−グレートの直立縁部は、筐体の近位縁部に対して強固に装着され、グレートの壁部は、筐体の外部の方へオフセットされる。
−平面は、閉じた輪郭を有し、少なくとも2ミリメートルの幅を有する。
−筐体は、第1の直線状断面を有する中央管状部分を備え、近位開口は、第1の断面より大きな第2の断面を有する。
−筐体の近位縁部は、中央管状部分から広がる管状セグメントにより中央管状部分に連結され、管状セグメントは、グレートに沿って熱伝達流体循環チャネルを画定する。
−筐体は、熱伝達流体入口および熱伝達流体出口を有し、熱伝達流体入口は、中央管状部分内に配置され、中央管状部分は、熱伝達流体入口から熱伝達流体循環チャネルまでグレートに沿って延在する、筐体の外部の方へ突出するゾーンを有する。
−管は、管同士の間、および管と筐体との間に所定の間隔を維持するスペーサを形成する隆起部を有し、筐体と接触する隆起部はすべて、グレートに沿って熱伝達流体循環チャネルの外部に位置する。
−平面は、第1の面内に延在し、オリフィスは、平面に隣接するリッジにより囲まれ、リッジは、第1の面に対して平行であり、かつ、第1の面に対して熱交換器の内部の方へオフセットされる第2の面内に延在する。
−ロウ付けにより、筐体、管、およびグレートを互いに組み付けるステップと、
−レーザ溶接またはロウ付けにより、グレートの平面および本体の平坦な縁部を互いに装着するステップと
を含む、方法に関する。
−ロウ付けすることによって筐体27、管29、およびグレート39を互いに組み付けるステップと、
−レーザ溶接またはロウ付けにより、グレート39の平面65と本体19の平坦な縁部69とを互いに装着するステップと
を含む。
Claims (10)
- 排気ライン用の熱回収デバイスであって、前記熱回収デバイス(17)は、排気ガス循環通路(21)を内側に画定する本体(19)と、熱交換器(23)とを備え、前記熱交換器(23)は、
−近位開口(33)を画定する近位縁部(31)を有する筐体(27)と、
−前記筐体(27)の内部に延在する複数の排気ガス循環管(29)と、
−前記近位開口(33)内に配置された少なくとも1つのグレート(39)であって、前記グレート(39)は、オリフィス(43)が中に配置された壁部(41)を備え、前記排気ガス循環管(29)それぞれは、前記オリフィス(43)のうちの1つに係合し、前記グレート(39)に装着された近位端部(45)を有し、前記グレート(39)は、前記壁部(41)の周囲に延在し、前記壁部(41)から前記熱交換器(23)の内部の方へ突出する直立縁部(60)をさらに有し、前記直立縁部(60)は、前記筐体(27)に強固に装着される、少なくとも1つのグレート(39)と
を備え、
−前記グレート(39)の前記壁部(41)は、前記本体(19)の方へ向けられた平面(65)を前記オリフィス(43)の周囲に有し、
−前記本体(19)は、前記本体(19)の壁部における平面的なゾーン(68)に切り欠かれかつ前記平面(65)に対して押し付けられる平坦な縁部(69)により画定された開口(25)を有し、
−前記平面(65)および前記平坦な縁部(69)は、排気ガスに対して気密になるように、互いに対して強固に装着され、
前記平面的なゾーン(68)が、前記本体(19)に対する前記グレート(39)の位置を調節することが可能になるように、前記平坦な縁部(69)の周囲に起伏部を有していない、熱回収デバイス。 - 前記平面(65)および前記平坦な縁部(69)は、レーザ溶接またはロウ付けにより、互いに対して強固に装着される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記グレート(39)の前記直立縁部(60)は、前記筐体(27)の前記近位縁部(31)に対して強固に装着され、前記グレート(39)の前記壁部(41)は、前記筐体(27)の外部の方へオフセットされる、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記平面(65)は、閉じた輪郭を有し、少なくとも2ミリメートルの幅を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記筐体(27)は、第1の直線状断面を有する中央管状部分(91)を備え、前記近位開口(33)は、前記第1の直線状断面より大きな第2の断面を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記筐体(27)の前記近位縁部(31)は、前記中央管状部分(91)から広がる管状セグメント(93)により前記中央管状部分(91)に連結され、前記管状セグメント(93)は、前記グレート(39)に沿って熱伝達流体循環チャネル(97)を画定する、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記筐体(27)は、熱伝達流体入口(99)および熱伝達流体出口(101)を有し、前記熱伝達流体入口(99)は、前記中央管状部分(91)内に配置され、前記中央管状部分(91)は、前記筐体(27)の外部の方へ突出するゾーン(103)を有し、前記筐体は、前記熱伝達流体入口(99)から前記熱伝達流体循環チャネル(97)まで前記グレート(39)に沿って延在する、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記排気ガス循環管(29)は、前記排気ガス循環管(29)同士の間、および前記排気ガス循環管(29)と前記筐体(27)との間に所定の間隔を維持するスペーサを形成する隆起部(113)を有し、前記筐体(27)と接触する前記隆起部(113)はすべて、前記グレート(39)に沿って前記熱伝達流体循環チャネル(97)の外部に位置する、請求項6または7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記平面(65)は、第1の面(P1)内に延在し、前記オリフィス(43)は、前記平面(65)に隣接するリッジ(115)により囲まれ、前記リッジ(115)は、前記第1の面(P1)に対して平行であり、かつ、前記第1の面(P1)に対して前記熱交換器(23)の内部の方へオフセットされる第2の面(P2)内に延在する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスを製造するための方法であって、
−ロウ付けにより、前記筐体(27)、前記排気ガス循環管(29)および前記グレート(39)を互いに組み付けるステップと、
−レーザ溶接またはロウ付けにより、前記グレート(39)の前記平面(65)および前記本体(19)の前記平坦な縁部(69)を互いに装着するステップと
を含む、方法。
