Claims (20)
- 動力工具であって、
モータと、
該モータに連結されるインパクト機構であって、前記モータによって駆動されるハンマーと、当該動力工具のノーズに位置付けられ、前記ハンマーからのインパクトを受けるように構成される、アンビルとを含む、インパクト機構と、
前記アンビルと前記ハンマーとを収容するインパクトケースと、
該インパクトケース内に位置付けられるセンサアセンブリであって、前記ハンマーの位置及び前記アンビルの位置からなる群から選択される1つのものを示す出力信号を生成するように構成される出力位置センサを含む、センサアセンブリと、
前記出力位置センサと前記モータとに連結される電子プロセッサとを含み、
該電子プロセッサは、前記出力位置センサからの前記出力信号に基づいて前記モータを制御するように構成され、
前記出力位置センサは、前記アンビルの位置を示す出力信号を生成し、前記センサアセンブリは、前記ハンマーが前記アンビルから所定の距離内にあるときを検出するように構成される第2のセンサを更に含む、
動力工具。 - 前記モータの回転位置を感知するように構成され、且つモータ位置フィードバック情報を前記電子プロセッサに提供するように構成される、モータ位置センサを更に含む、請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 前記出力位置センサは、誘導センサを含む、請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 前記アンビルは、前記ハンマーと係合する係合構造を含み、前記誘導センサは、前記係合構造の回転位置を検出する、請求項3に記載の動力工具。
- 前記誘導センサは、前記誘導センサの第1の端が、第2の反対の端よりも密に配置される誘導コイルを含むよう、複数の不均一に分配された誘導コイルを含む、細長いセンサである、請求項3に記載の動力工具。
- 前記出力位置センサは、前記ハンマーの軸方向位置を示す出力信号を生成するように構成される誘導センサを含む、請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 前記電子プロセッサは、前記出力位置センサから前記出力信号を受信して、前記ハンマーが前記アンビルからの前記所定の距離内にある間に受信される前記出力信号を除いて、前記第2のセンサに従って前記ハンマーが前記アンビルからの前記所定の距離の外側にある間に受信される前記出力信号に基づいて前記モータを作動させる、ように構成される、請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 前記センサアセンブリは、前記ハンマーの外周の径方向外側及び前記アンビルの周りで円周方向にある環状構造の上からなる群から選択される1つのものに位置付けられる、請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 前記モータと前記インパクト機構との間に連結される伝動装置を更に含み、前記センサアセンブリは、前記伝動装置の前方に位置付けられる、請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 前記電子プロセッサは、前記モータの速度を決定して、前記モータの前記速度に基づいて前記モータを制御する、ように構成される、請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 前記電子プロセッサは、当該動力工具に接続されるバッテリの充電状態を決定して、前記バッテリの前記充電状態に基づいて前記モータへの制御信号を変更する、ように構成される、請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 動力工具を作動させる方法であって、
電子プロセッサを介して、前記動力工具のモータをアクティブ化させるステップと、
前記モータを介して、前記動力工具のインパクト機構を駆動させるステップであって、該インパクト機構は、ハンマーと、該ハンマーからのインパクトを受けるように構成されるアンビルとを含み、前記インパクト機構は、インパクトケース内に収容される、ステップと、
センサアセンブリを用いて、前記ハンマー及び前記アンビルからなる群から選択される1つのものの位置を検出するステップであって、前記センサアセンブリは、前記インパクトケース内に収容される、ステップと、
前記センサアセンブリを用いて、前記ハンマー及び前記アンビルからなる群から選択される1つのものの位置を示す出力信号を生成するステップであって、前記位置は、前記センサアセンブリによって検出される、ステップと、
前記電子プロセッサを介して、前記出力信号に基づいて前記モータを制御するステップとを含み、
前記アンビルの位置を検出するステップは、前記アンビルの係合構造の位置を検出するステップを含み、前記出力信号を生成するステップは、前記センサアセンブリによって検出される前記位置に基づいて、前記ハンマーが前記アンビルの所定の距離内にあることを示す出力信号を生成するステップを含む、
方法。 - 前記センサアセンブリのハンマー検出器を介して、前記ハンマーが前記アンビルから所定の距離内にあることを示す第2の出力信号を生成するステップと、
前記電子プロセッサを介して、前記ハンマーが前記アンビルからの前記所定の距離の外側にある間に前記センサアセンブリから受信される前記出力信号の平均に基づく平均化された出力位置を生成するステップとを更に含み、
前記モータを制御するステップは、前記電子プロセッサを介して、前記出力信号の前記平均に基づいて前記モータを制御するステップを含む、
請求項12に記載の方法。 - モータ位置センサを介して、モータフィードバック信号を生成するステップを更に含み、該モータフィードバック信号は、前記モータに関するフィードバック情報を提供し、該フィードバック情報は、前記モータの位置情報を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記電子プロセッサを介して、前記モータを制御するステップは、前記ハンマーが前記アンビルに衝突していないことを前記出力信号が示すときに、第1の速度に従って前記モータを制御するステップと、前記ハンマーが前記アンビルに衝突していることを前記出力信号が示すときに、第2の速度に従って前記モータを制御するステップとを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記センサアセンブリを用いて、前記出力信号を生成するステップは、前記ハンマーが前記アンビルに衝突していることを示す第1の出力状態と、前記ハンマーが前記アンビルに衝突していないことを示す第2の出力状態とを有する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記センサアセンブリを用いて、前記出力信号を生成するステップは、前記ハンマーと前記アンビルとの間の距離を示すアナログ信号を生成するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記センサアセンブリを用いて、前記出力信号を生成するステップは、前記アンビルの位置を示すアナログ信号を生成するステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記モータを制御するステップは、前記電子プロセッサを用いて、前記動力工具に電力供給する電源のバッテリ電圧に基づいてモータ制御信号のデューティ比を制御するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記電子プロセッサで、モータ位置センサからの信号を受信するステップを更に含み、
前記モータを制御するステップは、前記モータ位置センサからの前記信号に基づいて前記モータを制御するステップを含む、
