Description
以下、図2を参照して電力管理装置50の機能構成について詳細に説明する。電力管理装置50は、ネットワーク40を介して電力需給制御装置60との間でデータを送受信する通信部51を備える。また、機器情報作成部52と、電力情報収集部53と、機器制御部54と、記憶部55とを備える。機器情報作成部52、電力情報収集部53及び機器制御部54として、CPU等の演算処理装置を用いることができる。また、記憶部55として、メモリや磁気ディスク装置等の記憶装置を用いることができる。
以下、図2及び図5〜図7を参照して、電力需給制御装置60の機能構成及び電力需給制御方法について詳細に説明する。ここで、図5は、各意思決定タイミングにおける電力需給制御装置60のDR計画のフローを示した図である。
また、電力需給制御装置60は、確率的に変動する要因の影響を考慮して、需用電力量や供給電力量の変化を織り込んだDR計画を作成することができる。このDR計画に基づいて電力調整を行うため、電力需給制御装置60は、電力需給バランスを精度よく制御することができる。
Claims (3)
- 電力調整を実施する電力調整実施日時に先立って、複数の要請対象に対して電力調整を要請する電力需給制御装置であって、
各要請対象に対して電力調整を要請する電力量である調整量の合計値である全調整量の目標値を取得する目標値取得手段と、
前記実施日時に電力調整可能な電力量として登録された各要請対象の登録電力量の情報を収集する情報収集手段と、
各要請対象の前記登録電力量と、前記全調整量の目標値とに基づいて、各要請対象の調整量を決定する調整量決定手段と、
前記調整量決定手段により決定された調整量を各要請対象に通知する通信部と、
電力調整を要請する要請日時から前記実施日時までの、各要請対象の前記登録電力量の推移を推定する推定手段と、を備え、
前記各要請対象の登録電力量の情報は、各要請対象が前記要請に対応し電力調整することが可能な実施可能日時の情報と、各日時の応答単価および各日における通算調整量の少なくとも一方の情報と、を含み、
前記調整量決定手段は、前記複数の要請対象の中から、前記実施可能日時が前記電力調整実施日時に含まれる要請対象を抽出するとともに、前記推定された各要請対象の前記登録電力量の推移と、前記全調整量の目標値と、に基づいて各要請対象の調整量を決定する電力需給制御装置。 - 電力調整を実施する実施日時に先立って、複数の要請対象に対して電力調整を要請する電力需給制御装置であって、
各要請対象に対して電力調整を要請する電力量である調整量の総和である全調整量の目標値を取得する目標値取得手段と、
前記実施日時に電力調整可能な電力量として登録された各要請対象の登録電力量の情報を収集する情報収集手段と、
電力調整を要請する要請日時から前記実施日時までの、各要請対象の前記登録電力量の推移を推定する推定手段と、
各要請対象の前記登録電力量の推移と、前記全調整量の目標値とに基づいて、各要請対象の調整量を決定し、決定した調整量を各要請対象に通知する通信手段と、を備える電力需給制御装置。 - 電力調整を実施する実施日時に先立って、複数の要請対象に対して電力調整を要請する電力需給制御方法であって、
各要請対象に対して電力調整を要請する電力量である調整量の総和である全調整量の目標値を取得し、
前記実施日時に電力調整可能な電力量として登録された各要請対象の登録電力量の情報を収集し、
電力調整を要請する要請日時から前記実施日時までの、各要請対象の前記登録電力量の推移を推定し、
各要請対象の前記登録電力量の推移と、前記全調整量の目標値とに基づいて、各要請対象の調整量を決定し、決定した調整量を各要請対象に通知する電力需給制御方法。
