッドと摺動するガイド部と、
前記第2シリンダ内部に配置され、前記第2シリンダの他端部に固定され、一端部が前記電機子まで延び、前記ロッドが挿入される第3シリンダと、を備え、
前記第2シリンダには、一端側に位置して前記第1シリンダ内と前記第2シリンダ内とを連通する第1連通孔が形成され、
前記第3シリンダには、前記第3シリンダ内と前記第2シリンダ内との間を連通する第2連通孔が形成され、
前記第2連通孔は、前記第3シリンダと前記ロッドとが相対的に最小長位置のときに該ロッドの他端部よりも他端側に位置するよう形成されていることを特徴とする電動リニアアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータであって、
前記第1連通孔は、前記第1シリンダと前記第2シリンダとが相対的に最大長位置のときに前記仕切部材よりも一端側に位置するよう形成されていることを特徴とする電動リニアアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータであって、
前記ロッドの他端部に設けられ、前記第3シリンダの内周面に対して前記ロッドを支持する軸受部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする電動リニアアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータであって、
前記第2シリンダの一端側閉塞部には、前記電機子の相対位置を検出するストロークセンサが設けられ、
前記第1連通孔は、前記一端側閉塞部に形成されることを特徴とする電動リニアアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータであって、
前記第1シリンダには、前記第1シリンダの内部と外部との間を連通する第3連通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする電動リニアアクチュエータ。 - 請求項5に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータであって、
前記第3連通孔には、前記第1シリンダの内部と外部との間を双方向に流通可能なフィルタを備えることを特徴とする電動リニアアクチュエータ。
