Claims (12)
- 端子であって、
本体であって、該本体が、長手方向の軸に沿って形成され、前記本体の一端部分に沿った接続区分、および、前記本体の他端部分において前記接続区分から離れて延在する接触区分を有する、本体を備え、
前記接続区分は、1対のウィング部を有するワイヤ固定部を含み、前記1対のウィング部はリードワイヤの導体部を固定し、各ウィング部は、長手方向の軸に沿って概略画定されるコインエッジであって、第1の部分および第2の部分を有するコインエッジを含み、前記第1の部分は前記コインエッジの一端に位置し、前記第2の部分は前記コインエッジの他端に位置し、前記第1の部分が第1の高さを有し、前記第2の部分が第2の高さを有し、前記第1の高さが第2の高さより大きく、前記第1の部分が第1の厚さを有し、前記第2の部分が第2の厚さを有し、前記第1の厚さが第2の厚さより小さい、端子。 - 前記第1の部分が、斜面を含む、請求項1に記載の端子。
- 前記本体は、「U」形状である、請求項1に記載の端子。
- 前記接続区分には、前記1対のウィング部に隣接して、第2の対のウィング部が形成されている、請求項1に記載の端子。
- 前記接触区分がカバーを含む、請求項1に記載の端子。
- 前記カバーが別個のピースである、請求項5に記載の端子。
- 前記本体が第1の材料から成り、前記カバーが第2の材料から成る、請求項6に記載の端子。
- 前記第2の材料の引張強度が、前記第1の材料の引張強度より大きい、請求項7に記載の端子。
- リードワイヤを電気端子に固定するための固定構造であって、
電気端子の本体から延在するように構成されたワイヤ固定部を備え、該ワイヤ固定部は1対のウィング部を有し、各ウィング部は、第1の部分および第2の部分を有するコインエッジを含み、前記第1の部分は前記コインエッジの一端に位置し、前記第2の部分は前記コインエッジの他端に位置し、前記第1の部分が第1の高さを有し、前記第2の部分が第2の高さを有し、前記第1の高さが第2の高さより大きく、前記第1の部分が第1の厚さを有し、前記第2の部分が第2の厚さを有し、前記第1の厚さが第2の厚さより小さい、固定構造。 - 前記第1の部分が、斜面を含む、請求項9に記載の固定構造。
- 前記ワイヤ固定部は、「U」形状である、請求項9に記載の固定構造。
- 前記ワイヤ固定部には、前記1対のウィング部に隣接して、第2の対のウィング部が形成されている、請求項9に記載の固定構造。
