Description
また、本発明でインナーライナー層に使用される熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)は、スチレン/イソブチレン/スチレントリブロック共重合体を含むことが好ましい。このような熱可塑性エラストマーはインナーライナー層の構成材料として好適であり、そのインナーライナー層に対して接着層を介して吸音材を接着した場合、吸音材の剥離も生じ難い。

Claims (11)
- タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部と、該トレッド部の両側に配置された一対のサイドウォール部と、これらサイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向内側に配置された一対のビード部とを備えた空気入りタイヤにおいて、タイヤ内面の前記トレッド部に対応する領域に熱可塑性エラストマー、熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーとをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなる第1のインナーライナー層を配設し、タイヤ内面の前記サイドウォール部及び前記ビード部に対応する領域にブチルゴムを主体とするゴム組成物からなる第2のインナーライナー層を配設すると共に、前記タイヤ内面の前記トレッド部に対応する領域に配設された前記第1のインナーライナー層に対してタイヤ周方向に沿って接着層を介して帯状の吸音材を接着したことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1のインナーライナー層の厚さが20μm〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材はタイヤ周方向に延在する単一の吸音材であり、その長手方向に直交する断面において少なくとも前記接着面に対応する範囲では均一な厚さを有し、その断面形状が長手方向に沿って一定であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- リム組み時にタイヤ内に形成される空洞部の体積に対する前記吸音材の体積の比率が20%よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材の硬さが60N〜170Nであり、前記吸音材の引張り強度が60kPa〜180kPaであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記接着層は基材と該基材のタイヤ側の面に積層されたゴム系接着剤と該基材の吸音材側の面に積層されたアクリル系接着剤とを含む両面接着テープからなり、その引き剥がし粘着力が8N/20mm〜40N/20mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1のインナーライナー層が前記熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなり、前記熱可塑性樹脂がナイロン6、ナイロン11、ナイロン12、ナイロン6/12よりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種のポリアミド系樹脂であり、前記エラストマーがハロゲン化ブチルゴム、ハロゲン化イソブチレン/パラメチルスチレン共重合体、ハロゲン化イソブチレン/パラメチルスチレン/イソプレン共重合体、ハロゲン化枝分かれブチルゴム及びハロゲン化星状枝分かれブチルゴムよりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種のハロゲン化イソブチレン含有エラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマー組成物が可塑剤を含まない組成を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1のインナーライナー層が前記熱可塑性エラストマーからなり、該熱可塑性エラストマーがスチレン/イソブチレン/スチレントリブロック共重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤを製造する方法であって、前記第1のインナーライナー層を備えた空気入りタイヤを加硫した後、タイヤ内面の少なくとも前記トレッド部に対応する領域に付着した離型剤を除去し、その離型剤が除去されたタイヤ内面の前記トレッド部に対応する領域にタイヤ周方向に沿って接着層を介して帯状の吸音材を接着することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤを製造する方法であって、前記第1のインナーライナー層を備えた空気入りタイヤを加硫する前にタイヤ内面の少なくとも前記トレッド部に対応する領域に離型剤付着防止用フィルムを貼り付け、該離型剤付着防止用フィルムを備えた空気入りタイヤを加硫した後、該離型剤付着防止用フィルムを前記タイヤ内面から引き剥がし、その離型剤付着防止用フィルムの引き剥がしにより露出したタイヤ内面の前記トレッド部に対応する領域にタイヤ周方向に沿って接着層を介して帯状の吸音材を接着することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
